Off the charts cool!
Diver, Agreed. The effort to expand mRNA vaccines into the oncology arena seems to be encountering some headwinds.

The recent additional approvals granted to Advent a must have for MHRA submission or a nice to have?
The application is how many pages ?.?.?.? Adam, the Evelyn Wood of Biotech……
In that regard my counsel to the powers (pun intended) at be is not to schedule it on April 1…..
I assume ASM announcement will follow.
Now that their printer is back to printing shares can we assume* the submission package is complete?.?.?.?
* with a necessary level of trepidation and hesitancy, since it’s NWBO
Printer must be busy with the submission package and can’t print new shares at this time.
I hear what you’re saying, and tend to agree with the sentiment considering the current conditions for startups. But, private equities can be a double edge sword. People complain about lack of transparency now… Good article from the Atlantic pasted below. We didn’t know a lot of the details of the Toucan/Cognate transaction. But with the CRL announcement we saw several private equity firms were behind Cognate deal at that time, one of which I’m invested in one of their funds. I read their conference call transcripts and they can be word salad of vagueness. But, I don’t think investors complain because they’re earning a 10+ percent dividend and that’s what they want. So in essence, they buy their silence with the payout. The firms behind Cognate at the time of the CRL buyout of nearly $1 billion likely made a handsome profit. Which enables them to keep their investors happy….. but they might be a little thin on the details on how they achieve that end.

Did not state NWBO currently has the clean rooms as an asset. Can you state who does? I’ve not looked at CRL‘s books I’m not sure you could parse it down to that level due to the expansive footprint of their organization. Merely stating the ultimate possibility similar to Advent due to the agreements that were in place (which we know very little about), when Cognate was bought out by CRL.
Cognate/CRL has added additional clean room capacity beyond the original 16.
Toucan owned Cognate, and there was a Cognate management buyout from Toucan about five years ago. CRL acquired Cognate two years ago. NWBO never owned Cognate. On the original 16 clean room suites that went into Memphis (and this might help refine the point IC is attempting to make) it appears NWBO paid for those suites. I have the shipping documentation, the bills of lading, and even the architectural renderings on the Memphis expansion. The Memphis expansion portion appeared to be on Cognates dime. Who currently has ownership of those original 16 suites I don’t know. Could Cognate end up similar to Advent with NWBO owning the equipment……. possibly
Possibly with Cognate’s majority and minority shareholders at CRL’s acquisition???
(From CRL’s press release)
Advisors and Cognate Ownership
Gordon Dyal & Co., LLC is acting as the exclusive financial advisor to Charles River. Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is acting as Charles River’s transactional legal counsel, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is acting as antitrust counsel. Dark Horse Consulting Group, Inc. is acting as Charles River’s strategic advisor.
Cognate is supported by its majority shareholder, EW Healthcare Partners, as well as minority shareholders, Medivate Partners, BlackRock, and a sovereign wealth fund. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is acting as the exclusive financial advisor and Kirkland & Ellis LLP is acting as legal counsel to Cognate and its shareholders.
Too prestigious to flail?.?.?🥸
Rumored, the Astros might be interested in Mr. Stallion's talents…..
Very cool (or not kool for some). AI still in its infancy can analyze known data without bias. However some using AI attempt (knowingly or unknowingly) to induce bias in their style of questioning.
And NVCR’s SP is presently on a single digits trajectory……
And he would do that publicly??? Before the fake account is a properly dealt with by X????
Probably too busy selling - sarcasm for clarity purposes
Probably part of the calculus to cultivate “real” followers on the new fake accounts. I’m sure there’s a fair amount of Twitter users who automatically follow an account that follows their account.
It appears they can spoof the number of followers. However, since it’s likely internal counter at X the one thing they can’t spoof is the number of posts by these accounts. Flip or pgsd showed a screenshot where the fake Bigger only posted 244 times which I would think is low relative to what the real Bigger has done over the years. So at this point it’s similar to product or restaurant reviews if they don’t have a lot of reviews, then the reviews they do have are/or can be suspect. Or in this case, if they have not posted a significant amount, the account is suspect.
The day he found out he doesn’t get to join the SAB like LL?
Interesting the label on the syringes not only has an expected lot number, but also has a protocol identifier/number.
(Admittedly, they could be just using standardized label template, which includes protocol and they’re filling the field in with date/year)
Getting in the Box?
Is Bigger alluding to the Bulky Blogger of Biotech (aka Night King*)?

Or, she’s overly vested/compensated……
Tuesday the 19th?
Might be a good time to remind everyone the scientist/clinician Dr. Liau’s has an MBA. Otherwise, some might be prone to question her business acumen/savvy…..
Last time I checked, there were some tax breaks for installing home charging stations. You might also have to up your electrical service to your home in order to accommodate one of these stations, and I believe the tax break would accommodate that work as well. I’ve upped the service to my home, but it wasn’t explicitly for EV charging, but that is also in the plan.
In the meantime, the rare Blue Supermoon has wolves howling.
Yes that sounds plausible. If DcVAX was similar to the Covid vaccines, they potentially could use dry ice in the shipping container (a misconception I had which Lykiri helped clear up). But we know they are using liquid nitrogen which gets you down close to -200 C.
Modera is/was stored between -50 and -15 C. And I believe Pfizer is/was down to -70 C.
Failure of NVCR’s ovarian phase III trial is another data point in the TTF saga (hello C-Suite sell-off).
Making “once in a blue moon” a possibility…….also seemingly apropos.
