Sell something...ANYTHING!! Make money instead of excuses or just stay in your basement with your ideas instead of peddling snake oil to investors. I am a long time shareholder waiting on 'something' to happen. Also, replace any trace of former ownership. That's a start.

Washington without crystalizing the rods.And similar bad news....thinking if you had a 4 or 5 to 1 over drive ratio....on the primary. In the gas motorcycle pictured in the profile.you could actually run 1/3 to 1/5 of the horsepower of 55hp gas engine to get the same job done.With transmission seeing an engine that would rev well past the 6500rpm that gas engine is doing.And the slower the engine is turning over for the speed that the car is doing,the longer it will last. More effective use of the torque.Was thinking that most steam engine do about 10ftpounds per horse instead 1.5 like a gas engine.Is that true of the Cyclone as well? Was also thinking of using waste heat turbines to "replace" some of the condenser at my steamcar shop.The turbines are working on the order of Kalina ,more so than rankine.Any rate ,does anyone have a torque per horse number for the Cyclone.

Effective May 8, 2016, the Company is subject to a default judgment of approximately $175,000, plus subsequent penalty interest for non-payment of convertible debt and interest Tonaquint Inc. filed and received a judgment and the Company is negotiating a reduced settlement. As at June 30, 2018, outstanding interest, default interest and default judgment penalties are included in accrued liabilities. In 2018, the Company negotiated a reduced settlement for $150,000 via the issuance Company stock.



In August 2016, the Company is subject to litigation of approximately $150,000, plus subsequent penalty interest for non -payment of a liability. JSJ filed and received a judgment and the Company entered into a settlement agreement for conversion of judgment based on value and conversions of original note on January 9, 2017. As at June 30, 2018, outstanding interest, default interest and default judgment penalties for debt are included in accrued liabilities.



Effective October 13, 2017 the Company was subject to a summary judgment of $ 37,278 plus attorney fees for non-payment of 3 capital leases from Marlin Business Bank. This amount is including $11,379 of unpaid lease payments, accelerated lease payments, late charges and other fees. The $37,278 has been reflected in accrued expenses with an appropriate reduction of the capital lease liability.



In the third quarter of 2017, the company recognized a summary judgment of $7,266 plus accrued interest for non-payment of a capital lease from Navitas Lease Corp. This amount is including $4,177 of past due lease payments, accelerated lease payments, interest expense, late charges and other fees. The $7,266 has been reflected in accrued liabilities with an appropriate reduction of the capital lease liability.

Cyclone Power Technologies Signs Binding LOI with Investor Group
to Purchase Equity Stake in Company with First Priorities being Engine Production and Entering Microgrid Market

POMPANO BEACH, FL, February 1, 2018, Cyclone Power Technologies, (OTCPK: CYPW) Cyclone Power Technologies today announces that it has received a binding Letter of Intent to purchase 20% of the company in the form of non-dilutive preferred A stock. The equity will be given in the form of non-dilutive Preferred A shares and currently will have no adverse effect on the outstanding common stock. The company has entered into a 180 day due diligence period. Cyclone will continue to receive monthly installments from the investor group which will be applied to the purchase price. After the Due Diligence period, Cyclone will continue to receive the balance of the $5,000,000 for the 20% equity position in the company.
Funds received during this period will be used to bring Cyclone's engines and products to production. There will be preset milestones better outlined in subsequent agreements. Does Frankie know that water turbines do not use water to lubricate bearings, and water turbines do not have pistons and crankshaft bearings that need lubrication? Comparing water as a lubricant to nitrogen as a lubricant in space is even more bizarre.
