LNM thinks he can bully posters and insult them by calling someone a 'moron'.
Truth is this behaviour demonstrates LNM is the 'moron'.
Oh Potty
here you go again Potty - giving so-called advice to others, like you know everything and you're in charge.
How could I possibly threaten anyone on this board? Everyone is supposed to be anonymous.
I restate that I'd very much like to have a face to face with certain people on this board - to express my thoughts in that way, rather than through the mealy-mouthed method of online chat boards where people can hide and say the most egregious comments about others.
That mongrel has been getting away with that behaviour for far too long. His/her behaviour is disgusting and he/she laughs about it. Thats not what this board is supposed to be for, and wasn't tolerated in time past. But it has been allowed to degrade over the past year. Has that been a conscious decision made by the moderators?
How about you challenge that mongrel to curb his/her shitty comments about others?
And to simply keep comments focussed on smme?
Maybe you won't 'cos you're so hurt too....
Latenightmike57 is the moron and whiner.
He/she whines because people don't put up with the trash-talking about other posters.
LNM is surely entitled to be putting forward his/her opinion about smme but he/she is not entitled to put shit on other posters.
I reckon I'd be pissed if I'd lost as much as LNM did, and surely thats what make him/her pissy.
But in behaving like this I say he/she is a complete Dog of a person.
I wish for two things: that smme goes nuts (so then LNM and Potty will shut up finally); and for 15 seconds in a room with him/her so I can express my thoughts in a very private way.
Not a whiner or a moron.
just sick and tired of your attempts to upset people. You have shown you are a cockhead.
I will continue to smash you - dickhead.
I'm not the moron and I didn't start the insults. like so many I merely responded in kind.
you did - you piece of dog shit.
why can't you just leave out the insults about others on this board?
if you did leave out the insults others wouldn't insult you.
but it seems you aren't reasonable. it does seem that you're a cockhead.
someone with 1600 followers = maybe would be called 'interesting'.
but a piece of shit like you, who certainly does live in abasement, is an absolute wanker.
you are a cockhead.
Latenightmike57
is a liar and really STUPID.
he loves to call people names, and then be a crybaby when they respond the same way - when they call him names.
he lost all his money and now wants to criticise everyone else, cos he's a moron.
and all he wants to do bring down a company by shortselling the stock.
he blames the company for his loss instead of himself.
he behaves like an absolute clown here day after day after day, because he doesn't have anything positive to contribute to the world.
he criticises people who make typos, but he refuses to spell 'delerious1' properly - cos he is a wanker.
this poster has a seriously poor agenda on this board. he just likes to agitate for fun and has nothing to contribute.
you are full of bs potty.
we know how you get your name - cos you have such a potty-mouth.
I have not lost one cent and I don't really give a hoot whether you are or mongrel cronies believe me or not.
if it wasn't me who sold at 75c it was some other lucky person - and I'm so glad that transaction occurred.
I'm so glad you and your cronies have lost money on smme - really I am. I just wish you'd lost more than you did.
you and your cronies are a waste of space - literally.
you have no manners, no life, obviously no friends with whom you'd rather spend your time. you merely exist to criticise.
I wish I could meet you.
LIAR. !!!
I would have to check my records, but I reckon I sold for a huge profit at $0.75.
😂
Retired / Nuts
one idiot seems to get away with calling you "dumb" and says you have "your head up your A$$".
That idiot certainly has his head up his A$$. He is a complete w@nker who now chooses to simply insult people and then complains pathetically that he was abused first. Not so, by anyone here anyway.
He tries to belittle folk all the time - thats what this board has become.
He accuses people of misspelling words and making typos (even people who speak English as a second language), yet he continues to misspell his greatest adversary - deliberately or ignorantly - doesn't matter.
Have a look idiot - he spells his name 'delerious'. How do you write it?
Perhaps he was abused as a child and carries the hate to the present.
Jay
the wording used in the PR was "recently" issued patents not "just" receiving.
you now she repeats.
At least I have mates. I don't spend all my time writing content free posts like a few numskulls do.
I actually have a life and get out a bit!
As for going around in circles - I've taken the lead from you guys. Have look at the repetitive posts by the numskulls.
For years and years they've been on a rant to an empty audience.
Don't forget to give yourselves a thumbs up. Chuckle.
I declared in an earlier post that I'd begin to do the same as a numskull on this board - give a thumb up to my own post, just as that poster has been doing.
