And who is George Warash, well George is a telemarketer, a Montreal Boiler Room telemarker.

So why does WDRP need a telemarketer like George ?????
George Warash's 9200-3250 Quebec inc is located at 2481 rue Guénette Montréal (Québec) H4R2E9 very close to to Robert Simoneau's Posilight office at 2359 rue Guenette Saint-Laurent, Québec, H4R 2E9 office.
Remember, Robert's patent application for the C-Chip:

Well George Warash appears to have been involved with that:
THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of February, 2001.

Very True! If you ask 9 out 10 people in financial industry who the "AMF' is your response will be.. the bowling lanes?
should have news soon!!!
"This process should allow us to determine preliminary efficiency results, which the company fully intends to announce in the short term as previously promised."
only problem is design 1st- they are a reputable firm that has helped create real products. Why would they attach their name openly as working with Wanderport if in fact WDRP wasn't working on creating a real product?
what site? silly Canadian propaganda. It affects on a couple people.
HAHAHA still people out there that think this Canadian reg authority means anything. It's like the Easter bunny putting out press releases warning people that Santa Clause is under investigation.
Go WDRP in 2012!
guess what AMF has no bearing- STOP TALKING ABOUT IT
Sun you can print things or find things in print to go along with what ever you want to believe. bottom line is SEC doesn't care about Canadian reg, never have.
Once and for ALL!! Nobody cares about the AMF. The AMF has almost zero power. The AMF would half to morph into a completely different org in order to affect WDRP in any way besides slight changes on this board.
What a let down WDRP.
The Big Surprise: Android / Iphone App!
WDRP? Now, there's an App for that!
To compare this MCMHU rollout meeting to an Apple Iphone rollout meeting would be quite ambitious, to say the least. And yet there is at least one similarity between the meeting for the Computer/Cell phone giant and an upstart cutting edge home appliance. WDRP now has its own app, and it's nothing like the water heating industry has ever seen before.
Not only will the new Multicavity Microwave Heating Unit be revolutionary in its abilities to give us on demand, cost-efficient heated water, you will be able to control it from any location with an app for your Iphone or Android phone. Here are just some of the benefits as described on the Android Market:
The Wanderport APP (WAPP) is an innovative and feature rich interface intended to be used to provide a convenient means to control and operate the upcoming suite of Wanderport microwave water heater products.
The WAPP lets you:
? securely log on and communicate with your WAPP enabled Wanderport products
? quickly and easily set the output temperature of your water heater at any point of use
? monitor usage patterns, individual costs of applications, and history
? easily view operating status and maintenance history
? access and set a 7 day timer for even further power savings
? turn the unit fully on or off remotely
? an interface to contact customer service quickly and easily using email, chat or phone
? run and log service diagnostics
? lock your unit to prevent unauthorized use
? and more!
Note: Sending to phone numbers, email, and chat requires connectivity. This stand-alone application is non-functional and is provided without express or implied warranty for demonstration purposes only. The fully functional WAPP will require a WAPP enabled Wanderport Water Heater in order to function. Some features described will be available at additional cost.

We where a lied to about a trade show this month. I hope Wanderport gets it together soon. I gave my RSVP for the meeting 2 days ago and still haven't been informed where it's going to be...... what logistics do they need to sort out? I know it's in Burlington. Do they really not have a place to show the water heater yet? Geezzz. What industry contacts will be at this show. I'm driving from Maryland. I swear if I see a couple freaks like myself from this board and a metal box in the corner I'm going to be so ticked. Come on Wanderport get it together!!!!!!!
anything less than a working unit in VT will be a not accepted. I'm driving from MD to VT to see a working unit. What will they have to show us if they don't show us a working unit? A metal box. I have already informed some members of the media about this water heater and the demonstration in VT. They better have a working unit, anything else would be a joke. Come on Wanderport- get it together.
I hate to say it but it really does look like a scam at this point. I've been a believer for a long time but no longer. the first meeting was going to be at a warehouse next to a taco stand in IN. The newest meeting is taking place at a unknow location in Burlington VT. There's no marketing because there is no working product. If there was we would have efficiency #'s already and they would clearly state they where planning on giving a working demonstration at the meeting on the 25th. Nobody in the industry knows about Wanderport. No major players will be at the meeting because their is nothing to witness. There is no focus with this company. They don't even have a website up. They change meeting locations last minute. It's all BS. I gave my RSVP 4 hours ago and no response. It's all excuses with WDRP. I can guarantee there will be no meeting on the 25th. Something else will come up..... Wasted to much time and money on this crap company.
only weird thing is when you Google that address there's a burrito spot, a Sherman Williams and a Pawn Shop. Where's Dave's office?
