Looking forward to seeing the Q3 fins tomorrow hopefully...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
When are the Q3 financials out - read somewhere it was the week commencing November 6th - anyone confirm whether this is correct or not please...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
I'm with n3m3sis on this one...
When it does happen (and I personally believe that it will), the POG will move up quickly.
There seems to be more and more people coming on board with this now, some of them experienced and knowledgable economist types that have probably forgotten more than I'll ever know...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
It may only be one man's reply but there are plenty of other people saying the same thing...
Let's see what happens on October 18th in china shall we...
And then this comes out on CNBC.....
https://www.cnbc.com/2017/10/11/china-will-compel-saudi-arabia-to-trade-oil-in-yuan--and-thats-going-to-affect-the-us-dollar.html?recirc=taboolainternal
Per Ardua Ad Astra
I think we can also expect Russia to influence Saudi Arabia to accept yuan for oil as Russia are in bed with China and the Saudis are starting to purchase military hardware from Russia.
China's only gets about 20% of it's annual oil needs from the Saudis but I can see the Saudis getting on board with them and then what happens to other GCC members and OPEC nations.
Death of the petrodollar is the phrase being banded about...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
You're right, excellent article from EvG - I always read his stuff and listen to him on King World News - he's really dialled in to what's happening in the PM industry.
The other thing which I'm seeing more and more about is this Oil for Yuan/Gold that China could be ready to launch as early as this month.
If/when it happens, the price of gold and therefore gold stocks will potentially go through the roof.
Jim Rickards/Bill Holger etc also give some pretty good insights into what's happening...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Possible but unlikely when you look at how much cash they have and how much they're burning.
Nice article summarising the progress of Bellicum and recent filings on Seeking Alpha:
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4085410-bellicum-pharmaceuticals-story-hype-hope
I wonder if this caused the SP to drop recently as investors were unsure what the filings meant (me included)...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
LOLOL
Good find there, Seeking Alpha has quite a wide audience and this is hopefully going to get more people out there interested in Pretium.
Let the journey commence...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Good spot, thanks...
Slide 8 does tell a compelling story but slide 7 interests me...
From the drill results it looks like there are some pockets with HUGE concentrations of gold which could make a big difference to the profitability of the mine depending on how big they are.
If the mine is expanded to include these other drill holes, they might have much bigger deposits than they think they have...

Highlights from the company in their Q1 report:
http://www.pretivm.com/news/news-details/2017/Pretivm-Reports-First-Quarter-Results-Initial-Ore-Introduced-to-Mill/default.aspx
We'll be producing in the near future I think and then we'll hopefully see some upward movement in the share price. Fingers crossed it will coincide with an increase in gold price and junior mining stocks generally...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
OK, it worked OK for me but I guess people can cut and paste it if they want to...
This is another great article which highlights what's happening with GDXJ and why the SP has dropped lately:

Once things have calmed down the SP will go up - just hope that Pretium delays telling the world that they're producing gold until the SP starts to move upwards to maximise on the momentum that the good news will generate.
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Anyone concerned about the share price and price of gold lately, this gives an insight into what's happening to gold and gold miners:

This doesn't seem to be down to the litigation that's ongoing with PVG and one of it's contractors...

Another little snippet of news...
http://www.investorideas.com/news/2017/mining/05052Pretium.asp
Don't worry about the share price at the moment - it's gonna fly soon I think...
Good weekend when it comes...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Don't think that's the reason Wshaw, $14M is nothing when you look at how much earning potential there is at stake here...
The junior gold miners are all taking a beating at the moment, look at the GDXJ ticker, it's gone down almost 7% in the last month and Pretium is part of it but there are a few problems with . Also have a look at the gold and silver manipulation going on in the Comex.
There are bigger forces at play than a simple invoicing dispute.
Have faith, not sure how the commissioning is going but it can't be far off being finished and then we're no longer a developer, we're a producer...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Hope so - am hoping that we hear something positive by the end of the month -some of the most recent photos on the website look as if things are moving on nicely.
Fingers crossed we get a nice uplift in the SP once word is out that the mine is fully commissioned.
If things go to plan I can see a big influx of investors in the near future, especially if gold carries on the way it has been going...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Sorry Toyota, don't have PM capability but hopefully this answers your question...
When I spoke to Mr Morris this morning he confirmed that the share count was raised to 10Bn and the RS was cancelled...
Hope that answers your question Toyota...
