I am more worried about Maryland now as we have already beaten them this year.
Their defense is very good.
I have a feeling there is no way around it. Russia and China vs everyone else. Should be lots of fun.
What do you think the effect will be on the world market if Taiwan shuts down their chipmaking plants in the event of a Chinese invasion. Does this help LWLG or hurt it?
Thank you for your response.
Some posters have already moved on and taken their losses. They are not healed.
How close do you think LWLG is from signing a deal with a Tier 1 and with this share price in the abyss, do you see a heavyweight trying to make a takeover play soon. Thanks.
Multiple choice question for the posters
Q-Where is Khalid?
A- a)selling fake Gucci hats in Times Square
b)working in a Lebanese pastry shop in Detroit,Michigan
c)landscaping at Jim's retreat in Florida
d) mushroom picking in Kennett Square,Pa.
Stock is faltering as we speak because there is no support. Under 3 looks like the next shoe to drop. Do I blame Lebby,JM,or KCC.
LPC, is it correct they need a price average 3.30 for 5 consecutive days plus 500K US dollars traded average wise. Trying to figure out if the stock price sits here for the rest of the day, the 1.4 payment is automatically due 6/1/24. Not sure why the company would enter into this agreement so soon.
Since the ringing of the bell in Sept. 2021, the stock price is down close to 71% as of last night's close.Timelines have come and gone. Manipulation is rampant and Marcelli and Lebby do not address it. This is the reality of the situation. Unless some takeover chatter comes into play, we could see levels not even imaginable come late summer. I know everyone loves the lab tour but the guys there are only worker bees and they do not concern themselves with share price.
I thought your questions were good and commend you for asking them. Curious to know if there were any reps. from large institutions there. Thanks.
If this is the next NVDA, why is it trading like a stock in crisis. Absolutely zero speculation built in. Just do not understand it. Missed timlines might be one answer. LWLG has had terrible CEO's over the years and their credibility is suspect. Lebby has never dealt with a public company and this is a learning curve. Problem is retail is taking a beating as he is learning.
So far the negative posters here have been dead right on where the share price is going. Scream all you want at them but they have hit the nail on the head. Lebby needs to address the manipulation issue with the tutes who are wrecking the price. That is part of the job description. Do your job. Going on the NAS has been a disaster . You would have never seen the stock shorted like this because there would be no shares to lend out. The only thing positive for LWLG is it is easier for the snake Marcelli to use LPC and Roth to sell shares with more liquidity. He is a cancer.
That would be a nice gesture. I am guessing that once they are able to fix the issue at Gunnison, Excelsior will be a takeover target with copper on the move. The outfit in London will have the final say.
NVDA 10/1 stock split
LWLG nearing 1/10 reverse split
Good times
I am wondering who was the go between when the SPAC was conceived. MS,CS,JPM were all part of Mark's inner circle. Hope this new news will help Niocorp. On a side note, JPM is not exactly high on the moral compass. They make the hyenas at GX look like choir boys.
Hopefully it is good news for my friends who are underwater on this POS. I have no position in any stock of Mark's. If it makes you happy, I am getting waffled on LWLG.
You have been passed out under a bush for close to a year. I am sure you sleep quite well.
I bet the person next to you asked for multiple vomit bags after watching you type another nonsensical post. I have never seen a poster kill a stock price like yourself. You are the ultimate black cat.
Three things,
1) Thanks for being someone who wanted answers and asked the right questions.
2) I always told you that greaser was a toad. He is way beyond being terminated. A complete waste of space.
3) Did you get a chance to talk to Fred Leonbeger?
That should be a stickie.
Were there any tute reps. at the meeting? That would be nice to know.
They get their options for nothing. Why should they buy anything. Maybe the NDA's are the reason. The one thing I did not understand is how Lebby ever bought 1000 shares since it seems he is not allowed to purchase stock.
Stock price has hit a short term ceiling . Gunnison is now in focus. The future of the company depends on them restarting the mine.