I am so happy the old guard is losing their minds by writing such garbage and personal attacks. Thats obviously all the few numskulls can do. Its so easy for them when not face to face and hiding on line.
Chuckle = haha. I laugh so hard I fall down!
Looks like I've used up my free posts for today, but I go to bed soon knowing they've lost the plot and all rationality.
I used to believe it was inappropriate for all the personal attacks on this board but now I'm loving it.
I'm sitting back with my mates and cheering on. Some numskulls are losing their collective 'minds' and losing their junk 'cos they always thought they owned the board and could attack everyone. Now they're not. Even their faint-hearted attempts fall flat 'cos they're content free.
I haven't lost anything on smme, but made money in fact = clever trading!.....not like some who bought high and sold low.
Happily for some of them they've 'recouped' some of their loss = still a loss - sad for them.
Don't forget to give your own posts a big thumbs up everyone 👍️. That way other people will think your posts is relevant and important. Oh, and don't forget to type it in bold font - that way everyone knows your being really assertive and always correct.
I see the latest trend on this board is for posters to give themselves a Thumbs Up 👍️.
I guess thats because nobody else will give your post a 👍️.
It looks good though, as if other people think you've said something meaningful - but is really content free.
Maybe I will do the same eh....
I haven't lost any money at all with smme, unlike some others who've made some really poor decisions to buy high and sell low. Chuckle.
While some numskulls are losing their junk, with their blah blah blah and their same BS, I hope to make a lot more money out of smme.
The real whiners here are the ones who are so upset that smme is still operating and know there is always a chance it will succeed, against their best efforts to destroy it.
These numskulls are so hell bent on seeing it tank they've bought an unlimited pass to the board so they can post often. How on earth could anyone find the need and the meaningful content to post so often, unless they mean harm?!
Apart from saying Do Your Own DD and There is No Card and the CEO is a Crook they add nothing meaningful to any conversation.
They are 'content free'.
Its clear their intent is to cause harm because they lost a heap of money or work for the competition.
Just look at the recent post where someone hoped I'd lose a boatload and accused me of playing the victim.
I'm not a victim and haven't lost anything. I didn't buy high and sell low...chuckle.
I sit back and enjoy that these numskulls are losing their stuff day by day and can only seek to try and victim blame and gaslight everyone who doesn't agree with them.
People should not pretend they know me, my background and whether that should support me doing better DD, or what my investment is. They'd be wrong - very wrong.
I have Not lost 90% of my investment. I am not averaged out anywhere near what some are. In fact, if the smme price ever goes up I will make even more money.
I don't attack people on this board. I am never a victim 'cos I chose otherwise. I expect to be targeted by the numbskulls because my opinion is different. I simply applaud when the numbskulls who think they control this board get called out for their personal attacks and their arrogant preaching - like they know better than everyone else.
And Yes they are losing their junk. I know that because its only a few posters who have responded to my posts, assuming I meant them, and trying to bait me. I guess they knew all too well to whom I referred ... yep, they are bothered.
what a joker. the personal attacks continue. just as I said folks.....
They are losing their junk and it is so funny.
BTW - I don't know if there is a card or not. I hope there will be 'cos I will make even more money when it comes off.
I am still sitting back and enjoying the back and forth, and cheering on a couple of relatively new posters.
It seems they are getting under the skin of some absolute numbskulls who are losing their collective minds and other bits 'cos they always thought they owned this board. They seem to think its okay to attack others who favour smme for whatever reason. But now they're being hunted and called out for their behaviour, and as a result are demonstrating how pathetic they are. Keep it up guys.
I used to believe it was inappropriate for all the personal attacks on this board but now I'm loving it.
I'm sitting back with my mates and cheering on a couple of relatively new posters.
It seems they are getting under the skin of some absolute numbskulls.
Those numbskulls are losing their collective 'minds' 'cos they always thought they owned the aggressor position here - the high ground when it comes to attacking others.
But now they're being hunted and called out for their behaviour, and as a result are demonstrating how pathetic they are.
Keep it up guys.

most of us long time investors are still about, with the same hopes and positivity about smme. We just don't want to post or even watch this site as much as we once did.
can you do the maths for me please kr26 ?
let's say, in my wildest dreams, smme did pull off a contract of say 100,000 cards.
I think thats modest, and, as I said, exists in my wildest dreams.
It will get us $50 per card in revenue and cost us say $20 per card to make...? (I'm guessing)
There are 285million shares outstanding I think.
