It's really not that bad. I can live with the $110K and debt restructure. From my take, it locks down other debtors from further dilution...at least for a year. A year could mean PPS growth, sustainability...and a gold nugget.

Why give up? I played mega millions (yes not a great investment) at odds of 1:259,000,000. I lost...my $2 wager evaporated. I happen to like my odds with YTRV. What makes any thing vital here? What I find is this discussion to be comical at best. Most lawsuits are public record. 95% settle, of which bear no impact on the investor. What's been presented is a statement, nothing more. Simply, those of us in penny land look at this stock through the lens of risk-reward. Best case, we make some cash. Worst case, I leave with a very nice piece of Amish furniture...
