This is a scam company how unprofessional of the ceo for blaming negative twitter remarks for the bottomed out pps of this company. Who does he think? why is treating investors like this when they are voicing legitimate concerns. Its his job to keep us updated. For anyone out there looking to invest in PTEL The CEO will flat out tell you that he is incapable of issuing accurate PR's and you will have to do all your own DD, IE call the T/A that he has gagged to find out when you will get a divi that is owed to you.
