Pretty funny stuff here. This company hasn't sold so much as a walnut in a very long time.
If this was a Mensa test I guess we now know that Jim lives 30 minutes from head quarters.
This is not new or news. This has all been stated from day one starting December 23rd. However this is a very good example of people on that think their phone call or email will result in inside information that has yet to be put on the street. No patience no common sense.
This is not unusual movement for ADMD. It's been moving like this since it blew past the 10s.
Dear all of you pansies shaking in your panties. You only need to know 3 things to hold long. 1. FDA 2. Battelle 3.George Washington. Got it? Good. Stop your whining.
This board has become a source of no news. Too many people on here with zero patience and no clue as to what they are into. As a result most of these postings are just one idiot yelling at another idiot. When neither idiot has a clue. Patience is your best insider knowledge right now. You idiots. For an example some idiot yesterday compared chemotherapy to Hiroshima. Get your facts straight. Idiots.
*****must read*****
Radiotherapy is a common treatment used in fighting cancer. It is estimated[1] that approximately 50% of all cancer patients receive radiotherapy in some form. The amount of radiation applied to the tumor is often decided on the sensitivity of the surrounding normal tissue. Several biotech companies are currently working to increase the effect of radiation on the tumor, while also decreasing the negative effects on the surrounding healthy tissue. A better understanding of the molecular response to radiation within the cell has allowed these biotech companies to formulate innovative targeted radiation treatments that could benefit both patients and investors.
One company that is pursuing new technology in the area of targeted radiation treatment is Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation (OTC:ADMD). Most biotech companies pursue a single drug or treatment, but this company is unusual in that it is pursuing two lines of business, one of which it already has an established presence. It is already well established in the manufacturing and distribution of medical isotopes with uses in imaging, therapy, and nuclear medicine as well as radio chemicals such as F-18, an isotope used in positron emission tomography (PET) imaging for detecting cancer and imaging for the heart and brain. [2][3]
The second area that it is pursuing is targeted radiation therapy for solid tumors. Injectable radiogel therapy is a treatment delivery system for yttrium-90, which is a well established and approved medical isotope used in treating several different kinds of cancer. Advanced Medical Isotope has entered into a licensing agreement with a major independent research and development company, Battelle, which provides access to eight important patents. Radiogel treatment consists of delivering microspheres of yttrium-90 in a water-based biodegradable polymer injected directly into the tumor. Body heat converts the polymer into a lattice, which traps the isotope directly into the tumor, and greatly reduces its affect on surrounding healthy tissue while improving its efficacy. The company will begin receiving royalty payments based on a percent of gross sales[4] in 2013, and estimates that peak potential sales could approach $75 million to $100 million annually.
There is also a major market opportunity in the medical isotope business. Medical isotopes are used in 18 million procedures in the United States and 30 million procedures globally every year. Isotopes are a very important ingredient in nuclear medicine used for diagnosis and treatment. There is a looming global shortage of the most commonly used medical isotopes, molybdenum-99, and its derivative, technetium-99m. This is because the NRU reactor in Canada, which produces about 50% of the total molybdenum-99 produced globally, is scheduled to shut down by 2015 and is not going to be replaced.
This means that there will be no production of these isotopes in North America. Only certain reactors are suitable for production, and electricity-generating reactors will not suffice. Advanced Medical Isotope is well placed to take advantage of the shortage due to its agreement with the Missouri University Research Reactor. The company expects to be in a position to provide 50% of U.S. demand, and production will start over the next seven to eight years.
The company has a highly qualified and respected team of specialists and a solid track record in the manufacture of medical isotopes. It has recently strengthened[5] its board of directors with the addition of Thomas J. Clement, one of the leading medical device entrepreneurs in the field today. He was a founding employee of Heart Technology, which grew to more than $100 million in revenue before being acquired by Boston Scientific. In 1998, Clement co-founded Pathway Medical Technologies. As CEO, he successfully raised more than $84 million. Pathway was acquired by Bayer Healthcare of Germany in 2011. He is presently the CEO of two start-up companies, and serves as a director of several medical technology companies.
Like all development-phase biotechs, Advanced Medical Isotope is a high-risk investment. The company burned $29 million in cash during the second quarter of 2012, compared to $49 million in the first quarter. Total cash flows from financing activities amounted to $545 million in the second quarter and $290 million in the first quarter.
But, the company looks very promising, especially since it is not dependent on one single treatment or drug. As stated earlier, sales for the radiogel treatment could reach $75 million to $100 million annually. With a support level around $0.22, and heavier trading volume in recent sessions, this could prove to be an optimal entry point. If you are looking for exposure to new, potentially groundbreaking cancer treatments, you should consider Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation.
If in fact somebody does know something. We will see at the bell. If it jumps past 6 then who ever does know something will want to lock up what they can before tomorrow.
Idiot.
ADMD has been a cat in a bag for a couple months now. If you've been watching it like I have since December you would see this. It's being held down. Hate to sound like a broken record but once we get FDA news the leash is off and here we go. The fact that this company isn't posting any real cash flow keeps it iffy. Hence The foot on its head but Once we get this product to market watch out.
This is the fact that's missing from a lot of the newbie posts. The FDA suggested to AMIC they would be better served to refile. This was the info I grabbed onto back in the trips that started my 10mil accumulation in. .0007s and I'm feeling like a rock star!