People still do understand one thing, the AMF is nothing!!! Nobody cares about the AMF. They have no ties with the SEC or FINRA. Anybody who has worked in the financial industry knows this. If anybody says different please feel free to message me or respond with your reasoning. I'll be able to tell if you have any experience what so ever in the industry within 1 minute. i hate to say it but it's plan FACT. The AMF has no pull, they never have.
I second those thoughts!!!
I'm pumped also. Although I wish a new website was up already, it really should be. Have not got answer back from Andrew on when we will see new website.
send this exact response to Robert's email- see what he says
I am now of the conclusion that the Andrew thing was not a big deal. In the scheme of things it's not a big deal. lets see how he does promoting the product and brand once we have a product.
Good things to come everyone!!!!!
-Completion of a product very close
- Ground Breaking tech
- Supply chain in affect
- UL ready to get busy so this product can crush, North American, European and Eastern Markets!
I get it Wrinks- their should be some sort of link or transcription. Garma had a pretty good post summary this morning:
"Finally I have read through the post-CC posts here.
OK - up front, jmo, imo, IMHO etc. applies to all below
Confirmed - Martel did say he does not own WDRP shares
Confirmed - the 30m float that came out earlier '11 was said to be from Sommervail
Confirmed - Andrew answered that he had sold WDRP shares, then in followup he first said yes, then realized need to be more clear, and said he had not traded WDRP, but the he also needed to support his family (i.e. I took as reference to sale)
Note: detractors can/will say that can be true but his company could have . . .
I absolutely loved the fact that Dave found it important for him to take the time to be in on the call, all 1.5+ hours of it. His clarity of confidence did not go unnoticed.
Robert was Robert, no change there. I guess most everyone here has had a decent impression of him and his efforts and intentions all along. I am still willing to assess implications that Wanderport might end up with product without patent protection. What is not done is not done, right? Patent grants are needed for the company to have a leg up more than from time to market.
Andrew and Richard . . . A number of people here would probably prefer I not say this . . . I was disturbed at how a number of times when there were questions directed to Mr. Martel, or that one would expect to fall into his camp, the voice handling the answer was Andrew's, sometimes ending in such as Anything to add to that Richard?.
There were direct questions to Mr. Martel, about the plan for moving WDRP (the security) to the next level (QX I assumed) and about bussiness plan into the future (marketing, production, etc.) and I definitely did not come away with the feeling that I was hearing from a seasoned businessman or that there has been much in the way of forward looking analysis and strategy. (remember folks, jmo . . .) The one time I did "feel" Richard in his response was when he said *(paraphrase "") come on, remember we are just some R & D guys trying to move this to product on a shoe string" Nothing new there, but in that answer I did not hear him stumbling over how to respond as seemed to me the case in other of the few times he spoke.
Timelines: The impression I had was parts soon, a week to assemble prototype from the parts, then UL needs time for both roles, safety testing/certification and efficiency testing. I did not get any concept of the UL timeframe, and once I had impression that safety certification could not actually start with the prototype but needed a unit as would be produced. Just how I heard it.
I was left half-way thinking they were going to license production of units to the distributors, and half-way thinking some production would be under Wanderport contract probably in Asia.
Maybe someone can fill in some blanks on that for me ?
From having a product unit, again no timeline that I heard, then Dave clearly indicated that field testing and independent lab testing, was necessary, as he explained it the last thing one could want to happen is to have a recall needed after the product introduction started. So more time. Then possibility for foreign marketing in parallel with completion of UL certification.
Dave said he intended marketing / PR efforts via his outlets / website. If I had to guess I would be looking at sale mid-1012 earliest. IMHO as a guess.
OK so I tried to cover what I had not seen in the posts up to now, what I had seen but with expressed uncertainty, and what my impression was.
All in all, Wanderport should have done this three weeks ago !!!
I still have reservations (go to market without IP protection ? how to fund production/distribution etc., at what ccst ? oh, and at what cost the private loans they mentioned saying they were not free to discuss, etc)
. . . but I am feeling much more like I did while holding long position for over a year . . . just not quite back there at present.
Cheers
I can understand your frustration. I think the call happened so quickly because shareholders where demanding answers ASAP. One thing they did make clear is that their available to answer any questions you might have. Andrew, Richard and particularly Robert have been great about getting back to emails and phone calls. I think they are trying and successfully making a effort to have 100% transparency. Transparency that has been very needed within the last month or so.
Robert was great- very professional and spot on will all his questions.
David Myers- from Conference Call
"opportunity we have to revolutionize the market is like nothing I have seen before, I've been in industry for 50 years. Nothing I've ever seen has the capability to do what this technology does."
"From a efficiency stand point we are going to be better than what is on market."
