Ryan Schadel: armed robbery. So I guess you won't be trusting anything this criminal says either?
I see no one was able to refute the claims dd has made concerning amount of shares owed to the note holders. I think I'll stcky his accurate numbers since no one can show otherwise.
If everyone here thinks dd is such a liar, then I challenge you to point out and paste the excerpts from the financials that tell a different story. Just cut and past the multiple pages of obligations,so we can all see you found the correct document, and then add up the numbers of these obligations which are long past their maturity - otherwise known as "late" in some circles- and there you have it. This means you will actually have to crack those bad boys open and read them. :( Find another number that represents what he owes- and yes, he still owes the money he borrowed and yes, those who lent him the money prefer to be paid in stock, not cash- and simply report the number of shares at current pps it would take to satisfy those debts. Simple. I'll just wait here.
Profit? What profit? LTNC has never shown a profit. They've lost money every single year. Millions.
Ha, the guy who predicted a 10,000% overnight gain to 0.01 this month is calling someone else stupid. Ok.
I agree with you 100%: Dry rhymes with buy.
I think you completely missed the point
Wow, he's actually boasting about paying his debt late. What, 10 more to go? When were those due? He should issue pr's for the debt that is farthest past the maturity date. Pathetic.
You may want to check your math
Again with the groundhog day reenactment. Tomorrow will bring the same ceo and stock performance that has brought us to 0.0007.
Oh I get it. Ryan diluted this into oblivion and there is no reason to believe he won't do it again. Dilution Bro. That's how he "gets it done"... with dilution. Then he sells his rosy comeback story, starts to make form 4 buys and releasing PR's, promising the world, enticing lotto players....aaaannnndddd...Its Gone!
don't get confused. I never said the buys weren't properly documented, I said he artificially inflated the price by buying.
The stock has lost 63% since 1/14. Continues to rise...LMAO.
But, before I am crucified, let me clarify that I am aware of the recent rise in pps. Which was entirely due to the ceo artificially manipulating the market price.
Exactly: everyone expects tomorrow to be different. Been the same story for almost a year now.
This stock makes me feel like I'm in the movie "Groundhog Day". Everyone else expects tomorrow to be different, but only I know every day will just bring the same sad old story.
Am I right or am I right?
Debt free? How would that even be possible given what is known?
Deletion of Posts
Duplicate
This is an accidental duplicate post by a single Member. This does not mean a similar message posted previously or the same content posted by a different Member.
Personal Attack
This is when someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message. The post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it.
Spam
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";
Sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients More on PM spam.
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. "My cat ate my homework" or "Bzinga");
Posting excessively on one or more message board(s). The boards are for discussion not a pulpit for individual Users. If you feel someone is abusing their posting privilege in this manner, please discuss this with a Site Admin without deleting any posts that don't otherwise violate the TOS. Admin will review posting history and may, at their discretion, impose posting restrictions if deemed to be warranted..
Spam that overlaps off-topic are posts containing content promoting other sites.
Spam promoting other stocks/companies on a stock specific board. For example, if your board is about Ford Motor Company, a post or link suggesting someone buy stock in a pharmaceutical company is not relevant to the discussion. This does not apply to industry or trading comparisons/discussion. For example, someone comparing a stock run to a similar run on another stock is fine. It also doesn't apply if someone makes an off hand comment that they took profits on another specific stock and brought them here. The goal is to remove clear, egregious promotion of other stocks ("Get out here and take your money to XXXX", etc.).
Off Topic
Posts about or focusing on other Members or groups of people and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper", "the naysayers are very loud today", "c'mon, where did all the cheerleaders go?"). The post does not have to be addressed to a specific person. If the post is about other Users then it should be removed.
Posts with religious or political statements should be removed as "off topic". These inevitably create an avalanche of replies that are off topic as well.
Posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic". Issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin.
Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal.
Vulgarity
The PG13 rule is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable when determining whether a comment is vulgar. The theory is that if society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users.
Otherwise, profanity (as explained above) is unacceptable on the stock boards, even when punctuation characters are used to "fill in the blanks" or letters are changed (f**k, azzh*le, etc.). Note that there are also "polite versions" for many acronyms and these are assumed to be the case when in doubt (i.e. "wtf?" = "what the freak?" in the polite version).
Any form of vulgarity directed at another User is unacceptable and should be removed (i.e. "you're a sh*thead", "being an a** doesn't help your case").
Author Asked to Remove
When a Member has specifically asked that a post be removed and has cited a valid reason for removal, such as accidentally revealing personal information. This is an occasional accommodation and is not to be used to "mask" the removal of bona fide TOS violations. If you are asked as a Moderator to remove more than 2 messages as Author Request, please send the User to discuss with Admin.
Messages over 48 hours old are not removed, even when requested by the Author, unless there are extreme circumstances (i.e. accidentally revealed an account number).
