OS of 6 Bil/100 = OS of 60 mil shares

(2)If we had to I'd say no worse than 10 to 1 reverse split,

That would give us:

OS of 6 Bil/10 = OS of 600 mil shares.

There are a lot of good companies that have OS of 600mil shares.

Why not try to convince him to issue either a PR regarding any new developments or post it on the website?

A PR would go a long way toward increasing the Interest in CETEK?

But I think the biggest thing Fayiz Hilal can do is to Open Up the the Investment World!

I can't visit CETEK - med. reasons!

However I sent FH 2 e-mails about 3 months ago - I got no response at all from CETEK!

I have not been posting at all since then!

Since I still am a shareholder and not seeing much on this board, I decided on the spur of the moment to call FH.

He answered after 1 or 2 rings

He basically said there are a lot exiting things happening at CETEK, but he can't tell me anything.

And he had no recomendation of what I should do with my stock!

To be honest with you he basically told me what I wanted to know, and I had not prepared myself with more questions.

He was polite but, but not that open!

In one of my previous e-mails I asked him to post the present status of the company!

On the CETEK website if you press press release- You get "Korean Contract Dec 14, 2006"

If FH was concerned about shareholders, Then when you press "Press Release" you should get "CETEK Discusses their Plans for 2010"

He doesn't seem to want to part with info!

However the stock barely trades anymore:
Some days 0 trades
other days 500k trades
and usually a big trade is about 2.5 mil

If exiting things start happening at CETEK we will see it start with a much higher trading volume.

I believe it was Fayiz Hylal answering almost immediately (at least it was an older gentleman)

I asked him, was this Fh and he would not answer yes or no.

Since he sounded like the CEO: My Question to him was: Is there anything happening for this company in the nest 6 months? Or in the next year.

His Answer: "There are a lot of exiting things happening Here. But I cannot tell you what it is; nor can I tell you what to do with your stock."

If the people from CAGI explore the 60% Area where all the Gold is, then we have a good chance of moving up!

Abstract
This paper is a synthesis and update of the geology of Nicaragua and a discussion of metallic and non-metallic mineral deposits.

There are some 94 metallic and 46 nonmetallic mineral deposits within the various geologic environments. Gold is mined from three deposits—Limon, Bonanza, and La Libertad—and limestone, gypsum, aggregates, and clay minerals are mined at six quarries. Nicaragua is the leading gold-producing country in Central America and the Caribbean Basin. Since the late 1930s more than eight million ounces of gold have been mined, mainly from epithermal and mesothermal veins (Limon, Bonanza), skarn zones (Siuna, Rosita), and various placer deposits. Geologic reserves are estimated at 6.5 million ounces. Other mineral commodities include silver, copper, zinc, limestone, aggregates, gypsum, and clay minerals. Brief descriptions of these and several other commodities are provided along with production statistics and general location maps.

As a result of political unrest and nationalization of many foreign assets during the 1970s and 1980s, little exploration was conducted. However, the election of a stable, democratic government in the early 1990s and a revision of foreign investment regulations has resulted in an increase in exploration activity; nevertheless, much of the country remains underexplored.
