Exactly! AWGI is now nothing but a shell. People are betting on Moody plain and simple. What he finds to RM and the time frame it takes him to do so remains to be seen. With the # of SPACs he'll have to settle on the leftovers. In my view there is no catalyst for upward price movement until then.

I hear you guy, I really do. BUT no company with a viable technology should need nor expect a world crisis to implement their biz plan.

That being said, to me AWGI basically doesn't HAVE a biz plan.

They bombard Twitter with info about droughts, etc. BUT a trial run of 2 batches of beer at 1 brewery (as opposed to their May PR which mentioned there were 3 breweries involved) is the best that they can (apparently) do.

Bottom line? The co has absolutely positively NO credibility.

As time marches on with virtually NO progress, I think it's becoming abundantly clear that AWGI has simply been UNable to market its technology.

The clean water beer market (excuse my terminology) is a minute niche.

What to expect from a 2 "batch" (NOT a defined measure BTW) test is beyond me.

Anyone who took the time to read the Q1 10Q (which the co did not even bother to post on their website) would know that AWGI's sales in 2017 were ZERO, as in nada, nothing, etc. as of 3/31/2017.

The Q2 10Q will be out soon; I'm sure the results will be just as dismal.

How much longer they can stay afloat is a BIG question to me.

Good point. 90% of the posters here appear to have an appalling lack of knowledge about HOW AWGI may prove there's a demand for their beer product.

There NFW they could reasonably expect anything more from the brewers than to "test-run" a batch....WHATEVER amount a "batch" is.

BUT unless you are in that 1 location, you can't get access to it.

Bottom line is kinda sorta a "catch 22" scenario.

Another relevant issue IMNSHO is my OPINION that 99.44% of the Joe 6 packs out there do NOT give the proverbial "rat's ass" about where the water used comes from. What they care about is how it
TASTES, and obviously what it costs.

The May? PR has run its course; I can onlyimagine what the NEXT PR will say.

In the meantime, time marches on and AWGI is insolvent.

In my views, the PR gave s/h HOPE of (much) better times to come.
So we all (including me) got jazzed up.

THEN we see posted on an email (allegedly) sent to a s/h- (VERY DUBIOUS OF AWGI TO DO THAT *IF* THEY DID) basically downplaying the 2 brewery involvement as some sort of "test."

Now it's 2+ weeks from the (anticipated) completion of this "test"
an NO NEWS from AWGI.

What are s/h supposed to think given this REALITY????
