By the way, it would be entertaining if Ferris started posting here again….I miss those days.
That was funny!
Did Givens say anything about stock price or market cap at the shareholder meeting? Did he say when Sales Org traction would become apparent in the quarterly results?
Anyone ask a challenging question?
The new Directors dang well better buy a ton of open market shares after the upcoming earnings release.
Thanks for the report!
Did anyone get some answers to questions?
Someone should ask Givens today
Someone should ask this today, these exact words: “So, since VTSI was obviously overvalued at $17 is it still overvalued at $6.40?”
All great areas to probe. The challenge of course is asking in such a way as to get some sort of answer. Not easy to do. That said, Givens seems to like talking so you might have a shot. I like the idea of asking him where he sees VirTra in 3 or 4 years? 5 is too long and 1 or 2 is too short.
If Gregg Johnson is in attendance ask him directly why he owns so few shares. He also likes to talk and had Ferris’ ear. I gotta believe Givens does not trust Johnson at all….no one should in my opinion.
And another buy for Anders! 100k more shares at .15 CAD
That is freaking crazy… in a good way! How on Earth does VirTra get mentioned and be presented as “on par” with those other defense giants? VirTra’s revenue from these applications is ZERO compared to the others. And really about ZERO in real terms wrt Military. VTSI is $6.34….sigh
VirTra still farms out their IR to Gateway. I talked to Gateway today. They are worthless, an AI bot would be better. Givens should bring this in-house. Someone needs to suggest it at the shareholders meeting.
Market cap is only $25mil. CEO has said it should be at least $60mil and that is only for the trailing news drill results.
I do not follow them. I did take a quick look. I don’t like the company. They are playing in a space where they cannot compete long term. Best hope is they get bought by a bigger company.
8 years ago the stock was 10% higher than now!….Yet now the company is far better, more robust, ERP system, faster order fulfillment, more efficient, better CEO, better Managers, better forward prospects, and a broader product line.
Perhaps the stock was ahead of itself in 2016 but I don’t really think so. I do know that right now the stock is way behind the company. Should go up 5x from here over next two to three years.
Bought quite a few shares around $6 today. Twister has the right idea.

I know! It’s fantastic. Should get a PR next week on holes 2 thru 5. Stock is still crazy low. $23mil market cap.
I am in 100% agreement with you Coys. I am a huge believer in share buybacks in this type of situation. Why have so much cash sitting there doing nothing? Buy back 1.5mil shares and get the count below 10mil. It will never happen with the clownshow that is the BOD. Givens I have faith in, the others not.
I mean, they refuse to even buy shares for their own accounts. Switching gears…..Axon is so stupid not to use their overpriced shares to buy out VirTra for essentially nothing.
I love your #3 and #4 questions.
But with Gregg Johnson on the BOD there will never be a share buyback. He wants more shares outstanding, not less.
If I were attending I would ask something like this…..When will your already completed efforts to improve the Sales Org start to bear fruit with fast growing and consistent revenue growth?
Oh, and, comment on the fact that VirTras enterprise value is the same today as 10 years ago.
I did not know there was such thing as a crappy day where you live!…. Oh, and why does it take a crappy day to read my posts? Just kidding, I laughed when I read your first sentence. It was/is great to see your post and know you are still among the living. I am in process of building my VTSI position into something significant again as I am a big Givens believer. Heading your way again in Feb/March God willing.
If Director Gregg Johnson is in attendance at the shareholder meeting ask him why he only owns 2100 shares of VTSI. He needs to be kicked off the board as in my opinion he adds no value and, in fact, hurts the Boards credibility.
Ask Givens why he doesn’t buy shares in the open market?
All these A-wipes were pounding their chests when the stock was $17, now it’s $6. Pathetic.
Yahoo Finance reports institutional ownership at 28% and I don’t believe that number either. Institutional ownership has to be way over 50% and I bet it was pushing 70% when the stock was $17.
No I am not…..and I kick myself about twice a month for not being in. I still might buy some, looks like it should go up a lot more.
Good to see your post. Yes, you have plenty, if you went over 5% it becomes burdensome paperwork-wise.
A little one you might like….GFGSF. Top notch CEO and geologists. They’ve done it before. Lots of good info on Seeking Alpha and 6ix.com. I own 3% of it and keep adding. It will be over $1 in less than 3 years.
That’s the way the NNBR ceo compensation is structured. VirTra BOD is too brain dead to do anything that makes sense.
Any of the long ago posters and shareholders like Teeroy, Lawyerjoe, CoachJim, BillP, Arz, doing any VTSI buying these days? I hope you all are well.
It means they need to be called out in public at the shareholder meeting and be asked about their failure to buy VTSI shares.
It should move more, the company is worth far more than current 22mil market cap.
This will be at 20cents within 2weeks and $1 within 9months. Buckle up.
The CEO and his team should be shamed for not buying shares.
They just had a PR and cc two or three weeks ago. Silly to talk more. Stock is now a very good buy.
Ditto here.
What bugs me the most about Givens (and his pos directors) is his (and the directors) seeming refusal to buy shares. He (and any director) could set up a plan to buy 5000 shares each month and it would automatically happen regardless of his (or their) insider knowledge. …..Maybe I’ll go to the shareholder meeting and push him on this point.
I must be the only one buying. EV now $60mil. Givens needs to buy some shares….or he might lose the company within a month. A hostile buyout at $10 would sail through right now.
Just fun to speculate. I do think insiders need to step up.
Exactly correct.
And the best part is that because of their large land area they could sell off in distinct chunks. Develop Aljo and sell one year from now for $200mil. Then repeat with Muskego and other areas. Could result in $1billion worth of sales over next 5 or 6 years. $4 stock price.
They have THE most credible and talented CEO on the planet.
Great results and more assays within weeks. CEO said they showed the photos because it was material to the company. $20mil market cap, $17mil enterprise value today. Should push $100mil within a month. Hang on for the ride.

Who would have thought 5, 10, 15 years ago that in 2024 one could buy VTSI at $7 (same as 35cents before the 1 for 20split) per share when it had already become a real sustainable growing company with a very good CEO and even brighter future? To long time readers here, the answer to my question is Bill. He has been more right about VirTra than any of us.
At $17, people were trampling each other for VTSI shares that were obviously priced for perfection. Now at $7 VTSI is priced for ho hum low growth, mediocre results…..and no one is buying? I bought more today at 7.18avg.
Incentives are helpful but the sales people need to know how to sell $300k systems to municipalities.
It’s funny, for the first 13 years I owned this stock (2009 to 2023) I was pretty convinced one good sales person could sink or destroy the company (giant orders company couldn’t fill). Now that the company CAN fill any size order quickly, I fear that the company is incapable of hiring great sales people to get those orders.
The sad part is , it is easy to hire the right salesmen, poach the best from Aaon or Trane or maybe even Axon.
