I remember the "good ole days"....well aka riverandfold remembers those days....lmao! SPNG Spongetech got me started in the pinky world....anyone remember that one??? WOWZA!!! those days were super fun and massively unpredictable, crowd-sourcing at it's best for sure!
not sure....doing DD now....maybe a different question is why was it so high in the first place?
good luck my friends....I am officially out of FOXO as of yesterday. I had to pour all available funds into my INOD war chest yesterday prior to their insane news yesterday after hours. I do wish everyone good luck and hope FOXO goes crazy HIGH in SP for any crazy reason that might occur. GLTA!
Let's Go! I can't stand after hours trading that typically screws the "normal guy"...but ready to rock and roll up from here!
thanks.....this explanation makes much more sense....but sounds like at ALL hinges on the existence of 200B of Short shares on a RNVA stock with a current value of 0.0001. hmmm. I gotta process that one for a while....thanks again.
But dude.....they SOLD those to Foxo Technologies for a shit-ton of stock. Rennova doesn't own those anymore. They own Stock in FOXO.
Forgive me in advance if I'm completely missing something...and please fill me in if that's the case.
Someone, please explain to me why the RNVA ownership in FOXO company is going to make the Stock Price of RNVA go up? Unless they "merge with FOXO" and assume their Stock ticker; FOXO is the new ownership of the Revenue driving business of RNVA. If RNVA mgmt starts "controlling" FOXO and running that business, the fruit of their labor is going to make FOXO stock go up....NOT RNVA. In other words.....the FOXO earnings and revenue is not going to be part of RNVA's financial statements....all RNVA will be showing are Value of the Foxo Stock Ownership on the Balance Sheet and the Income Statement would only show "unrealized and realized Gains/Losses from FOXO Stock".
Does this mean that RNVA 's only profit potential comes from the recognition of FOXO stock Gains and Losses alone?
Can someone please clarify this for me Thanks in advance.
Who is even running this shop anymore? Isn't Mark White the CEO of FOXO Technologies now? Was he replaced at Touchpoint? or they have No CEO? If no CEO.....Why is this company even active anymore?
exactly.....it's super thin on both sides of L2. Without any news the Bid will continue to stay thin too.....that's our current issue. With NEWS, we'll see the thin Ask go down and SP will POP with the slightest Bid pressure.
I doubled down today! I see the infamous "fake L2 wall" sitting there at 0.18...my radar senses an explosion up soon....opening bid tomorrow at $0.18 and up from there....crystal ball is glowing.
AH, yes......very astute my friend. You are correct indeed. Thank you!
I think it has that potential, seriously undervalued at this level with the new Business Revenue flow from Myrtle and Big South! news will make this thing run like a headless chicken!
volume on ask is drying up.....once done....breakthrough. We saw a little sneak peak of it yesterday....let's break through!!!
FOXO - News is coming today! New filings, updates about partnerships and acquisition.

Annual Meeting notice....they forgot to put the dates in the form. lol. They are to vote for the approval of all the new partnerships and acquisitions, with new authorized share issuances. Unfortunately, the writing is literally on the wall that an RS will come by next summer June 2025.

FOXO is planning for the long term with these agreements. White (CEO) is locking himself in with an extremely healthy compensation package. $360K plus $80K car allowance? that seems a bit much...don't ya think!
Primed and ready....news is brewing.....can feel it!
FOXO volume is waking up a bit today. Let's see which side wins today! Slap that ASK!!!
sorry to all longs that are feeling butt-hurt right now....I share the same sentiment. However, I typically wait and publicly post the full wrath of my anger only AFTER I have unleveraged my position with the company (ie...After I've sold my shares). Call me selfish....but I would assume that is what EVERYONE on here would be doing as to maximize their value position.
I mean.....why slam it if you're still holding the bag????? I'm wondering if any ihub longs gave up and unloaded your shares today causing this crazy selling pressure? HMMMMM??? I wonder.........nah.....it was most definitely the CEO/Management. hmmmm.........
RNAZ ($0.27 ps) is currently trading at a lower value than their actual current Cash Balance on balance sheet as of March 31st. UNBELIEVABLY UNDERVALUED!!!

