You mention the only real issue is #4, by any chance did Guyer or his lawyer hinted or mention anything about already addressing those problems? I know they have been working a lot on the site,in fixing it up, so in my own opinion I would believe most of the 8 environmental protection facilities have been pretty much gotten a lot of spit and shine to them, which makes me wonder of those 8 how many still need more work.
