Bought yesterday sold today. Not expecting much but sold for slightly more than I bought so ok either way. Yesterday seemed to be the day to buy as it’s usually two days before record date which is Monday. The ex date should be today but not 100% sure on that. Not willing to risk it though until the 16th as there isn’t much of a catalyst here otherwise.

Is the ex dividend tomorrow or the 16th?

So if I bought today would I receive the dividend. Can I sell tomorrow and still receive it?

Plenty of fake bids and market maker manipulation going on here. And then people wonder why traders left the otc.

The way I see it. The current company is sitting at 0003. So I welcome any reverse merger.

Reverse mergers have a history of doing really well in the OTC. But we definitely need more info on the incoming company.
But I guess anything is a positive from a stock sitting at 0003.

Yeah would be nice to have know the name. Hopefully they get that out soon as the merger gets closer.
But wonder if new company /reverse merger means new ceo. Maybe the CEO of the British Columbia company. That would certainly be a huge positive.

Seems like there are two catalysts in the near future. The TSX merger and the Amazon prime video deal. Either one could potentially send this up. Management here is terrible at conducting their fiduciary duty of increasing shareholder value as Xavier could care less about dilutive actions he continues to take. But he’s no different than most penny CEO’s. Just some care to at least to try address it. He doesn’t. Either way regardless of him this could be a short term move to the upside.

Waiting on this one. Hopefully it can move on news when this comes out.

Company should PR this and name the company instead of keeping it a mystery.

Disgusting dilution Xavier. The news was amazing but you are doing zero to prevent toxic dilution. Calling it a necessary ‘evil’ at the expense of existing shareholders. Remember this, shareholders are owners of the company and if you fail to do your fiduciary duty to bring maximum value to them , you have failed despite any successes the company may have achieved.
