Morning everyone...

Have just spoken to Mr Morris and he confirmed that the information posted is correct however, this is just to keep registration as as a corporation within the state of Florida.

This DOES NOT mean that the SEC filings are up to date which I posted in error earlier today.

Please forgive this wretched person - I'm from across the pond in England and am not familiar with the ways and workings of the SEC.
