Always hoping there's some "plan" in place by AGRT, but as the days go by, the hope diminishes. This appears to be a typical P & D. Having said that.......... think of how often a stock resurfaces with the "touts" saying "remember the stock that tripled the last time we researched it"...... and it comes back alive.

It takes all of 30 seconds to check on the stock and this board daily..... just don't see any reason to comment on anything until somebody (Hello????? Kansas???? Is there anybody out there???) associated with AGRT shows us they are alive.

I know the charts indicate which are "buys" and which are "sells", but when there are sells, there still has to be an interested party on the other side buying it!! There has to be some optimism in the fact that people are still willing to buy AGRT..... and it is getting pushed a little higher.

GB4 is here and long. Not excited about TBX or rumors....... just waiting for the "anticipated" good news from the company and a transition into a productive operation. Who knows......... maybe in the future some larger operation might be interested in buying AGRT. That sure wouldn't hurt!

This stock was 9 cents - 12 cents before the "alleged promotion" ever took place. Some promo......huh?

Two NEWS items yesterday. Which one was more impressive........ acquiring the Lease on the 300 acre property..... or the purchase of the Oil Reserve?

Any one and everyone who got the TBX alert on Monday morning got hammered!!! At 9:30 the stock was gapped up to 16 cents and everyone chased it all the way into the 50 cent range before they could get any PVTA!!!

Within 3 minutes the price went from 16 cents to 50 cents and "us common folk" got screwed while the Insiders profited!!!

Traders bought stock from .50 to .77 while the Insiders grabbed everything from .08 - .50. Certainly not a "long" play..........

How many people here got PVTA for under 50 cents??

TBX sent out promo yesterday morning and I couldn't get any shares for less than 52 cents, 3 minutes into trading, and from what I've been reading on this board, neither has anyone else.

I stand with my opinion that regular investors haven't made squat on this stock due the "insider fills".

PVTA really only up 10%. Traders could only buy PVTA when it got up to about 55 cents right after the bell yesterday. Insiders grabbed it from 16 cents. If it's at 60 cents now and the best we could do is get it at 55 cents........ it's only up 10%!!

I hate the promo companies blowing smoke on what the regular investors pay for the stocks!!!

Only Insiders making money here. PVTA shows that it "opened" at about 16 cents yesterday, but no traders could get any until it was in the 45 - 50 cent range.

Most of us traders haven't made ONE RED CENT on this stock, yet TBX promotes this as a 500% gain!!! Yeah, 500% for the "insiders"........ while the rest of us are sitting on a "hope and a prayer"!!

For the past year, this has been a .12 - .14 stock. Now that the promo has (or hasn't) expired, why should AGRT go to .05 and into sub-pennies?

Has hiring of TBX hurt AGRT price? Stock had 52 week low of 9 cents before the promo and was typically trading normally in 12 cent range. Now after the promo, it hits the all time low. Penny players made money or got hammered, but AGRT price trending down........
despite the fact that there has been some real positive news.

You'd think rumors alone would have driven the stock price much higher on a long term basis than the "promo" did.

If TBX wants to be pump & dump promo company, then the initial run was a success. If they want to be a promo company for those businesses that are real and have a future...... then AGRT has been a disappointment so far.

I guess I thought TBX was a cut above the rest......... maybe not.

My guess is TBX makes announcement prior to new pick. With their new video and being so new, I can't imagine how TBX can tout their performance and get new subscribers...... if they go into their next pick having a stinker on their resume.

I bet they make an announcement at the end of this week or the very beginning of next week. Then, when AGRT heads north again, they will come out with their new pick, tout their performance in their two picks........ and with a SMILE on their face instead of an EGG !!

Here's why I'm long, right or wrong......

1. Stock low was 10 - 20 cents before any news or promo
2. New CEO
3. Acquired 2,000 acre oil & gas lease
4. Goal Capital hired to work with Institutional investors
5. 20 million in non-dilutive financing
6. Promo company hired that has failed us so far
7. NO WAY COMPANY IN WORSE CONDITION THAN BEFORE PROMO

Love the fact that AGRT held in the 18's all day long with such low volume. Apparently got a lot of longs and nobody is panicking. Good things come to those who wait!

Disagree. TBX acts like a PR firm while APS acts like a pump and dumper.

I like the fact that AGRT acts like a real company...... only providing news as it develops........ and that TBX doesn't act like the normal pumpers..... where they pump out rumors and prognostications 7 times a day and try to invoke panic buying.

I'll sit back and wait long term on this stock!

Love the way TBX is handling the promo. APS or BDPS or SiriBiz send out a million promos over a 3 day to 5 day period. You need to jump on their picks real quick and get the hell out before it crashes.

Here, TBX has informed us about what will take place over an extended period of time and so far we haven't been misled. Makes AGRT seem like a real company with a real business plan!

3 day rule applies to pump & dump promos. What everyone needs to ask..... does AGRT fall into this category? With the new leadership, the new purchases and agreements.... I tend to believe this stock falls into the category of INDG , a stock that was touted as a penny stock and a pump scheme. Check what that stock has done the last few weeks!

If this is a pump & dump, it's been well played by the company and ALL THE PROMOS !!!
