4) Regarding SFOR... you have been talking about deals for the last year. Are we on track to close some of those deals by Q1 2018? Whats is the aprox percentage of profit that strikeforce would get out of that deal? (If closed).
Nobody is playing the name game. You might be the one playing that game in your mind.
They just assign a CEO to the company Blocksafe Technologies (Which by the way I think is a great) and the rest is just people playing mind games.
They are moving forward and by Blocksafe technologies doing an Iconic they will have mora than enough money to develop products that can be adapted to the blockchain space and operational expenses. Bottom line it will be an asset for SFOR, not a liability.
We keep moving forward.

I am a shareholder too. I ask questions and do my DD. Base myself on facts.
The problem with the other longs that I have seen in other boards is that they based their comments on hopes or "IFs" and when you tell them to ask questions they get all shaken. I don't like to follow blindly. I really think we have something great here but as shareholders we should be on top of the company and ask questions.
Operational expenses, revenue, contracts, profit, funding, dilution, partnerships. --- We should be on top of that.

Response from Mark Kay to my questions via email. He is very efficient to communicate and answer question of shareholders.
Take your own conclusion out of it but according to what I read This is a great move that won't cost money to Strikeforce since Blocksafe will do an ICO to fund itself and its operations.
I am also loaded in cryptos and this type of security is really needed in this space. Numbers are growing fast everybody is making money and people as wells and networks and institutions want to be protected.
Below you ill find his answers to some of my questions:
Keeping in mind StrikeForce is a public company, so I can only say so much and can't tell you anything we didn't tell everyone. Here are your answers:
1) BlockSafe is a subsidiary of StrikeForce that is private.
2) StrikeForce receives a royalty on its licenses it provides BlockSafe and the amount is private.
3) StrikeForce is doing the development on its products for the features of BlockSafe based on an agreement we have with them. Yes, we get paid for that work.
4) Yes, we are on target for closing the deals we talked about during the 4th qtr, they just got major delayed as typical. I can't give the percentages but they are mostly through our channel partners and there are many of them.
5) Yes, the litigations take time by court rulings, but we still feel pretty strong about them. We can't tell you what we are doing exactly, but keep in mind we wouldn't be doing this if we didn't think we can make a lot of money and definitely are on target. The best thing and only thing I can say is stay tuned.

Risk vs Reward is great at this levels... If you didn't want to buy at 2 cents I completely understand... but at this level Risk vs Reward is just great.
The moment SFOR report some deals closed and positive cashflow in their financials it will be to late to accumulate a large position.

In the meantime this is a hold for me... and definitely a very profitable stock for flippers.
That might be them trying to express that it is a lot easier to sell you product through a recognized distributor/partner that investing hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to sell it yourself to retail/corporations.
Which by the way I think is a much better/faster alternative to see real revenue.

So far no money will be paid to SA and no money is being paid to SFOR. They will appeal the decision and we will continue the litigation process. With the lawyers we have on our side I feel very confident doing that.
It actually doesnt look that way.
After checking out the share price a year ago and now... it doesnt seem that way.
After Microsoft settlement... it doesnt seem that way.
After having R&G supporting them for litigation... it doesnt seem that way.
The CA case will be appealed and all other litigations are still on hold.
1 was a washout with "no money paid or received" and in the other one the damages were passed to another defendant.
Actually it seems like they have bwwn moving forward for the past year.
So... again... it doesnt look like they failed business 101 ;)
IMO it has actually nothing to do with what you are saying. If you have a product that I need and you provide it at a fair price I do not care if you are a public nasdaq or pink sheet/private or foreign company as long as the product satisfied my need.
But If I were the CEO of SFOR I would also have ACS as a channel partner in order to hopefully be able to sell my product to the government.
No guarantees as everything in business but it is better having as a channel partner someone already inside or with contacts in the market where i want to sell than going myself alone and without the specific requirements needed in order to sell in that market.
Just as I said... going slowly back to 1 cent for a. Easy 50% profit :)
We have a very experience team of lawyers, an IPR denied and an appeal coming to the CA judge decision.

Wrong. The reason a company channels its products through another company is because the second company (ACS) has access to channels/contacts that SFOR doesnt have.
This is Business 101 ;)
You better bet if I am buying a company which ia in the middle of a litigation i would want them to solve the litigation first so It wont cost me money .
On the other hand, I my company is being bought by 5B+ and i have a litigation pending I woild be willing to settle 30M+ for that litigation to go away a collect my money from the BO.

Deal was done, SFOR is getting paid and I am ok with settlement having a NDA.
I do not want other parties knowing how much we got paid and trying to get a similar deal. I want them to pay more (top dollaR) every time the finally come to settle.
The point here is that we won and Entrust is paying SFOR. Volume vas low and I got to add shares to my position. Thanks.
I hknestly expect an NDA. IMO it is not smart to disclose the term of the settlement if I know i can take more money from the next settlement with a different company. If the first settlement is disclosed rhen ghe 2nd company will fight for a similar deal and will not be willing to pay a lot more.
I am expecting an NDA but I am also exoecting a very nice settlement. The only thing I am 100% sure of is that Ropes & Gray don't invest their time for peanuts. They follow the money. Go do DD and checkout the previous cases.
This ride is just starting and I am looking forward to see 0.25 cents within the next 6-12 months.

Firms like R&G dont take cases that dont interest them. I believe they can actually cherry pick the cases. you better bet they saw something of value.
if a company like R&G were to ruin his record/reputation you better bet they will do it with a major corporation and not risking it with a penny stock company.

I asked because based in today's trading activity looks live very very few people want to sell. I try to Catch some shares at 0.0115 the whole day and couldn't do it. it seems to be supporting the 0.012 level and RSI seems ready for another run!