"Robert answered every question at UL without taking a second breath"
"No way we can put this out to market without field testing. Patience is a virtue right now"
"The minute we have unit, we will have numbers posted from UL"
It's not a knee Jerk re-action. Good point from Richard. If Andrew where to leave it's a admission of guilt. I like it
Loving this conference call, transparency was very needed!! I would love to have this conference call happen once a quarter!!
These where just guesses from Robert but sounds good!!!
1.5 weeks for components to get in
- after that 1 week to finish
after that who knows how long it will be before they are shipping 1k units a week.
These are the questions:
1. Who writes the PRs for Wanderport? Is is Richard, or is it Andrew? Andrew told me once Richard writes the PRs so I would just like to clarify.
2. Loooking back at the history of PRs, when I first became interested in WDRP I believe the public was given an impression the water heater was much further along than it really was. Considering the headlines shown below, can you explain why you believed these statements to be true?
2/2010: Wanderport Ahead of Production Schedule
3/2010: Wanderport Ready for Mass Production
4/2010: Wanderport Moves Ahead With Product Testing
3. Back in early April of this year, Richard Martel told several investors in emails "now is certainly not the time to be getting nervous as we have been open with investors since the start and the prototype is almost finished assembly. In a short time you will have all your answers." Almost five months later, we are still waiting for the answers. Can you help investors understand exactly where you are with the "point-of-use" water heater assembly and when a pre-production model might be completed?
4. The AMF documents indicate Andrew Barakett gave 2,000,000 shares to Cortalazzi for a US attorney and the transfer agent. It also says he hired Hilbroy (the company owned by Amyot) and was involved at a level that is clearly not just an outsourced IR guy. Understanding the company has received offers for a replacement IR, and that the AMF information regarding Andrew Barakett has harmed the company my, this is my question for Mr. Martel. Shareholders have offered a financially feasible solution to place Andrew's services on hold durinbg the AMF action by financing a replacement IR. Please explain why this offer has not been considered.
5. Has WDRP responded to the AMF and have they hired legal counsel to represent them?
these are great questions that I would like answers to also!
Lets do it today!!!!!! Send the link to the Webex and phone # for conference line- done....
Brian- he did not say what the delay was from. Apparently there are new components and my guess is their coming from overseas
I spoke to Robert yesterday multiple times. He was very open to answering my questions. My exchange at first was hasty. He has reasons on why he isn't giving the patent app info out to the general public. Unfortunately it's going to be a little bit more of a waiting game for components. Robert is very open with regards to communication. Hopefully we will hear more soon.
I love this quote:
"My observation is that people should read the information provided by the company and contact IR for additional info versus making silly statements that have already been addressed."
WHo is IR right now? How do I contact them? If you mean Richard he'll tell me that Robert is handling things. Then Robert tells me to contact IR. It's a circle of nowhere. Very frustrating. If you click on IR on the website it's down. Down before they can even get a new website up. Good move Wanderport!
I'm with you. Why won't he respond with the patent questions?
It shouldn't be hard decision about Andrew
Cons: Done horrible IR, involved in scandal
Pros: ??????
also; asking for some sort of proof there is patent pending documents somewhere is not a insulting question, it's simple DD.
tough cookies he's enamored with the responses. He's keeping a IR guy involved in a investigation who has done nothing good for the company. A CEO is suppose to run the ship. I can't get answers anywhere. If I can't get them from him than who should I turn to? The board, Andrew? Martel? ( who directs me to Robert). I was disappointed that he made it seem like he had nothing to do with the company.
I asked ROBERT today why Andrew was still there. I told him anyone with half a brain would wonder why Andrew was still there. His response was Horrible. He took it as a personal attack. I've been a long but I'm really starting to have my doubts. I have no clue who is in charge. I'm getting confused. This was his response:
Why are you sending me this? I've gotten one email from you this morning which I intent to respond to later on today. I am not interested in receiving emails of this type.
I am not representing the company nor involved in investor relations so I think that it is inappropriate for you to email me gossip on what is or isn't happening originating from people who don't even have the common decency of stating who they are. It is not my position to comment on Andrew or his relationship with the company and I believe that, contrary to what the post quoted below states that the company has taken a position , however unpopular on this issue for now. I resent the comment of 'anyone with half a brain' needing to agree with opinions from anonymous voices. My observation is that people should read the information provided by the company and contact IR for additional info versus making silly statements that have already been addressed.
My position is that of licensor to the company. As a courtesy I have responded to various individuals in the past but am not under any obligation to do so. I do not have a daily interest in knowing what the share price is or what one individual may have said about another. I do not make decisions regarding Wanderport and/or its' personnel
I believe that the company has stated that Andrew is remaining as IR. I also believe that the company has stated that things would be quiet as it is summer and since , on the product development side we are waiting for components. I do not believe that I have anything else to add to this presently.
I ask that you kindly refrain from sending me emails of this type in future.
Kind regards
Robert
