Yes, 10-Q states noteholder is the Holland Trust Family, which is basically the CEO himself under a family trust as a holding corporation.

The CEO himself risked all that money to kick start the company rather than external shareholders who only care about the profit margins and not business development itself.

I am sure it could be possible the CEO took a little payday himself, but it is very unlikely that the CEO would drive the company to the ground, after all, the CEO values their company's market cap.

GAHC is in deep trouble, their statements show their insane dept levels, and they have failed to pay their debt for the last 6 months.

They also stated how the company is struggling to even survive and hopes to land some deal or it is all over.

Now something I would put $5 in.

As hype for bitcoins and other crypocurrencies continue to go new highs, Bitcoin Services Inc. (BTSC) would keep on benefitting.

Last few weeks have been incredible, with Japan, then China, and now India recognizing bitcoin at an official level speaks volumes.

Not only is the population absolutely HUGE in those places, but people are tech-savvy, education and understand the economics behind such things.

The development in India seems promising, and we'll see what the next coming days have to offer for $BTSC.
