ZEN. Although I do not agree with ALL of your POST, I Know WHY you make them. In my opion, you are trying to get every-one of us to see the FACTS for what they are.

UC has some faults, as do all of us. HE (UC) is doing his best for all of us as I see it. Yes he is also trying to make money for himself and CMKX at the same time. IS UC doing that in the right way?? That is open for debate.

I don't think it is a good idea to put all of your HOPE and TRUST in any one person. I personally believe CMKX and RG will PULL off the ULTIMATE SHORT SQUEEZE, only time will tell.

CMKX is a very different investment than only a simple stock play for the short term invester. It should be looked at in a longer time frame in my opion.

Short time GAIN YES, but LONG TERM GAIN is more LIKELY ::IF:: all this turns out to be a
TRUE MASSIVE NSS as I believe it to be.
PROPERTY CLAIMS VALUE is still unknown by us. This should be the long term portion of the EQUASION.

The very MAX. is one EXTRA share for Each "SHARE HOLDER"

IF 45,00 SHARE HOLDERS own CMKX reguardless of how many you own, THEN > MAX is 45,000 NEW SHARES of UCAD and a MAX of one EXTRA share of UCAD for each of the 45,000 SHARE HOLDERS.
