I don’t recall that Dr.O ever stated that any of the other supposed deals were Order Filled … I think that the doc stating that product was shipped is quite a bit more difficult of a pr to fudge on.
One thing is very clear … the market no longer reacts to Dr. O’s pie in the sky announcements. The market is now telling Dr. O to show us the money before anyone will be interested in buying.
It absolutely amazes me that the doc would be RICH beyond imagination because of his self appointed millions of shares and bonuses, if he would just concentrate on Vitastem and finish what he started with a proven product. Why settle for Pennie’s when he could be raking in millions ??? SMFH 🤷🏼
It looks like another one Otikos back door companies besides wound pros is called national institutes of health (NIH)
Ya … the “doc’s” new product is “tetracyte” not Vitastem. Wonder who is producing it and who is receiving all the proceeds from the sale of the “new” INNOVATIVE product. It sounds like the EXACT same description of Vitastem Ultra but labeled tetracyte for wound pro’s exclusively. WTF is this sh!t. Are we the share holders getting back door swindled ??? Why does the same product need to be labeled differently ??? Hey doc … Why doesn’t wound pros use and sell Vitastem Ultra so both of YOUR companies benefit (especially VDRM) for you AND the shareholders sake ???
When is the next quarterly due. Then we will see if:
1. The loan is really paid back and there is really a million dollars in the coffers.
2. There is any inventory.
3. There is any monies from licensing.
4. There is any payroll expenses.
Remember the time he touted that he was hiring field reps to go out and promote product sales … no employees appeared ???
Also Dr. O just took the loan out because of his own payouts for the company expenses and now almost immediately pays the money back. If the loan was to replace person money invested into business expenses then why the repayment at all. Things that make you go hmmmmm 🤔
It’s soooo messed up that the doc just fleeced VDRM of all of its 700K potential working capital. Next there will be a company share sell off or toxic debt to pay for “inventory” production. Sooooo BS doc. Hey doc … how about concentrate your efforts on making Vitastem viable and get multiple millions times richer than robbing the company and shareholders for a measly 700K. Hey Doc … you have VDRM financial infrastructure set up to GREATLY benefit yourself … doesn’t it make sense to follow through now ??? It’s due time for you to become a MULTI millionaire and to throw us shareholders some of the crumbs … PLEASE
RXMD won’t exist anymore. It will become all NXPL.
So this means we can expect the SP for both NXPL and RXMD to be flat till Q3 … no one will want to buy either stock for more than the already decided exchange rate.
Dr. O doesn’t make any sense at all. He had a viable product that if he would just market it would be rich beyond measure because of his self appointed bonus plan and stock holdings, but chooses to bleed it dry with a personal loan and share sales instead. The product is fantastic and highly needed. Use the money that the company made to produce more product and actually close a BIG deal. SMH
Kinda wouldn’t makes sense to announce a PR until the yield sign comes down
Seems like you are VERY concerned that this is going to expert market so maybe YOU should sell and run for the hills …. Please
I don’t think they would have filed any Q’s if they are going to let VDRM fall to expert market 🤷🏼 I’m quite sure they will be current shortly.
I’ve often seen blocks of 250,000 to be from mm’s
On the bright side … the product is real and heals infections like no other otc product in the world. Also the testing was only recently completed with exemplary results.
That would explain why the millions in the coffers hasn’t been used for RXMD to develop further with M&A’s
Since NXPL isn’t a pharmaceutical company, we would have to assume that all of the product sales are going to flow through RXMD … yes ???
Isn’t the $1.2M just TANGIBLE payment for the supposed licensing payments that have already been being posted in receivables on past reports ??? So would it just be a wash as far as what quarterlies have already reported. Believe me I’m happy if there is actually CASH being transacted and will be used to further production and sales 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Refer to post 71702 … 40M shares to LOC for debt payoff and 40M shares to Intent Sciences and I think Intent Sciences shares were only restricted for 1 year like LOC’s
Wow … what a pay day for LOC to turn their $114,183 note into an estimated $400k.
Now in March the advertising companies 40M shares will become unrestricted is that correct ???
