How's that patent coming along?
I would like to add to my position. Are there any sellers out there?
Mark never said this week only next week
The (faint) light at the end of the tunnel (of unknown length) is growing marginally less faint!
According to the definition Mark posted we are half way done.
It is strange that you didn't include any of the assets in your calculation of the valuation of the company
I guess it is just too difficult for some to understand. Of course all types of industry folk should attend. There is a difference between attending and being an exhibitor.
Come on! we have been over this numerous times Afm is for distributors, tomcat is our distributor
Right, but that was under much different circumstances while the share price was much higher and going up. The opportunity is in the fact that they could purchase shares at a fraction of the price we were previously trading at.
That doesn't make any sense. I would say that GS affects liquidity but that doesn't mean the shares would be worthless. There are quite a few shareholders that would buy everything they could at .0001 or .0002 and also apparently .0003
A company that has ongoing operations, assets, and revenues is not likely to go to go to .0001 or no bid. IMO
I would never "definitively" say anything because I don't have first hand knowledge, however insider selling doesn't seem likely or at least not more likely than insider buying.
Now those are valid points! However, it seems that it could still be happening considering they have a stream of income that is increasing. Its not like they shoot the wad and there is nothing left. Also those operational expenses seem to be minimal.
It isn't a valid point at all. It is wild speculation at best. Obviously there are plenty of sellers wanting to get out, but this was someone buying up shares.
MIKP actually had quite a bit of cash listed on their recently filed quarterly statement, about $50K, and that could buy up a lot of shares at these prices. I am not saying that is what is happening, but it isn't as ridiculous of an idea as you make it sound. It could make sense with their current goals.
Did you have to pay a commission on each lot?
2m @ .0007
1 m @ .0007
1 M for sale at .0007
Why even have a process if it can't be done. Makes no sense
They didn't pay them off they were renegotiated and the reduction in shares was their lawyer getting shares returned from the scumbag funders
Give me a break, incompentance is rampant within the government and its agencies.
I don't think so, they probably just found an old file behind the filing cabinet and stuck it in with the rest. Someone "just doing their job" no one was thinking obviously because it makes no sense to suspend the stock now.
The point is there is not CURRENTLY a problem, we have moved way past the concerns articulated. It is moot, so the suspension was a ridiculous decision at this point.
What I can't understand is how the SEC is supposedly "protecting potential shareholders" for something that transpired over a year ago. NO ONE is currently trading or making investment decisions on a press release from January 2010! They are also not currently trading on missed interest accumulation on financials from last year. DEBTS THAT HAVE BEEN RENEGOTIATED! The SEC moved way too slow to protect anyone. They are only hurting current share holders. The problems with the financials that they are concerned with no longer exist and current shareholders are very satisfied with the way the company was being run this year and if investors wanted to get out the market was very liquid, before the smack down.
Me too!
Those inquiries came from other outside funded similar to fair hills. Mark shot them all down
That is not true, none of the other suspension orders mentioned "questions" in the 2012 lot at least.
If you go to the suspensions page of the SEC:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml
and read through the other suspensions from this year, the one including MIKP appears to be different than most. The common phrase used in the majority of suspensions is:
"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act)."
It would seem that the majority of these suspensions with this language would end up with a similar fate, but MIKP may be different due to the nature of the reason for the suspension:
The SEC has "Questions" about PR's and financials
The key word in the SEC statement is "questions" that leads one to believe that their "questions" could be answered and the suspension lifted.
I didn't say it would be "simple" just that it will happen. Companies file complicated paperwork all the time in order to operate in the publicly traded arena.
Wow! that was a really long post to say that they need to "file some paperwork" to get trading again.
Here is what the SEC has to say about suspensions:
http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/tradingsuspensions.pdf
It seems that after a suspension some paperwork would need to be filed to get the stock trading again.
"a broker-dealer must file a Form 211 with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) representing that it has satisfied all applicable requirements, including those of Rule 15c2-11 and FINRA Rule 6432."
Chillax man they can still sell it before it is complete! It will be sold this year for sure imo
Give me those 20 mil at .0013 from a couple days ago
Probably mindy and some of her sorority sisters. Is 0014 the new 0012?
volume back/price down, but still lots of support at 13/14 level
The big question is who is selling at these crazy low prices?
It looks like somebody blinked.
This is quite the stand off!
