Not looking good at all for SCAM GTGP! Heavy dilution and nothing to show for all the money they are throwing away....
Hoping everyone realizes that the real money isnt in the share price yet? Right? I assume all of you "penny-traders" understand that more than $23,000,000. has been invested in this company outside of this silly pink stock deal for extra money...right...you all get this right?
Suspicion? We have released AUDITED and certified financials. They may not look great to you, but they are AUDITED and certified. Let me know if there is another pink doing this. I am in this business and have NEVER seen a company go "transparent" and then just take shareholder money.
AUDITED FINANCIALS ON A PINK!!!!???? What is wrong with u people?
Really? The only company in this "sector" with audited financials?
Anyone here who is thinking about getting out: DONT
Not .05 here we come.
When its complete maybe?
WOW...this stock really can't get out of its own way. Audited financials on a pink! That should never result in a drop even if the audited report is bad..just the fact that they are auditing should make anyone in the penny world sit up and take notice, but not for MJNA.
There are no "MMs" be real.
WOW that was insightful
There is no scam here. They have the products. They distribute the products. I've witnessed the product being sold...where is the scam?
This is Phillip Morris all over again. I am spread out in what I believe to be a legit SECTOR. All of this "manipulation" "SA articles" blah blah..this is going to be huge...maybe MJNA..maybe not.

I know everyone here is aware of the record 1st qtr news. What I find interesting is that it was sent over the DJNW. I can't remember DowJones news ever covering MJNA before. They don't usually send out pr-type stuff...please correct me if I am wrong. TY Go MJNA and all the rest in this sector.

CONCORD, N.H. -
For the fourth time in the past six years, the New Hampshire Legislature is considering legalizing medical marijuana.
The Senate holds a hearing Thursday on a bill that would give people with serious illnesses or chronic pain access to the drug. It recently passed the House with a veto-proof majority.
Senate leadership says the bill will see significant changes, but is likely to pass.
The Senate is also hearing testimony Thursday on a bill that would protect industrial hemp from be labeled an illicit drug. The House has already passed that bill.
Yeah...good reason to own both.
You had me until: "politicians have no choice but to bend to public opinion if they want to be re-elected." - That's certainly not true. If public opinion really mattered, the NRA wouldn't be running the gun-control debate. The tobacco companies would not be allowed to produce the only product for consumption which does not have to list its ingredients (public opinion says disclose)....on and on. Do you think big pharma; big tobacco; big corporate-run prisons; and the alcohol industry don't have more pull over this MJ question than public opinion? I HOPE NOT! But the new rules in Mass. appear to be written with purely corporate interests in mind.
LONG live MJNA and all the others in the sector trying to break new ground.
Thanks for the education. Now I really know what I am doing. What a tool.
Something isn't right here.
What does it take for this thing to move?? Jeeze.

Colorado’s hemp-growing industry will kick off on a modest scale under state legislation expected to be introduced next week.
The bill sponsored by state Sen. Gail Schwartz, D-Snowmass Village, would enable farmers to register for 10-acre research-and-development plots to test the viability of different hemp varieties.
Hemp is genetically related to marijuana but contains little or no THC, the psychoactive substance in marijuana. The seeds and fibers of hemp have dozens of commercial uses in foods, cosmetics, textiles and building materials.
The passage of Amendment 64 last year legalized in Colorado the possession and cultivation of both marijuana and hemp.
However, growing hemp, as with marijuana, is still illegal under federal law. That’s one of the reasons that hemp backers are proposing to launch the industry on a relatively small scale.
Schwartz said Thursday at a hemp forum in Loveland that 10-acre R&D plots grown under state guidelines are less likely to attract federal law enforcement attention than bigger commercial farms.
The proposed legislation would not prohibit larger farms, but backers say it is unlikely that farmers would choose to start on a large scale.
“The reality of the situation is that hemp probably won’t be grown on a mass commercial level for a few years because the crop will still need to be processed in-state and it will take a while to build that infrastructure and market,” said Samantha Walsh, political director of the advocacy group Hemp Cleans.
The bill would direct the Colorado Department of Agriculture to establish rules for registration and crop testing.
Hemp-growing has been legal in Canada since 1998. The industry is expanding rapidly. In 2012, a record 52,000 acres were grown. Projections for this year are 75,000 acres.
Canadian farmers at the Thursday forum said the crop is resistant to drought and weeds, relatively easy to grow, and profitable compared to other mainstream crops.
Manitoba hemp scientist Anndrea Hermann said the Canadian crop recently has generated average profits of $255 per acre compared with $208 for corn, $201 for canola and $100 for wheat.
David Bronner, whose company Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps is a major buyer of hemp oil, said at the forum that Colorado’s efforts to establish an industry may help persuade the federal government to end its prohibition.
“A little civil disobedience in the mix would hasten the end of this charade,” he said.

