It is interesting the SEC did not charge CCCs with fraud or criminal action How are they going to charge everyone involved with enzolytics but them ? If they are refusing to accept certified mail, I would suggest hiring a certified process server. Process Servers charge a reasonable fee, usually $30 to $80 and will hand deliver the Complaint and whatever documents have initially been filed against the Defendant.

Doc for the last 10 days the CCC,s have had a heads up that the certified letters were in the mail ,so no suprise they have no intentions to make it easy for investors to get a fair shake and try to compromise.

SEC called back both lawyers on the call ,as expected not much info BUT they know what is going on .60 days for a response then judge will move forward.They did say no promotor mentioned on purpose ,and if anyone had contact with any of the mentioned defendants to contact them. The way this works for us ,SEC will get all they can from defendants financially.It iwill be disdributed in a enzc fair fund in aproximately 1.5 years we get a partial refund ,after you prove your losses from your broker.SEC lawyers have 25 years sec experiance with 2 Columbia law school grads.I wonder who the SEC interviewed ,OH thats why CCC have shut their traps and left town, absolute idiots to get involved with this type .
