Hi drrugby, picked up myself 300k of this stock about a 2 weeks ago (avg. of about .016). Looking for a nice multi-day bounce (.05-.10cents) on this bk stock, as all these bk stocks do bounce at one point. After reading your posts, it seems you're knowledgable in the NOL's and etc. What are you looking to see out of this puppy? Cheers:)

First and foremost, i would like to explain is that there will be a shareholders meeting in October as per the Sedar filings. BUT it's not because they need our votes as shareholders. Now let me explain this in detail. First of all, say there's 820mil o/s within SRSR, when i spoke to Scott for the first time (and that was back at the PDAC in 2009) i believe there were 750mil o/s at that time and 2/3 of the stock was held by 3-4 groups (part of stock is restricted) and the MAJOR holder of that stock is the prior CEO before Scott took over, as per Scott Keevil's conservation with myself. He also stated that this group was not going anywhere time soon.

So this meeting is not to get "our" votes, they already have it imho. Which makes me intrigued, as to this upcoming sharholders meeting might be the beginning of a start to communicate with all shareholders in upcoming events within Sarrissa. We'll have to wait and see.

Hello fellow SRSR shareholders. I haven't posted in awhile, mind you i'm not the type to post a lot anyways. Just wanted to share my feelings with the company so far. Everything seems to be running smoothly with Sarissa (probably slowly than everyone would like, but that's how these mining/exploration companies work). I'm very excited to have Dalhman Rose onboard, i believe that is the key to this company's success! I believe DR will bring Sarissa to the next level and beyond in terms of financing and putting SRSR on the map. The only beef i have with the company is the CTO (Cease Trade Order) issued by B.C. Commissions. I believe a lot of people don't understand is that no one, and i mean NO ONE can buy or sell this stock that resides and holds an account in Canada. I live in Toronto, and know that no one in Ontario and British Columbia can trade this stock (i believe that is the bulk of the shareholders anyway). But for this matter to stretch for over a year now, is a little bit ridiculous. I e-mailed Merle for the 1st time about a month ago regarding the matter, and his response was, ..."The BCSC doesn't like progress report NR's on CTO's. Unfortunately all I can tell you, the work continues."
It's nice to see the stock moving, but until the CTO is lifted - it's meaningless to a shareholder like myself or anyone that lives and trades in Canada. Hopefully this gets resolves asap, so i can enjoy the ride up.

Hello SRSR shareholders, i'm so surprised that my post a few months back regarding the PDAC is getting so much attention. First of all, i'm not much of a poster as i try to trade for a living (lol!). But i still own quite a bit of this stock, because i believe in this company as well as Scott our CEO. Now, please don't disect everything i posted from the PDAC, because Scott did answer my questions as honest as i think he could have. He did mention that they would like to have a JV done this year, but did you have to hear it from me, or me hearing from Scott? to know that this is the most logical step in order for the company to move forward. The company put out a NI 43-101 report to confirm what's there (underground) and yes, there's actually more than originally thought. Is it mineable and viable? Scott and the company (as well as many shareholders imo) believe so. But in order to find that out, a feasability study HAS to be done. And yes the figure of around $20-$25 million was mentioned, what the total amount will be?, who knows. This company i believe is moving forward, it's just behind the scenes. We will get updates when they are needed. Just remember there has not been 1 red flag raised (imo) here by the company, as all i see is Scott is building a company.
Now did i think we would be in a consolidation mode for almost 1 year??? Hell No!, but it's the nature of the beast (mining that is) that were in. I do believe when we kickstart our uptrend from here, we will see the old high .209 taken out, and then maybe .50, and then maybe a $1. But i'm probably sure a lot of shareholders as well as traders here will be loooong gone before that happens, because of the timelines and being impatient. (but that's my opinion).
I'm here for a little while longer, because i believe we have a winner, and when the next uptrend starts i believe it will be here for awhile.

I believe that the meaning of having the NI 43-401 completed is to have the rest of the holes included in the report. Secondly, personally i believe that a JV would come after the NI report is done, but i could be wrong.

Hi Credoro, for the property to become an actually mine, it might take around 4-5 years. But to have the NI 43-101 report completed and to have a JV completed this year. I believe we are moving in the right direction, which is all that matters.

Hi Cmzio, didn't bring a camera. To tell you the truth, the pictures from last year would do as the booth hasn't changed, just a few updated pictures on the wall. Srsr was not involved in the Core Shack this year.

Hello SRSR shareholders,

I attended the PDAC this morning, got to the booth around 11:00am. Scott remembered me from last year (which was nice), and we had a little chat. Now mind you i didn't ask a bunch of questions regarding the drilling aspect of the business, but i'll let you know what we discussed.
First of all there are 3-4 holes that are in the process of getting essayed and results of at least one of the holes should be out within 1-2 weeks. He understands that the company has been quiet lately, and states that will start to change soon. Once the rest of the results come from the drilling, the company will update and complete the NI 43-101 report.
The company will then like to start the process of a feasibility study (which could take up to 18 months and around $25 million). Now to get the access to that type of money, they will do a JV with another company. Scott did say they have been approached by many companies with interest of doing a JV, but they are looking for the right deal. He did say it probably might be with either a Chinese company or a company in India that need the resources.
SRSR will also start drilling again on the Shining Tree property in June.
The stock options that are expiring this August @ .02 (around 50 million shares) are if exercised, will be restricted for 1 year. Scott stated a portion of these options are his, and will exercise them.
In a nutshell company will be completing the NI 43-101 report as well as do a JV with a company this year.
Personally, after speaking with Scott at the PDAC show for 2 years in a row, i am extremely confident we have a winner, just sit back and enjoy! Cheers:)

Just a quick reminder to the people that sold or got shaken out today. You have to realize why you bought the stock in the first place. If it was for a quick flip, you usually would lose on the trade unless you're quick, but that would be with most stocks. Let the story unfold here, because i believe we have a real GEM on our hands. And just remember that we have not even seen 20 million shares traded in one day. Folk there are no shares available imo, good luck and enjoy the ride!

Nothing goes straight up. Just remember back when SRSR was trading in .007 range and it ran to .089 then came back to trade in the .02 range. Well we all know where it went to after that- .209. Right now there's a lot of shaking of shares, espicially from the weak-hearted going on, which is needed imo, in order for the shareholder base to get stronger. We will bounce back and very soon imo. When you belive there's blood in the streets, that's the time to pick up shares. And in about 3-6 months we will probably look back and think this shake was a GIFT, imo. Cheers:)

I picked up 60k @ .12, 100k @ .146 & 100k .1489. Originally started buying back in the .0075 range and excited when we move up a dime in one day, that will come soon imo!

Enjoy these levels because they won't last before our next upwards flight imo!