Advice to all company CEO's dumping shares to raise capital. Use your head.....
A) Fact #1: every new share issuance is going to apply OVERSELLING pressure and cause the stock to go down in value, typically it will go undervalued.
B) Fact #2: every CEO wants their SP to be as high as possible for as long as possible.
Then WHY.....WHY do CEO's not plan for this in advance and counter-act.
1) Issue 10% More shares than the immediate funding offering needs.
2) wait until the offering is closed and all shares have been "dumped".
3) Once volume "dries up" execute a 10% Share Buy-back program to scoop up undervalued shares and provide BUYING momentum to get out of the dilutive cellar for the current shareholders that just got shit on.
It's not rocket science...just common sense public company financial planning.

they definitely have taken advantage of us shareholders.....but an empty shell company? come on....that would imply that they aren't even doing research or conducting trials and are lying about absolutely everything....we know that's not the case....
so...empty shell? nah......but....Shitty Management and Shitty treatment of shareholders that believed in the company and showed amazing patience? YES, they are screwing us.
RNZA Stock @ $0.27 ps is currently trading at a lower value than their actual current Cash on balance sheet at of March 31st, 2024. UNBELIEVABLY UNDERVALUED!!! Come get in while you still can!

not too surprising.....the majority of those firms that "help generate capital for clients" have been sued at some point in time. I have no idea about 3i specifically, butall those firms in it for the buck and they cut ethical corners and screw the general public in some way shape or form.
Patience my friend....patience....don't let today be the straw on the camels back. I am pretty sure today's selling volume pressure came from 3i Management Group unloading their shares they earned from the last share offering.

They are done unloading. Now we just need a little help from Management with some news. That's all we need to bust out of here and we can then unload and move on to greener pastures somewhere else.
Not a direction I would prefer to say the least....BUT I just got some more cheapies! I still gotta get back to 0.40 to BREAKEVEN, but that just means I got really tight hands. Huge potential to profit at these low levels!!!! GET IN if you are on the sidelines!
I would anticipate a lot more MEAT of details and information to be included in that NYSE compliance news. based on the comments form the CEO....we might see the real value spelled out about this acquisition within the compliance response.
Hi all, I'm catching up on the background of this FOXO / RNVA acquisition. So, RNVA sold it's income producing hospital and recovery center and need to open the Jamestown hospital back up....so no revenues coming into RNVA from Hospitals....but likely are earning some revenue from the strategic arrangement with InnovaQor, Inc. INQR???????? Is all of that Accurate?
Assuming that's accurate (or close to)....a primary priority for RVNA will be to Monetize their position in FOXO stock ownership. However, it seems like the RNVA CEO will like to continue to be "controlling shareholder of FOXO"....so they won't want to convert / sell all of their shares for further FOXO dilution.
Seems like the money opportunity for Stock price growth is over at FOXO at this current time. Once RNVA gets progress on the other hospital driving revenue....I might put some money into this one. It's a strange 3 public company relationship going on here.....so I'm going to research RNVA a bit more. My largest fear is RNVA ticker just "goes away" as the Mgmt is clearly invested in other company tickers.
FOXO is where my money is right for the next couple months at least.
yum yum....gobble gobble. THANKS for those cheapies!
tight hands here.....I've averaged down to 0.46 overall....scooped up some really nice cheapies below 0.30. Ready to scoop any more of those up also.
Long-term tycoon maker.....AI stock = INOD up 14% today.
Short term fun Flip at it's bottom SP, primed for acquisition news and explosion = FOXO
I just smacked the ask again! let's take it down....super thin on the Ask.
Ok, let talk Market Cap....is this stock overvalued or undervalued at $0.22 AFTER considering the upcoming stock transactions???? Let's do some quick simple math.
Current Market Cap
~$2.5M on 11.5M o/s share count
If assuming $0.22 stock price...
Post Transaction value:
Myrtle Recovery adds ~2.3M more shares ($500,000 @ 0.22)
Big South Form adds ~91M more shares
That's a whopping 104.5M shares in total @ 0.22 per share = $23M Market Cap
However, the average Annual patient revenue for Hospitals with 25 beds or fewer is $32.8M per year.
Is $23M market cap too high for a company that will be bringing in $32.8M Revenue per year??? ask yourself that question.
the Myrtle recovery thing is good, and I'm sure there is some revenue stream coming in...but I am more curious about Big South Fork Medical (https://bsfmedical.com/) and the $20M of convertible preferred stock price tag for it. Big south has 25 Beds at their hospital....so I was curious approx how much revenue that venture should bring in per year. I couldn't find anything specifically about Big South (understandably) but did find this interesting nugget below.
https://www.definitivehc.com/blog/revenue-trends-at-u.s.-hospitals
How does net patient revenue compare for hospitals of different sizes?
Smaller hospitals with fewer beds report lower net patient revenue figures than larger hospitals with more beds. For example, the average net patient revenue for hospitals with 25 beds or fewer was $32.8 million in 2021 compared to $817.1 million for hospitals with more than 250 beds.
hmmm....maybe the IRS won't mind if I include this loss as a "charitable donation to cancer research" and apply against my Ordinary income vs my Investment income. lmao! j/k....we're looking for the same PoP! good luck to you.
This did certainly suck for us holding shares.....but I'm forever the optimist (glass half full type of guy). At least the offering appears to have happened and all shares cleared through in 1 day.....yesterday. We'll see if any selling pressure continues today like it did yesterday.....fierce L2 action at 0.30 all day....means the shares were being scooped up and held their value (as per the selling price value).