OK so I'm out of IFCR for the moment - sold my 20M earlier and intend to invest in a mining stock which should be making major move real soon.
Might come back to IFCR but my assets are stagnating here when they could be working more.
GLTA.
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Read my earlier post G&L - it was NOT the 10k reports that were filed, just the ones relating to registration as a corporation in the state of Florida.
Mr Morris DID confirm that they are working hard behind the scenes but wouldn't give me anything more...
Morning everyone...
Have just spoken to Mr Morris and he confirmed that the information posted is correct however, this is just to keep registration as as a corporation within the state of Florida.
This DOES NOT mean that the SEC filings are up to date which I posted in error earlier today.
Please forgive this wretched person - I'm from across the pond in England and am not familiar with the ways and workings of the SEC.
Apologies for the mistake...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
THIS IS POTENTIALLY HUGE!!!
Thanks for your perseverance Witty!!!!!
If you access the link on Witty's post and scroll down the page, it clearly states that the 2016 and 2017 Annual Reports were both filed on 30th March 2017.
Correct me if I'm wrong but if that is the case, IFCR is potentially current now...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
On the progress/outcome of the dry commissioning you mean...
I dialled a number on one of the reports last week and spoke to DF for around 10 minutes.
He confirmed that IFCR is very much alive and kicking and the company officers have been working in the background, mainly with the SEC and they were hoping for some positive outcomes this week - he didn't elaborate and I didn't ask.
The litigation with Smith is still ongoing and they still expect to win the case but he gave me no more information that that.
He also confirmed that they are actively pursuing more acquisitions and are in talks.
I know the sentiment towards him on this board and I understand why but I've never had too much of a problem with him - each time that I've spoken to him he's been polite courteous and has spent time talking to me and explaining things that i didn't understand (I'm from Europe and don't fully understand the SEC regulations).
The point here is that he didn't have to speak to me last week, he could have just fobbed me off with the "Sorry, I don't work for IFCR anymore..." and had nothing to gain from speaking with me so from that perspective, he seems pretty much on the level.
Still think this will move up at some point, don't know when but I do believe the guys are working hard to get things sorted out and it will just take time and patience...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
You said it yourself - confirmed RUMOURED promo...
We've had enough rumour on this board as well as false promises from company staff.
Even your comment about the SP uses the word POSSIBLY...
We want facts, substantiated by information that can't be disputed, not rumours and possibly.
If you want to be accepted by this Board who like me, have heard it all before, then stop posting vague comments about rumours and possibilities...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Are you freakin stupid or something...
You've seen the reaction to your posts and yet you still keep pumping out this stuff.
Keep quiet until you have something definitive and please, stop posting these crazy ideas about share price - you're asking for all of the abuse you get.
I'm done sticking up for you now.
Sometimes it's better say nothing and keep people guessing whether you're an idiot, rather than post crap and confirm it...
Whoa there Budman, I'm not saying that I trust him but massive volumes of shares were being bought up so either someone was accumulating or the MMs were playing games.
The fact that we had a PR saying the the R/S had been cancelled and the A/S has been increased suggests that something is happening behind the scenes (otherwise there'd be no need for either) and some form of PR or promotion campaign isn't out of the question.
I actually rang DF earlier and we had a brief discussion - still not saying what we discussed but they have been busy in the background - lots of SEC stuff apparently...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Actually his first post was on Thursday 16th (number 29980) and he followed up with a number of posts after that.
If he truly believed that a promotion was coming, that would account for the 300M shares traded on the Wednesday but we still don't know WHO was actually buying on the Wednesday and Thursday, it could have been insiders (granted it could also have been the MMS cross trading to make it look like something was in the pipeline).
I'm tiring of this now - let's put out to bed and wit and see what happens over the coming weeks...
And by the way I spoke to DF today - he's still very much involved with IFCR and if he's on the level with me, there are things happening behind the scenes - for obvious reasons I'm not going to say what...
GLT us all...
Enjoy your day Aidy.
Per Ardua Ad Astra
I understand but his comments about a promotion coming is probably not going to be enough to generate share trades of 750 million or so over the course of 2 to 3 days.
He's inconsequential...
I'm not suggesting that he is or is not a one-tick flipper and I'm certainly not taking his side.
All I was doing was giving him a friendly piece of advice because a lot of different people (including myself) have posted comments in good faith to find that things haven't happened and have been criticised for it.