The savants see the writing on the wall for MJNA. Going down.
You don't need to cross any fingers. CBIS was hit no harder on friday than MJN* which also slipped well below its point of .30. We'll have to wait and see, but I think there will be another pop ACROSS the SECTOR - as it is truly developing into a sector which trades together. In the long run- this is all going to get eaten up by big-tobacco anyways.
Yeah that memo is excellent and well argued. There are a number of other memos in support of the Troy case...but alas they are thus far only memos...I want a ruling!

Last time someone took a shot at the process..
http://privacyblog.littler.com/2013/01/articles/workplace-safety/dc-circuit-rules-deas-denial-of-petition-to-reschedule-marijuana-was-not-arbitrary-and-capricious/
Thanks go MJNA
You don't need a bill to reschedule this. All you need is an interested party (Holder for example) to petition the DEA for a rescheduling. They decide to accept or deny your application. If they accept it (as they would from the A.G.) they send it to HHS for study and review. HHS makes a finding to which the DEA must abide. Last time the process was attempted, the HHS said MJ had no medical value and told the DEA to keep the schedule as is.
Problem is...Executive branch enforces, and I can't see Mr. Obama saying "Hey..yeah you're right...I am not gonna enforce the Fed marijuana laws which some states want me to do, BUT, I am going to enforce the ACA which some states don't want me to do..hmm"
Which? They are two very different processes? One is much more difficult to affect from without.
I am all for MJNA, and all the rest.
I will end with that, as I don't want to clog up anything here.
Also don't pay for this!
I believe the sudden rush of politicos both sides) getting on board...along with the sudden uptick in coverage in the "legitimate" media...we are being prepped for a rescheduling announcement. Makes more sense, and everybody can allow it to sneak through.
Yes I am aware of the bill(s). Thing is...I haven't seen much of anything of any importance passed through this constipated government in quite some time. I think it would be simpler to work the rescheduling angle.

Very difficult politically, and not because Obama is against allowing the states to decide the issue. It is because if he relaxes Fed enforcement on the MJ issue, he is providing ammunition for detractors of the Affordable Care Act. Half the states in the country continue to use a "states-rights" argument as a reason for failing to implement ACA....
Very difficult to concede Federal enforcement in one area against the states, but not in the other.
Only way around it is taking it off the scheduled list, or an act of congress ratified by the executive.
JMO
I think they've got enough in them to try it again :)
I am not really expecting anything. I had pushed this one way beack in my brain so I didn't have to think about it. Didn't think it would ever come back alive.
Thanks
I am not sure if I am awake, but is there something going on over here in RTGV land? Still holding heavy bag...
Well...not really my point, but don't want to clog up MJNA board to correct your characterization of CBI* action over last yr. (has been p&pd THREE times) :)
Trading like "real" stocks:
MJNA - Tested .30 - to .28 - then quickly bounced back to .30 1.3m vol (11:30)
CBI* - Tested .0555 - to .0545 - then quickly bounced back to .0556 2m vol (11:30)
Both stocks did this during the exact same period today.
I know the companies have very different stories, but it is nice to see a sector growing stronger.
