seriously guys I know many of you fed up with me and my posts. I am fed up with this POS too. If greg would have not hired I would have gone long back. now he is not part of the show I lost all hopes on this POS

Every opportunity he gets this CEO dilutes the shares and talks big about everything. No actions just words thats it may be to pump so that he can sell more.

I am moving on there are too many other plays to ignore and waiting on dusty to produce something. that never happens period.

have you seen any recent updates on downloads? how about 500 apps any guidelines nothing. how about an update on Greg and what the company plans to replace him or bring him back etc.

I reset my target price on this POS to .0025

its all dog and pony show and the show is over period.

all that matters to investors is where was the stock price last year by this time and where is it now because 1 year considered as a super long time specially in penny stocks.

ANDI sucks and no gains for supposedly longs period. Tell all your stories how great ANDi is progressing and how great dustin is when it reaches a nickel.

Until then no reason to defend and personal attacks. got it.

I guess its all depends on the terms of B offer. If there is a clause that the company can buy them back anytime or BOD decision or something I see this is a possibility. Those terms were never disclosed to the public.

Dustin owns majority of them something like 17mil B shares. That leaves around 3 mil with others. question is how is he going to raise $1mil. selling in the open market at 50% discount kills the SP further.

I got confused with the dates as well. you may be right the $10K shows in QTRLY is what is in SEC filing. Guess dustin is the only man to clear the clouds but no one else.

hope I know the answer. One thing I know that the only way ANDI can go higher is dustin take care of Pref B shares not saying to throw them in trash but 2000 shares a POP is insane and the other thing is not to do sh** like this SEC filing.

Can someone tell me what is this SEC filing all about? Why would dustin selling exempt securities and not disclose them in the QTRLY filings unless I am missing something? just curious.

I read the PR opening the NJ office and appointing Mr. Weiss but no address no contact info nothing. googled it and couldn't find any address in NJ for CHRI. it seems fishy to me.
