Pharmacies are profitable, you do not see Pharmacies come and go hence very little turnover. Pharmacies are the moneymakers for healthcare institutions. Currently compounding prescriptions have the highest profit margin. Pharmacies ( Pharmacist )are now able to bill insurance for other clinical services. Numerous legislation in many state houses currently to give PharmD's some type of Prescribing power to deal with the upcoming shortage of providers as Obama Care rolls out. Consequently the future outlook for innovative Pharmacy Practice is huge and I think Praxsyn/Mesa is poised to capitalize. I like how new management is not acting like a typical "penny Stock" where the business revolves around the stock instead of the business at hand. Would rather see them focused on expanding the business, investors are sure to take notice when revs are confirmed by SEC filings.
Agree 100%, one does not have to look hard to find other penny plays that have similar valuations but have a po box for a address and list just one employee. Paws is where its at IMO.
Very unique opportunity here, I do not think that the people standing on the sidelines realize just how unique this is. I am not aware of another PUBLIC State Licensed Pharmacy, let alone Licensed in 3 states that specialize in a very profitable niche such as compounding. Things are lining up here nicely IMO.
Good to hear, as I said from the beginning, when State Boards of Pharmacy are involved the chance of it being a scam are zero percent. These people that sit on these boards are as anal as it gets. The DD that they do before granting Licenses is out of this world. Rightly so, Pharmacist like Doctors take an oath to Patients and honesty and integrity is the foundation of the profession.
Really my only question at this point concerns his thoughts on management, the vibes he got as to whether or not he feels they have what it takes to deliver.
CD is a very smart individual, gets it done! Thanks CD.
Yes, we do need the ticker change going forward. I hope its coming soon.
I am putting together a small presentation for our quarterly P&T ( Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee ) meeting in order to petition a change in our topical analgesic from Biofreeze to FlexPower. I already have our Physical Med/Rehab MD on board so we will see.
Trestles Pain specialist has a new website to reflect Praxsyn Services. I knew that this partnership is where its at.

Obviously Flex is connected with the right people, I noticed that the other topical analgesics that Patterson offers are the staples for medical institutions ( i.e. hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, clinics ). A products just does not end up on an institutional list by luck? According to Flex email the fins they dropped were accurate, of course they are but I find it very hard to believe that they are showing the entire picture. Not when you see that Patterson Medical is offering their product. This is a big deal. My institution alone spends about 100 grand a year on topical analgesics and we are only a 400 bed facility.
Huge find, nice job! Patterson medical is a major supplier for medical institutions and Flexpower now has the opportunity to end up on institutional formularies. Much more going on here than meets the eye.
You must be new here, that has been explored in depth.
Would like to see the name and symbol change, freshen things up and move forward away from pet airways while sparking new interest.
Good things to come, getting things done behind closed doors.
Does anyone remember or have current info on symbol change?
Exactly, as I said earlier I am a Pharmacist at a Hospital inpatient Pharmacy, we dispense unit dose medication and compounded sterile products ( i.e. medications formulated to be injected via needle or catheter ) with yearly revs around 250 million. Our annual number crunch is a 6 week process give or take a week. Auditors on site for 2 weeks and then an additional 4 weeks to get the report back. We are not a public reporting entity and our auditors are specific to pharmacy operations. I would venture to say that the original auditors for Praxasyn/Mesa Pharm were in over their heads so to speak and they basically had to start from scratch when they brought in the new more qualified auditors. Remember that it is very rare to have a legit ( Yes, I verified their legitimacy with the State Board of Pharmacy in Wisconsin, my state of licensure) state licensed compounding pharmacy go public, I am not aware of any other and that is why I invested here. I would imagine that reporting publicly to the SEC is very different and perhaps more complicated then reporting to the Executives of a private entity. I believe this delay is a good sign of legitimacy and robust business activity that will ultimately show nice revs.
See my post #7257
I will be the first, well maybe the 50th person to say that I screwed up. Thought this company had more going for it, much more then what it appears now. Although, the extremely low float could push it up fast for those that hold if they have something up their sleeve, I think they do. And if they don't nothing good anytime soon.
I believe there is more going on here that meets the eye. The nike thing is BS but I do think we some some contracts inked.
Was it 25 employees or 40 employees that Mesa has working for them as of now. Just curious because staffing models are fairly consistent in the world of Pharmacy Practice. We have just over 50 employees and we did 265 million in revs last year although we are a hospital inpatient pharmacy so it is somewhat different but then again we service mostly medicare patients and the reimbursement rates are terrible. But I guess my point is that to support a staff of that size ( > 20 ) you would expect to have consistent large revenue streams coming in with cash readily available. A typical average Pharmacist salary in CA is about 150K per year although the upper end is about 200K, not sure about Pharm techs but would guess around 40K per year perhaps, give or take 5K.
Don't believe it for one minute based on the source, the source I see on twitter took my DD on a different ticker and passed it off as his own as fact when I had originally posted it as a possibility or speculation.
I wish
Thanks, I had not looked past page 7 yet but now I see it.
The share exchange transaction occurred May 13, 2014?
Read page 7 number 2, not sure if we are getting the entire picture here " from the date of stock exchange transaction", what are, if any, the implications of this statement? Anyone ?http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=FLXP&id=122418
You are correct, I am in another play with the same situation in regards to the fins.
I will continue to load until I see a market cap that I believe is appropriate for such venture.
I do not see compounded prescriptions being given out as samples because the record keeping that is required by law would be to cumbersome vs. the standard samples which are legend items direct from the Manufacture ( compounding is not manufacturing per FDA and State Boards of Pharmacy).
No, pharmacies do not give out samples as you must have a license to prescribe to issue samples. In the future we will most likely see some sort of limited prescribing authority for PharmD's as legislation is pending in some states. But as of right now only licensed prescribers are able to issue samples.
If my calculations are correct it looks like the Hanover Debt is just about paid in full, has anyone else done the calculations?
I just have a feeling that Flex is going to introduce some new products shortly, with the star power that they already have we can expect great things to come.
People are going to be chasing, It feels great to average up. I don't care about a quarter or half of a cent when the market cap should be 10X its current level.
Just got up, worked all night, level 2 pretty thin as it should be at current valuations.
Perhaps
Dror has nothing to do with filings at this point, not the one calling the shots anymore.
The Israel Network is very much alive, hence this shell.
That suspension is no surprise to me, thought it would have happened weeks ago.
Correct, My research indicates much work being done behind the curtain.
WOW, now that is a impressive resume. I like the experience at St. Jude, should have a great understanding of the operation and experienced with large revenue management.
Once we get volume here I don't see how this is not going to shoot through the roof. I have done a ton of DD on this and I have been breaking my investment rules on diversification but I honestly think this is as legit as it gets on the OTC. One thing people should understand about Pharmacy is that the profession in general is probably the most stringent and anal of any other professional buisness venture when it comes to record keeping and accuracy because the Pharmacy Practice laws requires it. Furthermore the licenses that are held in the profession are literally worth millions and can and have been taken away by the grantors if the rules are not upheld and those in the profession take this very seriously and that is why I am here.
