Have had mine since early December. With Scottrade.
Oh!....and I'm long here......as 'long' as it takes for me make a profit and get out!
It's ok to play in the pink sheets, just don't sleep in them ;)
Exactly! It cracks me up when people hang out on these boards and bitch about the companies like they are on NASDAQ or something......lol!
Thanks cropduster. I guess all we can really do now is wait and hope for the best.
Let's say for argument sake that the preferred shares were affected. That would mean that the 1 , 000 000 series B shares they privately offered to raise funding would also be affected, which would make no sense.
I think we are all just speculating here but, if you read the pr regarding the stock split carefully it only mentions 'common shares' being affected, and says absolutely nothing about ' preferred shares'. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Yes, I would like some clarity as to whether the dividend shares were affected by the split or not. The number hasn't changed in my account and I've tried researching it but can't find anything conclusive.
There is also the hopeful possibility that they are sitting on good news until after the switch back to FNRC, and if luck is on our side in 6 months we will have some good news on the financial side of the company.
I'm on board now! This kind of volume? ...there's a reason. Even if it is promoters getting ready to pump there's still money to be made :)
You guys got a couple of 911 trades=MM signal for 'news is coming' :)
Been here since January. Watching days and days and days of major volume=accumulation by mm's and siggnals preparing to run this! :)
185,000 shares for me.
Hey, everyone go to amazon and put the tablet on their wish list.....maybe that will stir something up :)
I was thinking that too. The last time this had any real news (not just delays/update s) the volume went insane!
I, and many others share your frustrations, unfortunately all we have to go on are forward looking statements from previous PR'S. You just have to decide if it's worth the risk--as with any stock.
That would be even better. I am glad we at least have some idea of where we are at now :)
So they still owe $676,000......I say just get it done and move on!
Thanks! Appreciate it :)
Ok.....well.....I'll even be reasonable and settle for .40 :)
I was lucky enough to get in at .0022. I hope, especially for the sake of the longs here, that the dilution is done by the August release of ' Yellow ', so you can all start to see some green. I got in here based on a paid promo, and then the dilution starts :(
I could be wrong about .0005, but it hit .0004 twice in February and once in March. Hope we get a run based on 'perceived' value and it runs out of the park! ;)
We haven't had a DEWM specific PR since May 1st. This seems like either a really BAD thing, or a really GOOD thing! Still leaning towards the good, but waiting sucks!
This company pretty much shut down when the price of natural gas dropped below the cost of production. Now that they are back in the game they are doing whatever they can to stay afloat until these projects start to pay off. I have been in since February and have seen it run to .0004 a few times and even .0005 once. I would expect it to do this or better with news on these wells.
I also received my dividend shares today from scottrade :)
I'm wondering if there may be a settlement time just like when you buy or sell shares? I don't know. Hopefully, someone hears back. I can't imagine them announcing that and going through FINRA and not following through.
It comes up in yahoo finance with no chart or info......
Make it so number 1!!!
Utica has huge potential! Also, a report on Wyoming, other than delays, will give this a good push, and we have 7 more wells they haven't even touched yet. Natural Gas is becoming a big topic in the energy sector.
Makes the most sense to me. Thanks for your input :) I think if we hold tight for a bit we'll be rewarded!
Here is the email response about the dividend shares if that helps.
Correct, record date is 4/28, issue date is 5/28

Subject: Dividend Shares
Dear Brad Holmes,
My name is Jason Bennett, and I am a Share Holder in your Company. My quick question is, do you have a issue date for the dividend shares? And, are they only going to investors who bought shares previous to 4-28-14?
Sincerely,
Jason C Bennett

Thanks, I appreciate it :)
I think I'll hang out for a while....see what happens :)
Nice GREEEEN close. Glad I got in at .0022.......105,000 shares....lol!!!!
Not a dumb question....lol! I don't think anyone here has ever been issued dividend shares b4. I'm going to guess they will show up as restricted shares in your account....not sure though. I guess we'll know on the 28th :)
Welcome! :) I just see the dividend shares as a security blanket to CYA, regardless of what happens here over the next 6 months. Imo, something that I have no idea what is happening. I don't think they issued that dividend just for the h$ll of it.
I just got a response back from Bradley Holmes of FNRC. The record date for the dividend shares is April, 28, and we will be issued those shares on May, 28. :)
This is just a theory, but I see a possibility of a split coming on the unrestricted shares. By the time our restriction is lifted on our dividend shares the company and share value should be much higher. What do you think?
You could be right. Either way I don't need to do anything to find out.....just wait and see like I already am :)
Maybe not so much since the dividend is issued in restricted shares. It states clearly on the update that FINRA has announced it, so I doubt they would state that if it can't happen.
We should get the dividend shares before 6 months. We just can't convert them to common shares before 6 months after they are issued. I'm not sure when we will receive them...I emailed the company, but haven't heard back yet.
