Was it 25 employees or 40 employees that Mesa has working for them as of now. Just curious because staffing models are fairly consistent in the world of Pharmacy Practice. We have just over 50 employees and we did 265 million in revs last year although we are a hospital inpatient pharmacy so it is somewhat different but then again we service mostly medicare patients and the reimbursement rates are terrible. But I guess my point is that to support a staff of that size ( > 20 ) you would expect to have consistent large revenue streams coming in with cash readily available. A typical average Pharmacist salary in CA is about 150K per year although the upper end is about 200K, not sure about Pharm techs but would guess around 40K per year perhaps, give or take 5K.
