When you reference "trying to make the chart look better", it is speculating with zero proof.

It could have been a buy for 100,000 shares that partially filled, as we agreed upon.

There is no way of knowing the intention of the buyer, unless it was you. I have had many partial fills throughout VTCQ's time on the greys and it is extremely annoying.

What I believe it needs is to uplist. I imagine they have some PR to go with such an action.
