very likely to raise $ for admin expenses.
ok.....back to snooze control......this thing is on ice until 2021 and 2022. unless the DIP site finds a buyer. Unlikely, IMO.
if you have a few million, don't throw it away by teaming up with HENC and the other persona non grata company, just buy Beach energy if you're so gung-ho on investing in the Cooper.
this is a deluxe WOT
that's about as blunt as I can put it without adding any expletives.
Hey gump,
Maybe Chauncy has a different take on this.
That site where our PELs are listed is not exactly flush with lots and lots of properties. It's a last gasp effort to salvage something.
And....by listing something in a very public manner, they're basically saying that desperation has set in.
We just have to face up to the fact that on the outer stretches of the PELs, there just ain't no oil. Water, yes...oil, no.
I wonder how that 3D sharing thing we did, with whomever it was, is working out.
That was BEPTF - USD
BPT.AX - in Austral Dollars didn't do anything - that's the hi volume security.

Also, I checked Santos....a lot of stale info on their site.
Oh well.....
stop throwing darts at a map and start getting a math wiz....
'MAGIC' ALGORITHM
The seismic breakthrough for BP came when Xukai Shen tested a new idea he had for the FWI algorithm in 2016.
"What happened was magic - the pieces came together," recalled Etgen. "We finally had the right algorithm with the right data set to create the model of the salt formation and use the model to remove distortion."
BP says its new seismic technology could save it hundreds of millions of dollars in exploration hours by pinpointing the location of the most promising deposits.
Could we borrow this?......please....

just havin' some fun in our hours, days, months and years of darkness....
Go HENC!
Yeah, good ole 15 cents..... maybe we'll get there if someone puts in a market order to buy 5 million shares
up 50% !!
ka-ching!!!!
Hey Gump....
Best to you and yours. Hope you have a happy, healthy and wealthy new year.
BTW, all the good I've done with my stocks during the year....down the crapper in less than 2 weeks. Amazing.
I'll be there!!!
TENO.CN
just saying....again....
Terra Nova now at .14 on 10k shares.
Terra Nova now at .125 - just saying......
bid up from .06
somebody wanted in !!
not a lot of $$$, but still makes you kind of wonder...
ok......that aside, did you look at TENO?
66K shares traded - yeah, nothing to sneeze at. BUT, it was bid up from .06 to .10
That, along with the activity in HENC, I guess I'm hoping that something is going on.
staring me right in the face!
probably the only ones in Cooper/eromanga
thanks!
got lazy....but then googled them:
https://www.petrodip.com/
not signed up, does anyone have access to the site and can tell us what other PELs are looking for partners?
don't know if they're both singing the same song, though.
do you know anything about petroDIP? are they doing the same thing that Macquarie did a few years ago? Auction room?
interesting that Terra Nova's PR says that THEY engaged petroDIP, and HENC's PR says that Holloman engaged petroDIP
good to see you're still around.
You're talking US$ or CAN$? .10 quote is in CAN$
Interesting....
TENO market cap = 1.3 mil
HENC market cap = 1.7 mil
TENO PPS = .0769
HENC PPS = .01485
TENO was converted at 1.3 to the US dollar
The question is, why would anyone buy TENO at that price?
sorry, Terra Nova is now TENO $.085
Highflier...thanks.
Here's the more important link:
https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item.aspx?bid=Z-C%3aTENO-2668564&symbol=TENO®ion=C
very odd.
$.02....meanwhile.....CNENF is at .0035
HENC is valued over Claren by 5X
then again, we don't know how many CLaren shares are available to buy at basement prices.
last 11 trading days approx 800k in volume.
everyone is probably hoping that someone is trying a stealthy accumulation.
gump...stay positive! don't put a downpayment on a casket just yet.
not a lot of money...but - possibly - looks like someone wants in.
yeah!
simple question: why not get this thing over with and drill now? what sense does it make to drill at the last minute?
does the clock tick at the point of drilling for the next time period? i.e., do they get a longer lease retention by drilling at the last moment?
Oil $75....Brent $84
Just sayin'..........
ok....i'm wrong.
are you happy?
pretty confident
positive, but wrong
more volume today; also about 10k in Claren activity.
only thing I can assume is that someone is liquidating.
yes, i believe that's the protocol.
Hamil -
didn't see your reply when I was responding to high Flyer.... thanks
also, to AirCanJada...I gather that you are referring to the pdf link that I posted a few days ago.
Here's a copy of the appropriate section:
34. 2 August 2018 Suspension of licence for the period from and including 1 August
2018 to 31 July 2019.
PEL 444 is now due to expire on 11 January 2022.
35. 2 August 2018 Memorandum entering suspension of licence on the public
register.
36. 16 August 2018 Gazettal of suspension of licence.
maybe someone else knows better...but I'd say that $500k is not enough to satisfy their share of drilling on 2 PELs. (i think that's what people hope that "work programs..." means)
590k GROSS proceeds was raised; wonder what the net will be...
It's very likely that it's money needed for other costs relating to the PELs, not directly related to drilling. If it was for drilling, then they would have been trumpeting it loudly for everyone to hear.
Be nice if someone like tchauncey chimed in
money raised was for "joint venture costs".....sounds like admin costs.
raising their share of drillings costs for one well is another story.
hey Gump,
There's a pdf on the same aussie site that discusses the "oil fairway" in the Cooper/Eromanga
I can't get it to open properly. If anyone can open it and see what it says...especially any petro engineers, maybe we'd be able to shed some light on this for all the hoi polloi stuck in this muck. I'm sure it's not current, but then again, the land hasn't shifted so it's probably still applicable today.
To your point, the TOTAL lack of discussion means this is deader than a door nail. And not a peep from Claren, which is very telling because they were the rabble-rousers and got things moving (no matter what anyone thinks about them)
Moving on....
Some light reading....
I couldn't get the pdf for PEL 112 to open.

List of PELs --- maybe somebody else can open the pdf for 112