Violation of Privacy
Posting of what the Member believes to be any personally identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc.) about another User or posting the contents of a private message is a privacy violation. For example, if a Member posts that "XYZDownDaDrain is actually Bob Smith", whether the information is accurate is irrelevant. The Member was trying to disclose personal information. This is a serious violation and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.
Posting or referring to the contents of private messages without the author's prior consent is considered a violation of privacy and can get the User suspended or terminated from the site.
Threat
A Member threatening any other Member in any fashion is to be removed.
Threats or insinuations of violence or physical harm against anyone is a serious infraction and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.
If a post does not fit into any of these categories the post must not be removed.
and hello 6. Everyone get ready for the ride up all the way to.........ZERO.....POINT....ZERO....ZERO....ZERO.....SEVEN. WOOHOOO!!
I know, isn't it hilarious that we're all told to "do your own DD!" But the first thing you see makes you want to stay far far away, and that doesn't even get into examining the financials and games that have been played for the last year or so, but examining those facts will somehow lead a rational adult to think this is a good buy. Yes, ROTFLMAO every day.
I think I'll wait until the obviously impending rs happens, then still not buy. It's like a casino: The only way to win is not to play. Especially when the odds are so stacked against you.
Why would anyone need a screen shot? Why don't you just call the transfer agent yourself. I did, and got an answer in seconds. Again, this is why we should all do our own DD instead of asking others to do it for us.
Is that English?
there is absolutely nothing about this message that is based in reality. Successful investors focus on both the positive and the negative aspects of a business. To ignore the negative side of a potential investment is to set yourself up for disaster.
Put in your sell order now, there's going to be a long line ahead of you. Longs will be destroyed here
Schady buys, it's green, Schady doesn't buy, it's red. What do you think will happen when Schady doesn't buy anymore?
Are you really suggesting that we buy and rely on the notion that if we hope hard enough then the pps will rise? Is that a legitimate investment strategy, or are you just joking around?
read my post, that should clear up any misunderstanding you may have. Putting positive in quotes is antithetical to the thought that ltnc is positive.
I like the quotes on "positive", which indicates either sarcasm, or that positive is simply a place holder when a more appropriate word couldn't be found. I totally agree, everything about LTNC is "positive"
It is sometimes difficult to prove that an executive was planning anything before he bought or sold, but with Ryan, its all over his twitter feed! Saying things like big news coming out later, while he is buying a ton of shares, only to find out that this information is material to the company spells out illegal insider trading. This is easy. Nothing difficult or vague about it. Whether or not the SEC wants to bother itself with this is another question all together.
No, that is not at all what I said. Read the rules man. If he plans on merging with another company, wants to buy a stake in another company using company funds, etc. he must make that public before going on a buying spree. It is his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders to disseminate MATERIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY BEFORE HE BUYS OR SELLS. Black and white. Clear as day.
Right, speculation and conjecture are totally foreign here. Look, he doesn't have the money in the bank to make these purchases. That's why he had to give himself a bonus to make some of the purchases, and then HE TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH A $1,000/day payback term!! I'm not making anything up. If he is buying stock, he is paying ridiculous interest rates for the money that paid for it. Acknowledging a pattern is hardly making stuff up.
Regarding the legality of his recent acquisitions, I repeatedly see refutations to the illegal insider trading argument in the form of: "he filed a form 4, so everything is good". Please understand that no one has claimed that a ceo buying shares in his own company is illegal. It becomes illegal when the ceo buys or sells shares because of information only known to insiders at the time the trades took place. This is exactly what happened here. The ceo of a publically traded company began buying shares, by the billions, AND THEN released material information. You see, its not that he bought shares, or whether or not he filled out a form 4, but rather in the timing of his enormous buys and the release of this MATERIAL INFORMATION.
I didn't make any statement as to the legality of the trades, which is definitely in question without me having to address it. If you disagree with the premise of my statement, please address which part was inaccurate
I assume by that you mean there are investors with deep pockets waiting for their entry. Can you give me an indication of why that is your opinion? Do you see the whales, do you talk to them? I'm being honest, I would like for you to tell me how it is that you know that the "whales are circling"
Declining price on declining volume. WEEEEEEE
So he can artificially induce a "run" in a last ditch effort to save this bloated pig
Don't you just have to ask where that money is coming from? It is probably coming from the same types of loans he is paying off. Incredible
the problem is that no one else wants in. A casual investor perusing sub penny stocks would initially be intrigued by the revenue, until he realizes that there is no profit on the horizon. I could easily go out and make 20M in revenue. All I would have to do is tell people that if they give me $20, I will give them $24. Then I could call all the $20 bills I received "revenue". It wouldn't make up for the fact that I am giving money away to make revenue. Now, I understand about a company needing time to establish a solid footing in the marketplace before realizing value from growth, but with this bozo CEO, it's just not going to happen.
There is no demand for this stock, except by a dedicated few trying to keep this run alive.
