Thanks, and darn that just mean I need to buy some more.
Class A or B common stocks, how would I know which one I have? Brought my shares through scottrade, so I think I have Class B shares. That is the normal shares right for CGFIA. But, I don't see anywhere in my purchase slips telling me what kind of Class shares where brought, so I am not 100%.
just wondering if peps r getting the trip. 1s or having trouble now in getting them?
***** ($CGFIA) ***** GO GO GO GO
Looking at a chart I am using, with 1st MA at 2 and 2nd MA at 3 and EMA at 3, showing a small gap forming in an uptrend... GO GDSM!!!
Does anyone else see that?
Well, I think it is anyway, but he could be using it for something else like towards CGFIA cleanspan or something.
Yea, that was his yearly payment he does I believe it is normally around 30k or less each year.
yea, you didn't missed out on much
I got my .0001's, is the same as 1^e-4 or simply my 1's. Just like writing it out with the ^e.
Got my 1^e-4's
Good morning everyone, have been up all night doing my thing, anyway pretty much excited for today, the NOI should get a ruling from the DRSM today (:!) Plus, don't know about anyone else but I am still plan on buying more shares even with the 60Billions shares CGFIA is at now....--> GO CGFIA
Awe, okay now that makes sense.
Are you talking about GDSM new release today, "Gold Coast Mining Updates Gold Star Progress; Identifies Additional Acquisition"? If so there is no mentioning of dividends at all, and quite frankly if there was, that would usually be a sign of a red flag down here in the penny land. Most penny that pay dividends normally ends up ruining their revenue, which would be needed to establish their company growth.
What is actual stated word by word is this, "While waiting for the processing and reporting of additional sampling results from Western Sierra on the Gold Star joint venture, the Company was presented with an opportunity to acquire a 50% interest in an additional property in Western's portfolio. This other property was of immediate interest due to its ability to be put into production within 90 days of completed funding and the extensive documentation regarding its potential."
So, was the dividends is your opinion what might happen in the long term, or was just a misquoting/reading on your part?
Hope we do :)!
Sweet news we got today. Did a quick search on the Azurite Claims and found some history on the Azurite mine and some of its nearby places:
Azurite Mine, Goodspring Mining District NV, GHOST TOWN
Old Geological Survey on Azurite Claim/Azurite Mine and other nearby mines/claims

New Era Mine, another quick search on its history:

IMO should be careful when personal doing that, because to me that kind of activity is idling close to causing a pump then a dump, especially if done before any big news like the one coming on August 9th.
lol thanks
never thought about it that way, just gave me an extra boost for this morning:)
Thanks ficose in letting us know!) So, what was Wally like in person, when you briefly talked to him was he cross like a politician or more friendly as open as can be? Just kind of curious what the man behind the curtain is truly like.
You mention the only real issue is #4, by any chance did Guyer or his lawyer hinted or mention anything about already addressing those problems? I know they have been working a lot on the site,in fixing it up, so in my own opinion I would believe most of the 8 environmental protection facilities have been pretty much gotten a lot of spit and shine to them, which makes me wonder of those 8 how many still need more work.
Searching online for 'Pre-Hearing News' still looking but have found something else on the Brooklyn Mine.
"Based upon the geochemical data, A Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations (“NOI”) is being constructed for the DRMS. The NOI is expected to be submitted on or before July 31, 2012. Approval by the DRMS is then expected on or before August 1, 2012.
The NOI for the Brooklyn is being prepared simultaneously with the continuing permitting work for the Pride of the West Mill, and prospecting may commence prior to approval of the Mill permit", http://sec.edgar-online.com/colorado-goldfields-inc/10-q-quarterly-report/2012/07/06/section9.aspx.
In the 'Colorado Goldfields Announces Assay Results From Brooklyn Mine Sampling Program', http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52660547, the date was change: "The NOI is expected to be submitted on or before June 15, 2012. Approval by the DRMS is then expected on or before August 1, 2012."
You are right nothing happen yet, since the market just open at 9:30am. The pre-hearing meeting will occur between 1pm to 3pm, as it is stated on the DRMS website and in some of the recent cgfia news post.
Does anyone know if there going to be a video cast online tomorrow for the pre-hearing, and if so how does one view it?