NEW YORK, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Medical Isotope Corp. (OTCBB: ADMD) a late stage development company engaged in the development of brachytherapy devices for therapeutic applications, recently announced the initiation of a capital restructuring plan in which $5 million of long term debt was converted into a newly designated series of equity based convertible preferred stock. ADMD believes that these actions will have a positive impact on the Company's balance sheet, potentially eliminating up to $800,000 of convertible debt, potentially eliminating a substantial portion of the warrants outstanding and potentially eliminating a substantial amount of the nearly $11 million of derivative liabilities currently reflected on AMIC's balance sheet.
Strengthening the balance sheet is of top importance for this microcap biotech as the company prepares for commercialization of its lead device for brachytherapy therapeutic applications. ADMD's focus is on transitioning to full operations upon receipt of FDA clearance for its patented brachytherapy cancer products.

Are you from this planet. Welcome to earth. Na noo na noo. Watch it take off with your couple hundred thousand ! Weeee!!!
On December 23rd I knew Christmas was going to be late. Here it is baby!
I miss the good old days when people on this board knew what they were talking about and all the posts were not hair brained guesses and crazy theories. Now it's just folks with a few bucks who are way out of their pay grade looking for easy free money.
I think God loves all of them. Good try speaking for him. It's you he might be questionable about.
After hours PR maybe!?
You're all welcome. Hit the ask at 22 4.3mil
This is good! I like this. Volume is back up. FDA is imminent!
Ha ha. I told you so.
10k bid whack on 28. So sad
This company claims they sold 650,000$ in 2014. Agnes gets paid 250,000$. Do the math. Take an introductory business cours and ask your self how this company can still be legitimate operating honestly with 400,000$ before taxes. To do those kind of sales you would also need at least 3 staff members and let's say these staff members were only being paid min wage. That would be roughly 18k a year. Multiply by 3 another 54k a year. Oh! You need to keep the lights on! Let's average 200$ a month. That's 2400$ a year. Oh! We need to pay rent. Let's low ball this at 500$ a month that's 6k a year. Now we have 26k a year in just those items. Plus her salary that leaves about 375k in order to pay for shipment of the product the actual cost of the product the marketing to sell the product oh and Uncle Sam! Hmmmm. Doesn't look as if this company is legitimate does it ? Sort of sounds like what's really happening is she knows what she needs to do to make it look like she's trying to sell product and conduct business. Just enough to stay out of jail. I've said this before. Cut your losses and run. Please
I've been doing some research to possible reasons why www.isotopeworld.com is not working. One reason is a 403 error code forbidden. This IS NOT A RESULT OF AN UNPAID BILL. Anyone that could suggest this as a reason is an idiot. IMHO. :). As I mentioned before most likely this site was taken down voluntarily by the web master. Which makes me to believe we are in for some really big news. This was a strategic move by AMIC. As I also mentioned before this will happen right before an acquisition announcement. I'm not saying that's the reason but it is a possibility which would coincide with our wait for FDA news. It's not the end of the world, Amic did not miss a payment on their web hosting service. These hosting services BTW do not charge monthly like your water bill they often times charge in lump sums. Yearly contracts. As I also mentioned previously their new site was posted in the month of January 14. We are now in April. If they failed to pay their new bill this previous January then it would of been taken down in February by the host. If they opted for a 6 month contract it still wouldn't be taken down until June or July. So stop spreading harmful and dangerous rumors for which you know nothing about.
According to AMIC Isotope World Facebook. The website is new as of January last year. I've searched and used site tools to analyze why it might be down. No answers. My only guess is that something is brewing. An obvious statement I know. One reason for its takedown maybe be because they are in the process of an imidiate acquisition. I've seen this happen with small start ups that have been bought in the past.
Rhut roe. Shaggy.
You're right. It is the worst case. I don't see us going that route or needing to. One of the factors is getting a clearer picture of Battelles role.
Anyone that isn't in below mid 30 should sit out until FDA approval. IMHO. because the clock restarts and the next chapter begins. Next step which is much bigger is solving the mystery behind Jims plans for getting this product to market. Let's keep in mind the patents hold priceless value for ADMD. We have two options if we get denied. File for bankruptcy and sell off the patents or sell the company to somebody that has the muscle to get us out of the mud. This being proprietary IP I would guess anyone interested in the patents would want the company as a whole.
I'm just thinking out loud.
Uuugh I hate that 3-4 point gap between the B/A that we've been seeing the last couple weeks. The bear seems to win each time at EOD.
I saw a penny on the this weekend and almost stepped over it. Until ADMD came to mind and I realized the value of a penny. I picked it up. Now I just need 10,999,999 more pennies.
Our resistance is 34. Then 38. After 40 the sky is the limit. I still hold a theory that a merger or buy out agreement has been made off the table until approval and the $$ agreement has something to do with our sharp decline. Also take into account that this may not get approval and we start this long wait all over again. Anyone of the big players interested in this won't want an introductory price over 4. Just my opinion.
Be happy that it's not being dumped and the ask is being hit. If we get into the 20s we start to fall apart.
I got in trouble today by somebody else for being a grumpy poster so I'm not going to directly comment on your post.
In my very humble opinion. FDA release day price is set. No matter what the price is today yesterday or the next day. I crazy theory I have is that AMIC has a partner ready to pull the trigger to either make an acquisition and a predetermined PPS if it passes or at least an investor with an agreement with a locked PPS. Once we get approval the real money comes in when we get a partner of some sort and I've said this before. Amic in my opinion has already negotiated the next step for marketing.
I've been selling chunks for the last couple weeks and buying back as I increase my holdings. I'm up a million shares from last week.
I expressed my opinion. As you just did. That's democracy in action. Maybe you can chill.
I have a bad feeling about today. In the recent past we should see a green day today but if not then I would assume we have a new trend downward until announcement.
Moron.
We need to hit the 37!
She is a genius !
Crickets. Lol
