Good part of the volume was people dumping shares to get in on pp and get free warrant.
They let people set that up nicely and opened a little window for them. The price tanked even before the price was set.....oh how would they have ever known ha ha ha.
One other point is every one is happy the price was the same.....but it wasn't. If I was giving titan good faith money to negotiate and 48 hours later you sell John Q. Public shares at the same price but added warrants, I would think we were not negotiating in good faith anymore. Amateur hour big time. This was not overlooked believe me. This shit drives people nuts.
One more thing is the 5 years at a dollar sixty..... They must be thinking success ....ha ha ha
