Here comes the dilution. Typical play book of this companies management. A little news to run the price up a little then dilute. They ran this down below $1, got a notice that threatened delisting then they Rev split. Just check the 5 year chart for a picture of what a scam looks like.
Headed full wave power ahead to being delisted from Nasdaq. 1 for 10 reverse split on the horizon maybe worse if they want to keep listing. 1 for 10 let's management run my money further into the dumper through fiscal irresponsibility and lack of leadership.
Maybe they should stop posting good news so the stock can go up a bit. Lol. This stock defies logic.
Promising news out. I would love the price to stay elevated over the past few days so the short position has to cover at a loss. We shall see...
Yesterdays downward trading on the same news that drove the stock up 5% (Japan granting the patents) a few weeks ago had me wondering why. Looking at today's short stats vs yesterdays... looks like the short position has doubled.
Nice bit of short covering at eod. Someone was closing shop and running for the hills before the weekend.
You seem to be implying that there are paid stock promoters. Can you please post the link showing evidence. Thank you kindly.
That means expansion to me! Very exciting! Seems no one was spooked by that today. We all know what the man can do!
You call it dilution, I call it investment money. See what he does with it and the return he will get with it. The man is a genius... and buddy buddy with Trump.
THE MAN has returned!!!
elected Vernon W. Hill, II as a Director and Chairman of Republic First Bancorp, Inc.
Welcome back Mr Hill!!
This is a moonshot!! Going to be extraordinary things here...
Correct. Which is exactly what I'm saying. Going into this week we knew that the BOJ move would overshadow the Fed move since one was completely unknown (atleast the details were unknown coming from a man who has often surprised/shocked markets) and the other was more or less a given (respectively) from a body of people who will do anything to not shock the markets.
It isn't what the Fed is going to do... as we more or less know, the bigger mystery (and what I see causing a big swing) is what is going to be said by Yellen and the governors.
Once people have the green light to talk one of the governors is bound to say something stupid. I'm half inclined to take these profits now before the announcement. I feel like we only have down side looking at us. Everyone says a non-hike this meeting so that is probably baked in... that leaves only comments to interpret and we know how hawkish they have been talking lately. (forget it if they shock the market and raise... 10% down market easy).
At the moment I have my stop loss set to lock in some profits. I am looking to see how this keeps trading. Haven't hit a new high since 10am.
Any other thoughts?
So far so good. Slow RSI cool off preserving the gains. Once we get back below overbought... watch out!!
It is. I saw it before Jackson Hole. That was like NUGT jumped off a cliff.
I figured the down side would have settled out already being that the news is coming in 25 hours. Big money keeps me on my toes that's for sure. Lol.
So much manipulation here.
Overall market is up, Spot Gold is up, Comex futures are up....
NUGT down. Go figure.
I think big money is shaking the tree to see if anyone will sell to them at a discount. They want to get the last cheapies before the announcement.
Exciting! The pieces are coming together nicely. Keep pushing forward Nate!
Now we are denying online sales? Unreal. It's incredible. ROFL.
Where did the cans ordered come from?? Is someone going to tell me Area 51 sent them. Wait wait I know... I saw it, thought how I should get some and what do you know they showed up at my doorstep. You're right, I forgot, I didn't buy them online at all. Silly me.
Go online and buy some!... OOOORRRRR... tell everyone how the powdered is better... what with all the salmonella and all. Mmmmmm powdered salmonella. Tasty.
A couple days ago they said this was coming...
Entities affiliated with Baker Bros. Advisors LP and two of our directors, Julian C. Baker and Dr. Stephen R. Biggar, have indicated an interest in purchasing an aggregate of up to approximately $40,000,000 of the shares of common stock offered in this offering at the price offered to the public. Because these indications of interest are not binding agreements or commitments to purchase, any or all of these entities may determine to purchase fewer or more shares than it has indicated an interest in purchasing, or elect not to purchase any shares in this offering. The underwriters may also determine to sell fewer, more or no shares in this offering to any or all of these entities.
