I guess this means Abt will get deleted from the Dividend Aristocrat listing?
How many besides me would celebrate just to get back to break even?
Where is the positive cash flow?
SFOR come on baby light my fire
Google buys Virus Total as announced today to enhance their security portfolio. Wonder if they might have an interest in SFOR?

Agree, whose on first with authenticity and out of band?
I'm in . Maybe we can ask Katie Holmes to go with us. I hear she is available and Scottish like us. Geaux SFOR .
WHEN SFOS Hits $10 you can fly us all to Rio for a party. Deal?
When does SFOR s next quarterly report come out?
Scotland I tend to agree with you. . The salaries I posted, The stock compensation I posted, and your observations as well should be enough to raise eyebrows. Also I keep seeing board members say free software when the PR Says over 5000 copies SOLD in 100. Countries. At revenues I have seen that would be less than 10 cents each. Doesn't add up in my opinion. I have been in international business for years and it takes a lot of regulatory and effort to sell offshore. 100 counties is one. Heck of a lot of Global reach for a sub penny stock company. . I may be wrong and truley hope I am, but in my opinion it doesn't add up.
Hey Scotty where did everyone go?
I found this review of SFOR s financials very enlightening. Scroll down the article until you get to SFOR and check out the executive compensation and stock options for management. Wow.

I've been off the board for a while. Was there a discussion on this or any statements? While it is dated June 2012, it appears to go back to 2004. The second link appears to have a lot of names related to SEC filings.
Here are the 2 links.

Today received letter from a promenant Surgery Group in the Chicago area that when they turned on their server, they got a MSG that all of their records including all patient information had been hijacked and encrypted and that the only way they could get it back was to pay a ransome. They shut down their computers and called the police. the letter was to advise patients that patient SSAN s Insurance information may be compromised and they offered a free one year subscription to TransUnion for credit monitoring.
How appropriate that SFOR is in this security space.
Regarding the above the Sugeon Group was offered a password for ransome that would reset the data.
Unbelievable.
When are we all going to get rich?
I have Comcast and the only thing they offer me is free Norton Security Software
I tend to be a contrarin like Scotty. I posted Morning Star salary figures for the top 3 execs @ a reported $800K each. If correct this should raise a red flag even with eternal optimist. Over 5 million copies sold in over 100 countries. That is one he ll of a global reach and no revenue consistent with that in my opinion.
Log into Morningstar, it is free. Go to Quotes, put in SFOR, then click the "Insiders" tab. You will see it there. I don't know if the data is accurate, but Morningstar is pretty reputable.
Have fun in Sao Paulo.
Morningstar shows Executive Compensation for the top 3 SFOR Executives to be $833,000 each for the year 2011. This is reported to be up 283 per cent in one year.
Also:
Does anyone know of Financeware still owns 300,000 shares of SFOR.

I think the board members might want to read this link, that matches the patent number SFOR has provided. Ram is CIO of SFOR per their website.
Pemmaraju; Ram (Old Bridge, NJ)

Understand your sentiments, but I think if we had a group phone call with pre planned questions, it would be a good exercise. Most small company CEO's do entertain investor conference calls. If you are right at least we have a group of witnesses, but maybe there is more to the story we all need to know about. My immediate problem is 4 million copies sold in 100 countries. It is rare that a company so small would have a global reach of 100 companies. Also, I have seen posting advising that these copies were free, but, let's think about that one. Can someone provide documentation where they got this information or is it speculation? At current revenue levels they would have had to sell each copy for 10 cents each. Not probable. Their press release says, "sold" not given away or "distributed. Also seriously, SFOR does not appear to have enough financial resources to give away 4,000,000 copies to over 100 companies.
All of the other concerns Scotty has posted and the positive expectations others have written could be a discussion item. What do we have to lose other than pundits and advocates having less to write about on this board once we get some clarification, AND unless we take the stance that speculations is more board entertainment than facts.
Any of the adminstrators volunteer to organize a dial in call for all of us? Let's put the Dead Moose on the Table.
There have been a couple of board members who have talked to Mark. Is it possible for someone to volunteer a conference call with him and member of this I hub and put to rest due diligence questions?
4 million copies sold where is the revenue?
Good starting point then go from there.
4 million copies doesn't reconcile with revenue figures unless they are giving them away. It just doesn't add up.
Why is the stock down on after hours trading? Thought the study findings were favorable
Great News
Some posts on this board sound like they are coming from SFOR. Maybe it is time to put the dead moose on the table with disclosure.

Big Woop
Had similar problems see my MSG 2906
All investors who tried to buy FB yesterday should' go to the Securities and Exchage Commission web site and issue a complaint. Nasdaq was negligent in not having the system capabilities to handle the IPO launch. Retail investors by the thousands were not getting order execution messages for hours and did not know if they had indeed purchased the stock or not and did not know their purchase price. I put in a pre market opening order and did not get a confirmation of a buy and price until 4:10 PM. Not being able to see the price or purchase created what I would call blind folded trading. Thousands tried to cancel orders due to to confusion and got cancellation pending notices for hours with no cancel execution confirmations. No wonder the price went down retail and institutional would be investors got scared and cancellations drove the price down. Loggr jammed systems did not reflect true free market demand thus deflating the stock price. Not having confirmations also restricted the ability to have the info to sell for profit or perhaps decisions to buy more.
The SEC should mandate that Nasdaq reset the Entire IPO reverse all transactions and start all over not to mention assess punitive financial penalties against Nasdaq.
Heads should roll at Nasdaq. this turned into being a sham.
The SEC exists to protect investors. I encourage everyone to pass this on make it viral and go to SEC web site and issue formal complaint.
Good Points on SFOR. I think I will also cash out the Big Boards this week and see if major correction occurs based on our previous discussion. Then I will once again go into select Dividend Aristocrats, the list published once a year by Forbes, for those companies that have not only given a dividend for the last 25 years but increased it each and every year. It negates living on a fixed income. Also got the itch for oil futures with BNO. It has been decreasing steady, but if an unfortunate war breaks out in Middle East, and oil goes to 200 a barrel, might be a good place to have some discretionary only coin. Risky as this has to be balanced with recessionary problems in Europe and China slowing down which can reduce oil demand, but then again, the oil sanctions Europe is imposing on Iran start this summer. What is your opinion?
I am still happy to be an SFOR investor. It has nothing to do with the stock which appears to be a comedy parody, but because this board is entertaining. In the end, I will have an entertainment tax writeoff. Regarding other investments to be taken more seriously, with Europe melting down and Iran talks upcoming on May 23 which will result in nothing but giving Israel an itchy trigger finger, this summer could well be one to remember.
Good point Scotland particularly since their product is sold in over 100 countries and they just did the deal in the Australia Pacific Realm.
Can anyone explain how SFOR is hiring attorneys for patent protection and hiring Promotional firms to market the product?
Since there are no retained earnings?
Or do you think they are giving them sub penny stock shares?
The simple math don't seem to add up.

Got this off T 5's web site
Remembering a company post in January Guarded ID sells 3 Million copies in 100 countries. Wow as soon as we get. ARs paid up for that we can all meet in Vegas and have a Party.
Even if we got only $1 per copy the Revs would be 3 million $ .
Hopefully there are enough funds to hire someone to defend that patents by then
Yep you are right I was skeptical too but it was obvious there were
Board members who would admonish anyone who said anything they
Didn't want to hear Made me wonder why and who their
Real I d s were
I agree with you 100 per cent. BTW I posted the $50 Stock in post number 4492 in February.