I've learnt from it and won't post any more information unless I believe it's appropriate to do so and I'm certainly not a one-tick flipper.
There was no malice intended in my comment to you - in my eyes, all he's been guilty of is posting something that didn't happen and been enthusiastic about IFCR.
I want well substantiated news from a company PR to see this baby move up and I'm sure it will happen...
GLTY
Per Ardua Ad Astra
And your proof of that is....
Thanks RockStar but please be careful...
A lot of us have been in IFCR for a while now and have heard that reports were coming on a number of occasions, acquisitions were happening etc etc and so we're quite sceptical when a 'newbie' such as yourself comes along and starts saying that stuff is happening.
I personally have some questions: what sort of promotion is it - a pump and dump or will it be supported by a company PR - filings, litigation, revenue, subsidiaries, CEO/CFO etc etc.
You saw the outcome of your earlier posts last week.
I understand that you're trying to be helpful but sometimes you're better off not saying anything.
This will fly when the time is right...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
There was no need for him to talk about a fake promo if her only wanted to buy shares - there was a whole shitload of them available on the market for trip 1s.
If the promo was indeed fake what was the real intention behind it???
Perhaps there was something in the pipeline which may now be delayed - truth is we don't know but cancelling the R/S does suggest that there's something brewing here and I guess only time will tell...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Been here for a while too and looking to move on to other things.
Still think this has the potential to do well so I'm gonna hang around a while longer and see what happens...
That's just it, there's been no news, nothing, NADA...
If there was nothing left of this company, why would they bother releasing a PR stating the the proposed R/S has been cancelled and they've upped the A/S - there's no point if the company is dying.
So why do it?
We know that the R/S was a non starter as it would leave too few shareholders to be a public company - they had never actually carried out the R/S, they were just getting the option to do so in place.
Why the share increase -this looks on the face of it to be linked to further acquisitions, possibly some to pay off expenses which might include auditors fees because they're still delinquent on their filings.
According to DF the audits were progressing were and it was the issue with Smith refusing to let the auditors seeing the books that stalled the audit programme (this was the situation according to DF - take to or leave it folks).
The reality is we don't know what's going on - unlikely the company is dying as there's no point in issuing a PR. There''s talk of some information next week, only time will tell about that.
BUT
There's been nothing for quite a few months and then all of a sudden we have 300 million shares traded - could be back and forth from the MMs to lure other buyers in but that's a lot of effort for not a lot of gain or we're getting some people accumulating before a news release, potentially next week???
Potentially new acquisitions / litigation announcements / filings could be any of these or something else, we'll only find out when it happens.
Good weekend y'all when it arrives...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
They may choose to release after hours tomorrow - that would allow people to talk about it and pass it through their networks ready to fly on Monday morning - unusual for IFCR but not beyond imagination.
Remember also that DF was probably putting out the PRs before - now he's gone and other people might have different ideas...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
IFCR is starting to wake up...
We're certainly flying today...
Morning all...
Lots of interesting stuff floating around about IFCR.
I read the latest release as the RS is cancelled but there's a share increase - that's logical if IFCR wants to stay public (because there are too few shareholders if the RS goes ahead) and is good for us in my opinion, as it proves that the lights are still on and HH wants to keep the company going.
Why did DF leave - perhaps there was disagreement with HH about the above but I spoke to him and he did mention that resigning was an option to then start a class action suit against the Smith subsidiary - I don't know if that's going ahead but it proves that DF was considering resigning as an option.
What about the audits and late filings? If we believe what was said a while ago, there was a lot of work done and the audits (minus Smith) were almost finished so although we're still delinquent, it's probably not as bad as it seems and could probably be rectified relatively easy and perhaps HH is building bridges with Smith. I spoke with DF a number of times and I can see how he could upset people, perhaps they were playing Good cop / Bad cop - who knows???
I'm certainly not giving up on IFCR but I do still see some challenges, not least a possible stock market crash and recession in the not too distant future.
Let's see what happens, who knows we may get some good news soon...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
I can confirm that DF told me of his intention to step down as CEO with the intention of taking legal action against subsidiaries - he didn't say which ones and I didn't ask him but this corroborates Chiflow's comments...
I hope that there's something in the pipeline soon as we are still facing sanctions by the SEC if the filings aren't up to date - wonder if there can be any extensions to the deadline given the changes in company officers that we know about...
Only time will tell but I'm not writing this one off just yet...
