There were also many points (too many to mention) where Judge was criticizing defense. Especially at the end when she was adamant about final witness for defense MUST be present and defense said “that could be a problem”! FWIW...I have a legal background in credit and it would seem to me that the old owners are about to be F$&KED very badly...with diluting a stock where Custodianship was awarded legally to another entity (GS) that would be considered tortious interference...they won’t win this fight!!!