nvm, it is back up and nothing seem to be updated for us... guess just have to wait until next week to see an update :)
Yea, their database seems to be down too.
Trying to view DRMS database this morning to see if there is anything new CGFIA files and what not, but the database seems to be down or something.
P.S. Met to write this as a new message to all.
Yea, it is like they became ghosts, however, I hope when they come popping back out they don't spook anyone.
Weird, from the past L2 posted there where always more MMs and they're holding large sum of shares. Don't have L2 myself so only follow L2s when I stumble across it, but it kind of looks like UBSS bought most of them out. If that what in deed happen, what do you or anyone else think this might play out to or mean? Will UBSS hold to bring price up or does UBSS wants to control the other mms in this game of cat and mouse?
I was reading up on 'Rules of Confirmation' defined by Americanbulls, and wondering if I am interpreting it correctly when applied to GDSM's chart today? To my understanding what the 'Rules of Confirmation' is is just another thorough way in reading upward trends and downward trends in when to sell or buy into a stock. Well, anyway, because around GDSM opened at .0044, opening price set what the benchmark is, and then did a sharp downward-trend (dropped in making it looked bearish) and then at the end of the day went up in an upward trend (turns to looked bullish), ending the day at .0045 over the benchmark signaling it is safe to buy in for it has becomes bullish market for GDSM. Of course it said to watch the stock for three days to be certain it follow course. In what I described how the chart acted today does it fit the third description of 'Buy Confirmed'? Just asking because just want to make sure I understood it correctly.
"The market opens with a big downward gap (an opening price way below the previous close) suggesting a very bearish day in this rarely observed case. However, the prices turn up and the day ends with a long white candlestick that still closes below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is the closing price of the long white candlestick. The pattern of this confirmation can be defined as a long white candlestick closing below the previous close."
It sure is a beauty! ... CGFIA
Yea, just checked my mail and got the same thing. Are they considering those who signed the Petition as a party or those who wrote a letter? I did both. Or was the Memo party document just was sent as an addition to all that way they made sure nobody was overlooked. The other document I got from them was the document posted on the DRMS site about the pre-hearing and such upcoming dates, and what everything will be consider and discuss about.
Because of you I am planning once everything green here in buying a nice yacht and adding a dredge on the back of it, to tow it around and look for some gold in the ocean during my free time. Of course this would be done after I diversified in buying a buz or two to keep a steady income.
Yea, definitely keep me posted, and when you get closer to owning your dream dirt hit me up. For I found a few sits that have great tips in building slush boxes/dredge for a one man team.
O' i saw one that is partly a campsite in the third link, but it was in the center of CO.
Actually, I remember hearing something like that rule was passed last year or something on MSNBC or Bloomberg, which basically state a policy like that for another 2008 won't occur on such a dramatic scale.
Would love to dip my hand into something like that, but right now I am beyond broke, have been unemployed for about five months now. However, I did find three sites where you can branch off in doing research on grizz.
(1) http://www.landinsalida.com/mining_claims_for_sale_colorado.html
"884 Acres
The Cotopaxi Mine. GOLD, SILVER, GALINA, and GEMS!!This is a very unique property. It has proven mineral reserves. Property was partially mined around 1930. Geologist have done extensive research onto the mineral bases. It is believed to be a very profitable venture with todays technology." This one looks very promising to me. The asking price however is quiet high, $48,500,000. Still, should dig a bit deeper into it history and such to check it is valet, for I just quickly looked.

Not too sure about this one, for in its description and photos it kind of looks like it was plow a few too many times in some areas.