Can you help me to work it all out please?
I am no expert in maths so I defer to others to show me the way.
What do you think will be the outcome, applying a reasonable multiplier?
even more Nuts...
it took nearly six months for an independent authority to approve the lithium batteries for transport.
how can smme or (even) you predict that?
my mob thinks as you do.
what do you think will happen with those cards FFF?
do you think that smme is simply loading those chips on our cards and then looking for something to do with them somewhere else on the planet ?
is it possible there is a misreading or misinterpretation of the quote you uploaded?
that quote does go on to say it will be easy to issue these cards to customers.
is it possible that ServiRed/Advantis wanted its chips on our cards because it liked a version of card that is protected by fingerprint security, of long life rechargeable battery, that can be used at an ATM and inserted into POS reader; a card type that it didn't already have but which would be a good marriage with its chips..?
is it possible, although never revealed through announcements to the market, that ServiRed/Advantis made this arrangement with smme so it could take these new clever smme cards, with its own chips then embedded in them, to its current group of client banks?
surely this would be of great importance and benefit for both sides and for you and me and every other smme investor.
I can't imagine clients of ServiRed/Advantis would have trust issues with the kind of chips they have been using for years in other cards, and it will be very simple for smme cards with the 'known' chips being accepted all round.
on the other hand, I can imagine the smme card with already 'known' and trusted Advantis chips will be an easy sell to customers of ServiRed.
I'm ever hopeful that this is in fact what is happening, although much slower than we had anticipated.
what do you think?
Please provide the something you came across
How did that pilot trial go ?
I note from the text that...
"The pilot is being conducted in partnership with Fingerprint Cards, Kona-I and Gemalto and will begin in early 2018 to assess the cardholder experience and the technology of the biometric cards in different retail environments."
We are now well past early 2018 so I am eager to read the published results of that pilot. I do recall reading the story about this trial ages ago but nothing since. I think it will be very helpful for us all to read about it.
Thanks to you in anticipation sandjar.
Agreed OBP,
we opted out too, for the same reasons you identified.
The government tried to entice people to sign up for the MHR some years ago and got no uptake.
So it changed the rules. It made it mandatory for everyone to be a part of it and records were to be dragged over to its database unless people opted out.
Thats my understanding anyway. Am I wrong? Anyone?
If thats the can then you'd have to wonder why it went that way.
SMME product has to be a safer option, if it can do what SMME says it can do. Much more secure and greater privacy, not to mention you can take your records wherever you go..!

Incorrect again
in fact removes layers from the process.
installing scanners on all doors requiring that level of access control would be cost prohibitive.
plus, time to install readers on all doors, plus training of access control staff and ongoing maintenance.
plus, in your model, fingerprint is not protected as it now resides in some black box within a company.
you are way off.
in SMME model it remains secured with the person.
Incorrect
lock stays the same.
do not change locks
swipe or insert, card only activated once print accepted
I reckon its Not ours.
Cautiously I say...the press release prompting all this talk referred to the user keeping a finger on the card while it was inserted into the POS reader or while swiping. Ours does not swipe (as yet, and as far as we've been told anyway), and ours does not require the finger remaining on the card while using = in fact once the green light illuminates the user takes finger away from the print reader. And this would not work for ATMs either = can't keep your finger on the card while its in an ATM, and then the ATM would swallow the card as its not recognised..(?).
More interestingly (to me) though, our CEO was asked to comment on this technology.
40,000 credit cards breached - OnePlus
Credit card payments remain suspended during ongoing investigation
[comment by poster - imagine how happy you would all be if you were one affected. again your life is interrupted. we need to be doing something. the processes we all have to use now are pathetic. there is no confidence in the levels of security being used now, so let's continue to hope for the best from SMME.]
OnePlus says up to 40,000 customers were affected by credit card security breach
OnePlus credit card details breached - all 40000 of them
OnePlus has announced that up to 40,000 customers were affected by the security breach that caused the company shut down credit card payments for its online store earlier this week. The information is the result of an ongoing investigation with a third-party security agency into the breach that caused customers’ credit card information to be stolen while they were purchasing OnePlus products.
Though reports of stolen credit card information and fraudulent purchases were only made in the past week, OnePlus says that the script that stole the data had been running on one of its payment processing servers since mid-November. The script was able to capture full credit card information, including card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes directly from a customer’s browser window. The company says it has determined where the exploit happened and has found the point of entry for the attacker, but the investigation remains ongoing. It’s not yet clear if the attack was done remotely, or if someone had physical access to the server to install the script.
