Need some news from these people! The OS hasn't changed in a long time, so my guess is the dumping is retail that got tired of waiting.
People dumping 2s today. Geez.
What the hell is a "Garage Product"? What are you talking about?
Last quarter filings are all we have to go by at the moment, but that is really for Plandai (before the reverse merger), so we wont know until the next filing.

Who's "they"? The company?
Eat those yummy 3"s
Big dump day today.
Ask size piling up. People trying to get out.
OS increased to 292,509,230 6/20/2024
Nothing interesting about this.
Happy retirement! Take up new hobbies. Enjoy not having to work for other people.
Also, the price at the time of de-listing would not matter here. The SEC is treating it as a new entity with new valuation, so the new price, when it goes public, would not have any relation to the old company.
All good questions. I am sure there would be a lot of people dumping at open since they have waited so long, and they could make instant profit, but it should recover after that since the OS is pretty low (for an OTC stock). I doubt we would start at $0.30, but I like to be optimistic. I bought 7,666,666 shares @ $0.0003 ($2300) of this back in the day, so that would be ~63,889 shares after the 1 for 120. If it even opened at $0.10, that would be $6389 right off the bat.
Hopefully, we end up on the high end ($0.30). That would be a great starting point, and the share structure would support $1 per share levels pretty easily IMO.
That would be sweet. That would put me in the green instantly. Hopefully, with some news he can get that up to $1 or so per share.
Awesome. Happy to see this getting somewhere.
Buyers only buy at the ask (which make the price go up) if they think there is some way to make money. So, they buy the ask if good news just came out (and the company did not mention anything bad like an RS), or if the company indicated something big will happen at a later date, or if the buyer is fooled into thinking something is going to happen by pumpers.
But, anticipation of news is always worth more than the news itself. Hence the term "buy the rumor, sell the news"
Turd town. Next to circle-the-drain-ville.
I feel a movement coming on....Oh wait, that's just the Taco Bell I had for lunch.
Yahoo has never kept up with trades or company share structure from what I have seen.
Rise without news? Pumpers on X could do that, but there is no reason it would go up without some kind of trigger with this OS.
That is possible. I was thinking that also. Maybe they are just waiting until after the next filing to put out news?
A ten would be very surprised.
Four. Not super surprised, but, you would think with some guidance, they would have put out some kind of PR by now. I do notice they have not updated the OS in almost a week, which is unusual, as they usually update every one or two days.
I'm surprised by that also. You would think she would give some guidance and at least tell the new owners to put out some kind of PR.
Correct. New owners of publicly traded companies, especially when done as a reverse merger, will quickly figure out how to use it as a piggy bank. We haven't seen dilution yet due to the time restriction on new owners dumping shares, but it will happen.
Merger is done and approved on this one. See OTC filings. New owners listed. But, because the new owners have never run a publicly traded company, they have no interest or care in putting out news, as they have no understanding of how these things work.
No, it doesn't. The merger is defined in the filings on the OTC website already.
There was no news from the company last week. A pumper caused that.
C'mon, - news please. Any day would be great.
OS increased to 268,349,230 6/10/2024
What a turd pile. 2's on the bid, and the bid is thin.
I'm not on X
Big dilution day today.
Honestly, I am not sure if he is still alive. Not a peep from him in a very long time.
Or he dumped his shares on the pump.
Is that Twitter pumper guy still on vacation or something?
I must be working on my PhD. in Murphy’s Law apparently! Whatever I think will happen, it always seems to be the opposite!
And I'm kicking myself for not selling at 6. Could have sold and re-bought at 3 maybe.
Dump-aroo. Geez.
