On people wanting people to complain positively, I'm not sure that is going to happen.

Lets not get clouded. As posted before the Chinese were given a 1.23 price and then a couple days latter John Q. Public was given 1.23 plus warrants.

As for the December warrants , sorry to say, why would you not buy shares right now at depressed prices ,if you wanted some, instead of hoping you can buy shares at 1.85 in December.
This will be touch and go till this stuff is settled but there is good reason those warrants could be bought for half a cent today.......they are toast.

Good part of the volume was people dumping shares to get in on pp and get free warrant.
They let people set that up nicely and opened a little window for them. The price tanked even before the price was set.....oh how would they have ever known ha ha ha.
One other point is every one is happy the price was the same.....but it wasn't. If I was giving titan good faith money to negotiate and 48 hours later you sell John Q. Public shares at the same price but added warrants, I would think we were not negotiating in good faith anymore. Amateur hour big time. This was not overlooked believe me. This shit drives people nuts.
One more thing is the 5 years at a dollar sixty..... They must be thinking success ....ha ha ha

I think some people may do well to read the press release a couple more times. The first four "million" is just a private placement and gives them the right to negotiate exclusively. We are not even out of the gate and some of you are throwing in the towel. The problem we had is we had no money.....guess what we got some.

They only have to meet the duties set out by the exchange. Some companies only post their quarterlies because that is their duty. Unfortunately, that is not going to cut it here because all that tells us is we are out of money again. To quote the mighty JH......we're on it.

I disagree with one part of that dd. ultimately it will be huge or painful that part I agree. BUT as an investment it should be analyzed along the way to maximize profit or minimize losses. If we just push our chips in and hope we might aswell go to vegas early and bet on black. As a public company there is a responsibility. This thing won't be able to handle another 11th hour disappointment. Shit happens, I get it, but keep people informed.

Even if we get the price up, the first warrants won't even give us 10mil. It has to happen IMO because we have a confidence issue. Although this is only temporary beer money for this crew I do believe it has to happen.
This is going to be real interesting and the results are going to be fantastic or extremely painful. Either way the proof is coming real soon and I for one am hoping for the best. Prove your stuff get the warrant money then finance when your price is up, anything else will end in disaster. IMO

I was just wondering if anyone felt that pit in their stomach when the earth shattering news of the platform imaging deal came through. We finally thought ok something, but when you tried to look them up all you saw was 3 old white pasty dudes. Enough of the old people who won't even live long enough to see jail time when this falls apart. My dad is up there and he can't even check his email, do you not think we need some motivating exuberance if we are manufacturing earth shattering technology. Just one mans opinion.

For an interesting take on shelf prospectus take a look at T.MSL. They recently filed for 250,000,000 and the company market cap is only about 300,000,000. In my opinion this is about flexibility. You will also notice that this company put it in a press release. God bless full disclosure.

You can find examples of companies that the warrants are purchased outright and others where the warrants are worthless. It all depends on the pps at the time of the transaction. If the deal is decent you'll be able to sell your warrants after an announcement...it may take 6 months to finalize. JMHO. Glta.

The buyout theory is the logical step considering the approach......the question is why keep some dead weight around and let them fumble fuck this robot when you could take it to the bank your way. Please don't get me wrong I believe the people building this monster are in the right atmosphere, but every thing else seems like an anchor.
In biotech or pharma the big pockets would prefer to pay for proven vs gamble yes......
I think the science is proven or we would have not come this far.
I know the critical thinkers of our time will take notion with this but why wouldn't you want to bring It to market your way?....
Before the design freeze is the only time to speak.
