I agree. I have a sizeable position and added to it this past week at ridiculously low prices. I do hope they abandon the esports focus and bring in acquisitions in sectors that have more interest. They appear to have started to do that with the beverage deal that is generating some revenue now. That said, at the current valuation, it wouldn't take much for the stock to appreciate considerably (to several dollars IMO).
There was discussion from NSAV about putting TruSAF into CHIF late last year. I think that would make a lot of sense given CHIF's superior share structure. NSAV also appears to have some issues with its cap table so that could further shift the thinking towards using CHIF as a vehicle for monetization.
Management hasn't released a CHIF PR in over two years. Something is bound to happen...hopefully soon.
Company should have produced audited financials. They keep trying to fight the process. That's not helping shareholders.
Need the attorney letter. Given the annual was late, that probably delayed the process. That said, the company should post something on X and break the silence.
Massively undervalued...10x plus return potential
The market is sleeping on this one given it IPOd on a holiday week. IoT systems and solutions provider that operates in high growth markets in APAC and looking to expand. 778% revenue growth in most recent year with strong earnings (<6x pro forma PE) and operating cash flow. Only 1.3mm share float and the rest is owned by the parent company, not institutional investors. Thus, there shouldn't be an overhang as the parent has every incentive to maximize the stock price. I expect them to look at acquisitions once the stock price achieves an appropriate PE multiple.
In my view, the stock will explode higher once there's even a modest amount of buying.
I think they mentioned it as a historical event
I could be wrong, but I've never seen an LOI remain unexecuted for over a year. I think that disclosure was simply as a historical event. Moreover, Moshn doesn't fit with the direction that the Chairman would want to follow.
Quarterly fling is out
Good to see the share structure intact. It also seems, as far as I can tell, that the Moshn deal was abandoned. That one made little sense to me, so I'm glad to see them let it go. Still only 2.4mm shares held at DTC, so massive upside once some value enhancing transactions are announced.
Company is getting more active again on Social Media
I hope we get a PR this week (as has been suggested on other forums). There has been a slew of posts on social media. Nothing significant, but at least they're communicating again.
Still here
Hasn't been much to talk about since the last PR in early April. We obviously cleared out a big seller below $0.01. It seems like many on the Board, myself included, took advantage of that to buy more.
The market cap is obviously ridiculously low, but management needs to step up the information flow. I hope we see something soon.
Filing on on the PXS acquisition
Looks like it closed.
Not what I saw a few minutes ago
Strange.
Some progress on OTC Markets page
Overview page no longer has cautionary disclaimers. They're showing stock price and trading information. The company profile page has been blanked out and Ben no longer shows up. Perhaps this is a sign that the new owners and management team will show up soon.
Why is the market cap still so low?
Any thoughts?
New name let's them keep the ticker
I suppose that saves them some money and time having to deal with FINRA.
We're starting to get more news flow. I hope this means some deals are on the horizon. Won't take much buying to drive the share price to $3-$4.
Talking about some sort of branding campaign too
"Tuesday's CHIF press release also announced our upcoming plans for rebranding, as part of CHIF's entrance into the Esports arena. Stay tuned, our rebranding strategy is coming soon."
At least we're starting to get updates after months of no news flow. If we could get a similar market cap as N$AV, I think most shareholders would be very happy given CHIF's superior share structure.
Let's hope the business updates happen more frequently
There's obviously been a dearth of updates for the better part of the past year. If we get some accretive deals, the stock price, with this share structure, will take care of itself.
N$AV peaked at market cap of over $900mm last year.
Good news on Friday
I hope Yuen Wong can help increase the pace of news flow (shouldn't be hard given it's been non-existent for the past 9 months). I wasn't a fan of the Moshn deal, so I hope they move past that and focus on true esports/gaming/blockchain deals.
Yuen Wong has a much better share structure to work with here vs. NSAV, so let's hope he can create significant value.
Let's not be delusional
Why would you want TDS back in? No reason to trust Stephenson.
I think Ben Berry's credibility is severely damaged. Had a number of bad deals. I would avoid his custodianships, but to each their own.
TDS shouldn't have pumped the stock higher
It's almost impossible to fathom they weren't cognizant of the possibility that the deal could fail. They were pumping the stock with misleading statements that drew in shareholders (fortunately I was long gone) into the stock since the prior lows of the high single digits. TDS management should not be spared of investor criticism.
Ben Berry was sloppy
Personally, I would avoid his companies. He's been sloppy too many times in my view.