I was expecting a pop in pps too. Apparently now the big deal is the sale of the shares of baba and Yahoo japan. They could have a huge tax bill if they don't find a way to do it tax free. Funny how no one ever talked about it before but now it's a concern. Just means more time drags on. I have exited the position and will watch to see if a trading pattern develops and if so jump in and out on pops and drops.
Just an fyi... I use the Robinhood app on my phone so my trades are free. Its huge... Every bit i can keep helps. CNBC did an interview with the founders not too long ago.
See post 2398.
I hear ya. Very curious if it'll hit that $45 value a 4.8billion deal on the core would bring. Im wondering if people sell out on whatever pop might happen so we never get there. We shall see...
"The New York Times reports final bids for Yahoo!'s (YHOO) core business are due on Monday, and that its board will make a decision soon afterwards. As previously reported, the bidders are said to include Verizon (VZ) , AT&T (T) , private-equity firms, and a group led by Quicken Loans founder/Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert."
Youre absolutely right. Thank you for posting that clarification.
Pfew... good thing this has absolutely nothing to do with Nates. Nates is produced in America not Isreal.
Nice try at a spin. Such a fail. I'm sad about it for the board and all who just wasted their time reading that PR.
Good to get the word out tho. Can never take FDA warnings lightly. Especially the e.coli ones on Krusteaz.
Nates going strong. No FDA warnings here or problems with dates on cans. Any claims of such is baloney.
Nasty Krusteaz is being recalled for e.coli contamination. Some on here suggest to just cook it away. Not a good idea.
I know a lot of you have kids based on posts and wouldn't put their health and safety at risk.
Its quite irresponsible to downplay an e.coli recall.

Krusteaz recalled over e.coli contamination.
I know a lot of you seem to like the gross powdered mix. Just a heads up.

NHMD rolling on strong. Online sales plugging along. No e.coli outbreaks here!
Thanks for seeing my point. No one here cares how much was paid. And frankly no one on here cares about our opinion on how we enjoyed or didn't enjoy them. Bulls are bulls and are entrenched and bears are likewise. We all see who's who and write off the other party. Shrug... and the world keeps spinning.
No I dont. But I see that tin can cakes can be made from soup. I'd assume during ww1 or ww2 some genius gi figured it out experimenting with rations
Ahhhh cool. Good math skills. High five!
Did u know that the first known reference to pancakes was in the 600s BC!
Hmmm... I didn't pay either of those prices.
Cool. I disagree and mine came out great... but hey... it's all personal tastes and opinions.
Yup... you sure called that one.
Nice day for yahoo. Especially for those that bought the dip this morning!
They taste great! No confession required. :c)
Good stuff!!
Could mean production for that contract to come! Once the last note goes we're off to the races!
My comparison makes perfect sense. You are trying to sell me on powdered pancakes and now that Nate's is out I don't want to take a step backwards to that. I'm good with the price point.
PS... I'm sorry about your small fridge.
Agreed. At least there is some good ol' fashioned research behind the opinion and not just blind negativity.
People have different tastes. Brands of peanut butter even taste different and people have their preferences and opinions.
That's one opinion. I however, think that they will love the convenience of it and have one handy in the fridge at all times. Breakfast for $2.99 and good to get out the door in record time!
Of the $25 you paid for 4 cans $13.45 was paid by the company in shipping? Since shipping is included in the $25 that would make put each can's cost at $2.88. Correct reasoning? I'm sure that's why I've seen the $2.99 price point for big box.
This is gonna fly off the shelves if priced that way in big box.
Not my problem and not my question. Please stop changing the subject from your comment
You said...
"Nate saying he's paying of toxic debt with no money...." Please provide proof Nate is saying that. That wasn't my comment... it was yours. Please back it up or stop making things up.
That isn't on me. I didn't make any claims that I need to back up. I am asking YOU for proof to back up YOUR comment that Nate said he is paying off toxic debt with no money.