In a forum post detailing the findings, OnePlus says the script operated “intermittently” and the infected server has been quarantined from the rest of the system. It also says that customers that paid via a saved credit card, a credit card processed via PayPal, or through a PayPal account should not have been affected by the breach.
A OnePlus spokesperson says that the 40,000 customers exposed to the attack “represent a small subset” of its total customer base.
[comment from the poster - what a cavalier attitude by this mob!!]
The company is reaching out to affected customers and offering a year of credit monitoring service for free. It is also working with local authorities during the investigation.
Credit card payments will remain suspended on the OnePlus.net store until the investigation is complete, with customers able to purchase items through PayPal in the meantime. OnePlus says it is working to implement a more secure credit card payment method before it re-enables them.
Last week, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau told CNET that it is exploring partnerships with US carriers, but a spokesperson confirmed that this security breach will not change anything in terms of OnePlus’ online sales strategy. The company currently does not have plans to move its store to Amazon or another e-commerce platform.

that is misleading kr26
the technology that SMME says it is dealing with is far from years too late. You are very much mistaken.
There is NO other company that has anything like it on the market.
Other companies talk and talk about how they conduct trials, but they do not speak to the success of those trials, and certainly will not reveal exactly what technology they use or when it will hit any market.
I have been watching for ages and see only the same rubbish from them all.
The only other company in this space is one that has several distinct differences, all to it's detriment when compared to SMME's offerings.
I refuse to be an apologist for SMME but I also refuse to accept your proposition that the technology is antiquated.
Safety of credit cards
credit cards and the holidays
from a supposed guru - heaps of information on how to keep your credit cards safe, as well as heaps on cyber security. this article contains a lot of information about general personal security, and hits some high points about card security and pitfalls with mobile pay systems.
Nothing to do with SMME,
Or indeed the market in which SMME is trying to get into.
We have all heard of the emerging mobile and wearable markets, but neither will have any notable effect on credit cards for ages. And both these markets need to rely on current technology being improved to make them more reliable and secure, 'cos neither of them are either right now.
You can go that way - mobile and wearable - if you want. I never will. I would much rather have my credit card more secure through biometric technology.
How many banks?
"..more than seven banks..".
so how many is it? 8, 9, 53 ..?
if its really only seven then say seven. Seven is a good number of banks isn't it?! We would be happy with seven wouldn't we?
And further down the press release we hear the company can produce more than 10 million cards per month as demand increases. great. how many then? 10.1 m, 10.5 m, 25 m ??
Geez ! this is part of the reason we all get annoyed.

SmartMetric Biometric Authentication Inside Your Credit Card - “You Are Your Pin” - See The SmartMetric Biometric Card At The Money 20/20 Conference Las Vegas October 23 – 25, 2017
GlobeNewswire•October 21, 2017
NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SmartMetric, Inc. (SMME) –
SmartMetric has developed a powerful weapon in the fight against credit card and identity fraud. The in-your-card biometric fingerprint reader used to 100% identify the card user and activate the card before a transaction.
Keeping your biometric identity safe is at the center of the design of the SmartMetric biometric card. At no time does a card holder's fingerprint leave the card. A person’s fingerprint is stored inside the card and matching of the person's fingerprint is done on the card itself. This was a central design requirement of the SmartMetric biometric card solution that necessitated SmartMetric to create a self-powered inside the card, fully functional fingerprint scanner. Also, so that the card could be used at ATM’s and POS (Point Of Sale) card readers the SmartMetric development team created an on card miniature power management system that recharges the card as it is being used in card readers.
Without a rechargeable battery and sophisticated intelligent power management system inside the card, a fingerprint biometric card would not last longer than a few months according to SmartMetric’s President and CEO, Chaya Hendrick.
Speaking today from Las Vegas, Ms. Hendrick said, “We are excited to show card issuing banks who will be attending the Money 20/20 Conference, our leading biometric technology. We are at this point in time able to manufacture 1 million cards a month and are able to increase this production capacity quickly as demand from card issuers increases.”
SmartMetric will be showing both its Biometric Credit Card along with its Cyber and Access Security Card in the main exhibition hall, booth 339 at the Money 20/20 Conference next week from the 23rd to the 25th of October.
