looked to bounce off its low of 4.10 ish. Someone started rumors on Yahoo board that have CC buying them out. Completely unsubstantiated and I would think lies. but the price swing today may show a reversal in the down trend.. Any thoughts.

Looked at the THTHF Chart last september and it looks VERY similiar to the current ARSW chart.

Of course I am in with the rest of us and really fricken happy that the MMs dropped the bid and ask 20% at the close. NOT! I guess a call to the transfer agent to see what the 0/S is will help. Also do you think that the 200M shares in the S-8 from 02/04/04 are counted in the 468M O/S as of 02/04/04 or as they are sold by the recipient of the S-8 shares. If they are counted as of 02/04/04 then we need to figure out when the seller is done with the S-8 shares. Either way we are on a downward slide until something happens.

Did he say who the company was that helped to finance USCI that was selling back to the public.

Did he say when a unit was sold, what portion of the revenues would be recognized by USCI and what would be recognized by Modern Fabricators?

There has been 500M shares dumped in the past week. The reason they paid the $5k to be put on the front of uptick is so that they could dump into the stock run and not the end of it. That is obvious to me. I hope the dilution is over. I figure they have raised somewhere between 750k and 1M bucks. What are they going to do with that money is the question?

USCI is a one man opperation. It is Tony Miller. He is out of town and due back tomorrow. I will be very surprised if when he gets back he puts out a PR. All of my calls have been rejected. USCI, USCI's Web Administrator, The fabricator, the transfer agent.

Do not get me wrong, I want this thing to go up as much as anybody. I am a bagholder now, and the one thing I have learned is do not become a bagholder. But the only thing riskier than than a pinky is a pinky that will not answer the phone.

pdc. I do not expect anything to happen till Monday. I am not basing that on anything but my gut. They put the message on the phone that they would be out of town for the next 3 days. For me I interpret that as Wed. Thurs. and Friday.

Yea they can issue shares. What I mean is, they can do pretty much whatever they want and then just clean up the mess later. They are a pinky, so I think they can dilute without filing and S-8. Can anyone confirm or deney this?

Yea. Looking in the USCI nov. PR it says P.E.R. is texas based. Went to P.E.R.'s web site it says it is California based but its ticker symbol is TSX:PCE. I called the California number listed on their web page.

If my hands were shaking (regardless of how much I had invested) I would take the 45 minute drive to satisfy myself.

I have been calling them all day. No answer. I am assuming (hoping) everyone has been calling and they have stopped answering the phone.... The fact that the other number has been disconnected doesn't make me feel all that great though.

739 trades seems like alot to me. Any other opinions on this? If I remember correctly the day IBZT was on CNBC there were like 1100 trades.

Thanks for all the responses. I figured if I just started asking questions, then we would start generating some DD, whether it is in the right direction or not.

I read through some of diamondfvr's post on RB. Very odd. Seems this person just started posting last week and is pumping CMKM, CTKH and USCI... I have to ask myself if I had that kind of info, would I publicly post it... on RB no less?

So far the positives seem to be that this company actually has a viable product in a good industry with great potential. Also getting alot of interest with a rumor mill to boot.

Negatives: It's a pinky, plain and simple. The rumors are based on a person that has been on RB for just over a week. (If it wasn't for Art calling the company, the posts would problably have been critized very sharply by now.)

Side note. I hate owning a stock over the weekend. I spend to much time looking into it. By no means am I married to this pinky. It is just Saturday night and the wife is sick and the baby boy is in bed. Back to reading Flags of our Fathers. Nite all.
