$2.00 ($3.00 HOD). $27.00 in 2027.
Jesus loves you.
Are press releases always initially posted at nwbio.com and afterwards picked up by prnewswire, etc.?
I wouldn't object to a CRL-NWBO merger.
Yes, and after approval, growing patient demand will guarantee success.
Incorrect. LP stated as much at an ASM.
That would look like a different company indeed.
I misread your question. I can't find the answer to that one.
I found this: “When a lawyer operates on contingency, that means that the lawyer will be paid out of the proceeds of the case. If the plaintiff loses at trial, the case is dismissed, or the matter is otherwise resolved such that the plaintiff receives no award, the plaintiff does not owe their attorney anything.”

I’d vote for that and continue to hold.
Thanks for clearing that up.
You gotta see this interview from Mark Laita’s Soft White Underbelly of a journalist covering the oncology sector. He gets into the FDA, big pharma, and providers, and lays out what NWBO is up against.
Not exactly. I recorded the entire meeting. LP talked about what has been done in previous 18 months and what is being planned for in the upcoming 18 months. She actually shortened the planning time frame regarding the application for NICE reimbursement and said that this should be completed within the next 12 months.
I was somewhat surprised to hear at yesterday’s ASM that MAAs have yet to be submitted to Canada, Europe, and US. Then I thought that if a buyout were in the works after UK approval, a possible agreement would have the acquiring company do all that heavy lifting. But then again it could just be a lack of resources. At any rate, I don’t mind waiting one or six more months as long as DCVax-L is ultimately approved by MHRA.
Sarc alert!
OK. So will shareholders who have already voted still be able to just listen to the ASM? If so, do you know if the link been published yet? TY
I wasn't clear. I already voted online. I was looking for the audio link so that I could listen in on the ASM.
norisknorewards, I scanned the proxy, but I didn’t see a link. Did you find it? TIA and GL
Glad you’re feeling better skitahoe.
Linda Liau, M.D. was likely consulted, too.
If they settle, I would imagine they’d also have a plan to uplist to a different exchange.
I read that post, too, and Hoffmann added that he didn’t think the judge would decide to listen to oral arguments again. Let’s hope he’s right.
Fidelity got my share totals correct in two separate non-margin accounts. GL sorting your issue out.
skitahoe, I've always had my eye on Nevada due to it being one of the few no income tax states. I'm semi-retired in Quito now. But instead of moving back to Florida, we were thinking about living in Incline Village, at least April - October. Overall, would you give Incline Village a thumbs up or thumbs down?
Even though they submitted the 1.7 million-page MAA in December, I don’t remember the question about a rolling review ever being answered. If they did do one, this may have prevented the need for an RFI.
OK. I was just letting Pattyloco know that there didn't appear to be problem with NWBO's registration status on the OTC. She posted a message she received after a failed attempt of a sell order.
5,000 shares of NWBO were traded at 3:28 p.m. EST this afternoon. Maybe try restarting your device?
Not to mention Canada, Europe, and US following suit on the heels of UK approval.
…and the NICE reimbursement decision will be key. I really feel like all those things have already happened. That’s how confident I am that all the cancer patients’ and investors’ prayers are going to be answered with the MHRA approving DCVax-L for newly diagnosed and recurrent GBM sometime in 2024. The forces against us are not as strong as the forces behind us. The former will probably continue their efforts in the short run, but there won’t be any stopping NWBO’s ultimate success once revenues begin to be reported in the quarterly financial reports.

Northwest Oncovimmune has two less syllables :)
Thx beartrap, but I think there's typo: 150 days from March 7 is August 4.
And let’s not forget that the 10Q reflects the status of inspections as of March 31. Significant progress may have already been made in the six weeks since then.
beartrap, I got the same response from Fidelity concerning a small limit sell order I tried to enter that was set too far above the current price. Weird, but I should be able to deal with it if I'm paying attention when the time comes.
Hoffman stated on X the other day that June 14 is the date the defendants respond to the plaintiff's May 31 filing and that the judge will probably make the MTD decision in July or August.
From the BBC online, "Prime Minister Rishi Sunak can call an election at any time up to Dec. 17, with the election taking place 25 working days later. That means the last possible date for the election is Jan. 28, 2025. The timing of the election will be determined by Sunak’s calculation of what date will be most advantageous for the Conservatives. The most likely time for the election is in the autumn, according to the Institute for Government, a London-based think tank. But one can’t be sure." I agree with you that politics could enter into the equation. I can fathom Sunak being able to find out when the MHRA will approve DCVax-L, and then time his announcement for the upcoming elections shortly before that date. But I certainly hope the MHRA doesn't hold up it's decision until around when Sunak calls for an election, which could be in December.
Hopefully they’d be able to pull out of it after a few years, give or take.
Well, I agree that we went to the moon, but dig a little deeper. The reason so many people believe that the moon landing was a hoax is because NASA also faked much of the evidence. They had their reasons. Incidentally, all of this alien business is the greatest conspiracy of all time headed up by the father of lies himself. Many believe this may be what's referred to as the great deception in scripture. I also think some of the UAPs flying around are our own reverse engineered vehicles built by defense contractors. There are no FOIA worries if this technology is kept in the hands of the conspiring military industrial complex. And let's not forget about NWBO's lawsuit against the seven market makers who have conspired to destroy the company that I presume you are invested in. I know the much of the world thinks these ideas are crazy, but I'm okay with that.
The reality is that people and organizations conspire all the time. All one has to do to confirm this is to read any of the millions of local, state, or federal public court documents available online. Or better yet, open up a history book. Do you know what a conspiracy theory theorist is? It’s someone who calls everyone a conspiracy theorist who disagrees with what many governments and most mainstream media outlets would have you believe.
