Kinda quiet today.
I agree. It might be a little while but I think it will happen, too.
.0002 today! Who’s with me?
I’m also waiting. A little good news from the company would be great right about now.
Why do I get the feeling that the price is being kept at .000001 on purpose? 2mil share purchase at .0001 and then a 1 share purchase at .000001. So the last price stays at .000001? Maybe I just don’t understand how it all works.
It also seems like there is more interest in the stock, too. There seems to be a more steady stream of larger purchases on a regular basis. I guess by larger I mean more than 149.
Here’s something strange that I didn’t think was possible. I bought more shares in multiple orders. All of the orders were placed at .0001. Four of the orders filled at .00005. Had I known that was going to happen, I would have bought a lot more.
Is it just my computer or did all of the previous posts disappear? I still have all posts from the other stocks that I follow, it’s just Incapta’s posts that are gone.
Is all this volume a good thing or a bad thing?
Thanks for posting this.
Has anyone figured out what the 149 share trades mean?
I own another stock that has about twenty 149 share trades today alone. I was hoping this was some sign that the stock was about to take off. I’m not holding my breath.
This is very interesting because I have another stock that goes from .0000001 to .0001 and that has had several 149 share trades over the last two days.
That’s a great question. Can the company buy them back at that price to reduce outstanding shares? Hopefully that’s what is happening. Or, do MM hold them to sell at .0001 for a profit? Can they even do that?
There’s always one.
I also think patience will pay off. It might not be because of great performance by the company, but at some point, it will run up - hopefully to the penny range. That’s a long shot. Maybe .0025?
Full disclosure: I’m not military. Marine refers to boats. I do have two sons and one daughter-in-law that are officers in the Navy and one daughter-in-law who’s an officer in the Marines.
It seems to me that if a pink stock runs, it happens sometime between early February and early April. After that they just sit. Maybe it’s a tax thing.
Me, too.
And we didn’t even get a bump.
Considering nothing has happened with this in weeks, maybe it has ended and it is status quo. I hope not but…
Ok. Thanks. Sorry I’ll have to read it again to better understand.
I guess the thing that is throwing me is that we will get the dividend in New Co stock at 1/10th the value of $hcmc stock, but if $HCMC goes to the grey sheets, as someone suggested, my original shares will most likely be worthless, leaving me with one tenth of my original value overall.
I’m admitting that I need to re-read the offering so if I’m way off base, I apologize. Also, I can’t recall the price per share when the offer was made.
So this is essentially a 10:1 reverse split. With a new ticker
I don’t think there’s an elephant in the room. Pretty much everyone realizes that this can go either way - up or down. Some people just like to focus only on the up and others focus only on the down. It’s that simple.
0.0002’s only shore up in after hours. It’s still at no bid.
Glad I could clear that up.
So what was the price then?
I was wondering where the other side was. There are a few still missing.
Wouldn’t it be great if CBD patches cured COVID-19
Plus, why would a large technology company want anything close to a medical marijuana company. It’s too diversified. I questioned why we got into it.
I have a feeling that Microsoft or Samsung might be more interested in buying or licensing this technology than CBD patch technology.
I admittedly have not read all of the posts on this board, so I apologize if this has been addressed. I think the consumer electronics show was a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything about that. I'm assuming Signature Devices still makes electronics like Morpheus. Last year this was all we talked about on this board. This year, nothing. Any input on that side of the business from anyone would be great. Thanks.
Huge volume today - Oh wait, never mind, that's not us.
Orders and sales are two different things. Orders taken in September won't post as sales until they ship. Even if they shipped October 1st, it's still 4th quarter numbers. Same goes for back orders. These numbers don't bother me because CEDIA was so late in the quarter. 4th quarter will be much more telling.
I don't understand. Are you suggesting that this isn't a step in the right direction? If he went up by 12 Billion, would that not matter either? We would all like to see the AS at 150 million again, but you have to agree, this isn't the worst news he could put out.
Thank you for the welcome and the response. The links shed some light on it all. As frustrating it is to read these negative posts over and over and over, I at least hope they are making some money at it. It's not for me, though. I can't be that negative, let alone for that long.
I apologize if this question has been asked before. I've been following just two stocks on IHub for about three years now. In both cases, there are two or three people in each stock that have absolutely nothing positive to say at all, which is their right. What I don't understand is why someone would have 3,000+ negative (and mostly sarcastic) posts stretching out over 3 years about a stock that is deep into the trips - and they say they're not even share holders. Someone commented once "he's just a paid basher." Is there such a thing? This can't be sour grapes because too many people do it. I can hold a grudge like the best of them, but i've got way more important things to do than research how a bad a company is for three years, especially when I don't own any of it. They have to be making money on this somehow. What's the game here?
It certainly is possible that the story is true, but there are always two sides to every story. How can we make our own conclusion on the matter without all the facts. This could be a disgruntled worker who is mad about the closing and losing his job, so he blames upper management and wants to post about it. There is a lot of courage behind a keyboard and an anonymous ID. I've had people really mad at me because I wouldn't agree to give them a $2/hr raise on the spot with out even a chance to think it over. He had no idea how business runs. I'm sure that guy still bad mouths me to this day.
I'm not so cynical about it but would love to know the true story to make up my own mind. Anything that we read not specific to that closing, in my mind anyway, is just speculation.
The other revues, though not necessarily about upper management seemed positive. There has to be some business culture "trickle down" from top management. JMHO
I would love to hear the other side of that story, wouldn't you? Sometimes tough decisions have to be made that not everyone understands, especially outsiders.
I guess we can take anything and turn into something bad - or good. He told us that he raised the A/S to be compliant with his covenants. I understood it as the toxic lenders turned the screws and started selling shares to get their money. Sounds to me like his hand was forced. That doesn't make him a liar if things are out of his control. How do I know that the lenders told him they wouldn't sell and then they did anyway. I'm more apt to think the lenders are liars more so than the CEO. JMO
I can't comment on the back tax issue as I haven't found where he told us that he was current. If he said he was current and he outright new he wasn't, then how could anyone disagree that he lied. I just haven't laid my two eyes on the documents yet. If it was an actual conversation, it will never be proven.
The last thing that I saw about the O/S was 2.6 billion, not 5 billion. I know there will be a response that says I need to do my DD, which I will. I must be looking in the wrong spot for the quick find.
If his story changes, he's a liar. If all of us stretch our stories to make our point, we must all be liars too.