Question1: because they filed Q-1 2023 will the yield sign be removed
Question 2: does filing Q-1 2023 extend their time to file until a year from the due date of Q-2 2023
If it is the advertising company selling their 40M shares even at .01 they got paid $400K to accomplish not a lot as far as anyone can tell. Now their contract for 1 year is fulfilled with not a lot to show for the money that us shareholders gave them in the form of shares. They were supposedly the cats meow for online presence … Sad
Doesn’t selling their drugs cheaper just translate into having to sell MORE product to maintain the SAME bottom line ???
Does Otiko have to file a form to sell his shares ???
If/when the Doc wants to sell some shares, what form (if any) does he have to file with SEC declaring the sale or intent to sell ???
All of my shares are locked up in $1 sell orders ????
To address this statement “They secured big shipments of the next generation Vitastem Ultra and have gone to market with sales to doctors, hospitals, wound care centers, which they have mentioned.” I have to say that no shipments have been fulfilled as per any news release or on the Quarterly reports. No inventory, no supply requisites, no income from sales, no cash on hand and just accounts receivable “numbers on paper” for the “licensing contracts”. SAD
Not much market reaction to the “PIE IN THE SKY” news … wish they would just concentrate on launching the already proven Vitastem.
Where is the cash from all of the licensing fees all this time ??? They didn’t have ANY money to self support inventory.
In my estimation VDRM should have somewhere between $200-300K from share sales. That should fund ALOT of inventory.
Consider this though … if BLAS is selling shares to raise money for VDRM to use as working capital then it’s kinda like shutting down potential for growth
I have been a LONG time sizeable shareholder and at this point MY only concern is: WHAT work force is going to fill all of the INDIVIDUAL orders if the new team of IR is going to target individual internet inquiries according to THEIR own condition that Vitastem will treat or cure ???
This really is sad because there’s little to no chance now of a 10x or more increase because it’s very unlikely that the stock will shoot up to $30ish or more per share from $5ish. People argue that it’s the same thing going from .028 to .28 or $5.00 to $50.00 but from my experience stocks don’t climb by dollars as easy as climbing by pennies.
Plus the rich new rulers own a BIG boat load of common shares … I’m certain they want to make the pps go to the moon
Relax … the new TESTED products exist and are better than ANY antibiotic available. Consider that Otiko, though being slow to release the new product to the masses, is a major shareholder and would love nothing more than to have VDRM to go to the moon. Really think about it … let it soak in. He is in complete control of a product that can prevent amputations and possible death from sepsis from infection not cureable by ANY other means …….. !!!!! THAT’S A TESTED FACT !!!!!
I’m guessing that everyone has noticed that in the OTC world investors are reactive not proactive. Currently nothing has changed in the financials or anything else about RXMD to spark interest for typical OTC investors to jump in. When RXMD starts hitting the profitability goals therrebwill be a lot of interest.
Think about the profitability targets that have been set in order for the now executives to make bonuses. Just imagine what hitting those large profitability targets would do to RXMD as a penny stock. #feedingfrenzy
Think about this … with the ton of funding that just flowed in RXMD no longer NEEDS to uplist. They were going to uplist in order to attract big investors. It appears to me that NXPL is intending to grow RXMD organically by leaps and bounds. Leaving it on this exchange and growing RXMD to huge profitability will make it explode as a stand alone on the Penny exchange waaayyyy bigger than it ever would as a merged company on Nasdaq. That’s why all the BIG players involved are quite content with VERY LARGE amounts of common shares of RXMD as a penny stock.
Otiko doesn’t want to sell retail because who would visit HIS wound care clinics and pay for office visits if they could just buy a bottle retail for WAY cheaper and treat themselves at home. It’s to bad because the product could help ALOT of people with ALOT of medical problems that could be cured by these products. SAD … REALLY SAD.
In one of the forwarding websites you listed it said this statement that doesn’t sound very good to me … “ Following an announcement of a proposed business combination, the SPAC must offer its public investors the option to either redeem their common stock for the original purchase price or to sell their common stock to the SPAC in a tender offer. “ I have held this stock for a long time not to sell it for what I paid for it or be forced to accept a tendered offer that would likely be substantially less than true value. What do you make of that statement ???
10 patients at $40 each IS cheap but for the home user it’s WAAAAY out of wack price wise. NO ONE will pay that much to have it on hand in their medicine cabinet.