You might be correct but the damage has already been done.Risk/reward is still skewed to the upside. This could go under 2 but I still like the upside more than the downside. Lebby will be under pressure to get the share price up .
Unless they are holding back a tremendous NR, that is going to be difficult. Hopefully the wonderful folks at GX will come to the rescue.
How did Walter do with the executive team at Niocorp? We were both hoodwinked by them.
Can you send me Walter's book on gimmicky accounting and how to turn an 80% loss into a 100% gain with a few strokes of the computer.
I am sure the Belgians are not happy campers. They have gotten pummeled in both stocks the last year or so.
Mark Smith Chairman of the Board and CEO Niocorp
Michael Lebby Chairman of the Board CEO Lightwave Logic.
They are given way too much power. Look at the charts of both companies. That is called cliff diving from Alcapulco. Niocorp I parachuted from before the stock collapsed. Best trade I ever made. Swing funds into Lwlg with the proceeds, Worst trade I ever made. One company needs a lot of capital or they are toast. One has no debt but an idiot second to the throne. I guess they are even.
Manipulators won over a year ago. Longs are getting demolished except for the Euros who are long and double short at the same time. They make tens of millions every day. Life is good across the pond.
Did you get kicked in the head by a mule?
I am not buying that Pumpkin. If Marcelli was the CEO 100% dead on but Lebby has a solid reputation. I would like though Lebby,Marcelli, and Bucci removed from the BOD. Get someone who holds people accountable. First thing I would do is see what relationship LPC has with Marcelli. Second, Bucci has been worthless for a long time. Adios.
I guess X can lay off the short theory as well as some of the other sheeple. Whoever manipulated this stock price crushed it and well played. God help us if the idiot Marcelli has to sell stock for money at these levels. LPC will crush us. hy they ever got in bed with these creeps is beyond me. LPC is a stock killer. Marcelli should be terminated .
That is the problem with giving timelines that do not work out. It does appear that the goalposts were put back in the storage room and 2025 is where we look for new answers. Still thought the overall session was very good.
I wonder if a large investor checked the current price out and swallowed a vial in the lab. Man that has to be depressing to be out there for strictly the meeting and see the price get killed. Turn off your phone and head for Boulder is my best advice.
Listening to Lebby, I was very impressed today in the Q&A. Not sure where the share price goes in the short term but long term this is a home run. I just cannot stand Marcelli. They need to get the share price higher though and not dilute at these levels.
Today was a good day.
Is Kevin KCC? No one asking questions at the moment and I am guessing the meeting is done. Best part of the meeting was Marcelli being muted after the minutes.
He is playing with the toy Ferrari handed out by Conehead from last year's meeting .He will not have the time.
In the old days everything broke down. It was horrible but laughable. The stock was crap anyway so it just added to the entertainment. Now 12 years later, people are flying in from all over and the stock is worse. I cannot imagine sitting thru this bore fest looking at the stooges on stage. I wonder if the used car guy is charging for the water bottles.
Love to know what the uplisting to the NAS has done for the company except produce nothing but negativity.
1)Easier for the bearded one to sell stock into the market thru sleazebags. LWLG keeps getting diluted but no one cares.
2) Tutes have complete control of the market and manipulation is rampant. Company does not care about share price or daily thievery. Good job Vulcan and Jim. Way to look out for your investor base. You keep getting paid and we keep losing money on our positions. That is the American way.
3) Not sure how much of the Blackie/Vanguard count is passive but what spin talk did you give them before the real money took positions. They are completely under water on their positions.
Lebby might have 6-12 months left and I hope he is forced out into another role. The lies by previous CEO's has rubbed off on him.
I do agree that him pulling his loan and getting reimbursed was the smart move. I would have done the same. Just cannot fathom how the team at Niocorp went into a merger with GX. I warned Mark about these guys prior to the merger happening but I guess his intel was better.
They are honest and trustworthy people and should be commended as such. The SPAC merger was the latest Great Train Robbery and Niocorp retail shareholders were the victims. Mind boggling how bad management dropped the ball.
