I'm pretty sure most convertible debt has a clause written into the bond indenture that forces the bondholder to convert right when stock price hits conversion price. I may be wrong but i'll do some more research. Because its converted at .05 it dilutes the stock back down to that price. My logic may be flawed. Feel free to refute my thought process.