I stated that earlier today
What is relevant is why they backed out? BB needs to provide some answers in that regard.
RS only resigned from CLHI (ie. CLST Holdings)
Does that really matter? He's still running TDS. If you're a shareholder in that company, do you feel good about his stewardship? I wouldn't.
I agree
Blaming this on DE just ignores the fact that Ben Berry and TDS misled investors. Very sad
TDS wants to distance itself from CLHI as much as possible
It's not their problem anymore. It's Ben Berry's mess to sort out. A key question is what are the problems associated with the shell that couldn't be sorted out? Were the tax liabilities so high that TDS still couldn't fork out the cash to move forward?
If TDS' business were going gangbusters, like they've alluded to on numerous occasions, it shouldn't have been a problem to pay off a tax bill, should it? Just asking questions, Ben Berry needs to provide answers.
I agree
Ben Berry needs to provide an explanation. He seems sloppy and is certainly difficult to trust at this point.
South Korea to invest $187 million in national metaverse
Certainly seems like the country is looking to take a leadership position in metaverse development.

From what I could tell..
Traders were chasing beaten names rather than recent winners. Once we start getting the anticipated news flow after 2/28, I firmly believe money will flow back here.
If you understand the story
That shouldn't matter. It's just in a consolidation phase after significant outperformance versus the indices. The down days are characterized by much lower volume than the up days. A sign of great strength in my view.
Buy it on Bittrex
They're open to US investors (assuming you're based in the US). They've become a little more strict with their KYC procedures, but it can be done if you really want to buy KOK.
Great
More opportunity for the rest of us.
Fact remains
The market cap is only $1.1mm (not including the restricted shares). Not exactly an enormous valuation nor has there been massive pumping of the share price in my view. Ample evidence to suggest that updates are coming, even if not confirmed by the tweet in question.
Agreed
If it's fake, so be it. All will be revealed in time.
Updates and PRs soon apparently
This is what Alex said to someone on Twitter. I hope that means a R/M is on tap.
Thin float, can produce some big intraday swings
It's healthy to have pull backs. Gives profit takers a chance to get out and new holders the dip they're looking for. Unfortunately, the thin float can exacerbate the down move, but this one got absorbed relatively easily.
What's left in ENKS for OTC holders?
I've read the PR a couple of times and still can't figure it out. It's essentially unintelligible (par for the course for Ballout). I think new controlling shareholders is a good thing (almost anything is better than Ballout), but it's unclear what assets are left. Thoughts?
OTCQB was approved
NBLD is now OTCQB. Management moved very fast after listing shares to get the 10K filed (only a month after fiscal year end) and move to OTC QB. I have to believe they're dressing this up for a reverse merger. Risk/reward is phenomenal in my view given the paltry market cap.
Example of what could happen
AMRR announced a merger last night and the stock is up over $2 (371%) from yesterday's close. Similar share structure and float.
We just need Silverbear to make some substantive announcements.
Not sure what you mean
Given the float, shares outstanding and no debt, a decent acquisition will drive the share price over $2 quickly IMO. It's happened time and again in OTC land with companies that have inferior capital structures. They've told us that there's multiple deals in the hopper. Let's see what happens.
I think Silverbear knows that this company has the best share structure of the bunch (i.e NSAV, TNMD etc.), so they're trying to line up good deals merge into this ticker. I guess this Moshn deal ran into some snags too, and it was supposed to be the first deal to get done. Personally, I'd rather they walk away, but it's only 8mm shares and Moshn seems to be making some progress with its device and on-demand streaming platform.
It's a good thing that management has chosen to keep quiet rather than set expectations. When there's substantive news, the stock will explode higher IMO.
Patience will be rewarded
The share structure here is the best of the Silverbear tickers with an effective float of only 2.4mm shares. They know that and are likely waiting to make several announcements on deal closings in a short time frame. I believe that will happen in the next couple of months. The Silverbear insiders also have strong incentives to create value given the stock compensation they were given.
Filings are up to date and the balance sheet is clean. Just needs a spark and it could see a move like ENGA had and a few others.
While I like the esports sector, I would like to see them expand the vision beyond the stated addressable market. I have a feeling they've been taking some time to re-examine their strategy to accomplish that.
Great to see
Nice to see they've provided an email for IR too. Impressive list of company insiders across several divisions.
I've sent an email to IR requesting PRs to highlight the association between Medium and MTRT. I suggest others do the same.
