Wish I hadn't checked in. This is not good news.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2012/lr22389.htm
According to additional complaints also filed in the Southern District of Florida, defendants Robert L. Cotton, Harold Steven Bonenberger, Matthew A. Connor, Kevin P. Brennan, Donald G. Huggins, Marc S. Page, Cotton & Western Mining, Inc., Angel Acquisition Corp. n/k/a Biogeron, Inc., and Optimized Transportation Management, Inc. engaged in schemes involving an undisclosed bribe that was to be paid to a stock broker who agreed to purchase the microcap companies' stock in the open market for his customers' discretionary accounts. In the complaint against defendants Scott A. Haire and Wound Management Technologies, Inc., the SEC alleges that the defendants engaged in schemes involving both an undisclosed kickback and bribe.
The SEC alleges that the defendants in the schemes involving undisclosed kickbacks understood they needed to disguise the kickbacks as payments to phony consulting companies, which they knew would perform no actual work. They also knew the fund manager owed a fiduciary duty to the fund. In the schemes involving the undisclosed bribes, the SEC alleges that the defendants knew their illegal activities were meant to artificially inflate the companies' stock volume and prices.
Check this out. I watch Vessel Tracker every week. There has been just one bulk carrier this size arriving Ensenada each month this year. All were just under 200 meters. I have posted a couple of them. Here is number four.

I know everyone is looking for a big boy but these regular arrivals have to be leaving with something.
KEN GOH, the only bulker scheduled this month, is due to arrive in Ensenada today at 2100. Too small for the predicted ore shipment but could it haul CWRN fertilizer?

CWRN possible? KEN GOH dry bulk cargo carrier arriving ENSENADA 10.02.2012. 21:00
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by,
CWRN Loreto Ensenada schedule terms:
FONDEO BAHIA - anchored in bay
ARRIBOS Y ZARPES TENTATIVOS: tentative arrival and departure.
Looks like interruptions from container ships again.
A LARETTA exists If it's really the CWRN ship and i think "Hazard A" would qualify. Check ship length.

Updates???? CWRN iron ore pile and trucking?????
Kriton Departed - last position west of Ensenada;
KRITON
Position Recorded on: 4/3/2011 11:15:34 AM (UTC)
Lat/Lon: 31.87747 / -118.0888
Speed/Course: 11.2 kn / 269°
Vessel's track shown for that day.
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/default...
Ship's not fully loaded yet.
(M)arket (M)anglers! But my last sale chart is going very very green.
Kriton has not finished loading. From Vessel Tracker one hour ago:
"Kriton is currently waiting outside the port of Ensenada to complete loading of the first shipment of iron ore from Cotton & Western Mining."
It's hard to see. the ship is facing you. Going left of the bright lights of the loading cranes are greenish lights of the superstructure starboard and a bit below the starboard bow lights
Day light has been burning. Would be nice to hear more from folks down there.
Kriton will be recognized by San Diego's AIS receiver as have all the other ships since the third if you have been watching "Marine Traffic". It will loose contact when it enters Bahia Todos Los Santos (Ensenada)because of land mass interference.
What will loading Cotton Western iron ore look like?
What is the range AIS covers?
Normally, vessels with an AIS receiver connected to an external antenna placed on 15 meters above sea level, will receive AIS information within a range of 15-20 nautical miles. Base stations at a higher elevation, may extend the range up to 40-60 nm, even behind remote mountains, depending on elevation, antenna type, obstacles around antenna and weather conditions. The most important factor for better reception is the elevation of the base station antenna. The higher, the better. We have seen vessels 200 nm away, with a small portable antenna placed on an island mountain on 700 meters altitude! Our base stations cover fully a range of 40 miles and periodically receive information from some more distant vessels.
Nice find Sunny. The noose tightens on non-believers.
KRITON arrives Ensenada at 2200-2300 hrs tonight. It will show up on the AIS (Automatic Identification System)in about 3-4 hours from now.

Ioannis Theo is now on the radar approaching Ensenada.

May or may not pick up ore but you never know what's gonna happen in this crap shoot.
The PRs were forward looking statements. When do things ever work out as planned. Ship traffic discussions are all about anticipation of the fruition of PR projections. Numerous facts, photos and witness testimonies presented so far(DD - for those who have read all?)are updating evidence that this is the real thing.
Showing Azuma is still in Houston Ship channel at coal yard.

However next destination posted as ALTAMIRA MEXICO.
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/shipdetails.aspx?MMSI=371957000
Altimira is on the east gulf coast.
So maybe your right and they'll dump it and head for Ensenada.
I don't know. That last photo looked to me like the second load is already there. that pile looks huge.
The Azuma Phoenix is currently in the Houston ship channel berthed at a coal storage facility. Zoom in on the satellite vie of this link.

How long to get across the Pacific Ocean?
It’s approximately 9000 miles from Yokohama to Ensenada.
http://mapsof.net/distance-calculator/yokohama
IOANNIS THEO’s top speed is 15.5 knots which is (1 kts = 1.15077945 mph) approximately 17.825 miles per hr. By that it would take roughly 504 hours or 21days to go from Yokohama to Ensenada.
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/default.aspx?zoom=9&oldmmsi=538003670&olddate=3/2/2011%2011:03:00%20AM
Now, as far as we know the ship left Yokohama on March 3rd. So that might put it at Ensenada on the 24th. If the date posted was Yokohama time than it’s the 23rd since we are one day earlier (Time Zone). So don’t be disappointed if it’s not there on the 17th. It will be there.
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/default.aspx?zoom=9&oldmmsi=538003670&olddate=3/2/2011%2011:03:00%20AM
Ship watch - Scratch Azuma Phoenix. It's in the Houston ship channel.
IOANNIS THEO still destination Ensenada ETA 3/17/11.
CWRN versus OTC Markets I just don’t get it.
Quote from OTC M:
“None of the information provided in this website constitutes a recommendation that any investment is suitable for any person.”
“OTC Markets Group does not review, and is not responsible for confirming, the accuracy of issuer documents and information submitted to OTC Markets for inclusion on this site.”
Oh yeah, we can count on this place. Then why post Caveat Emptor without specifics if not to influence investors to stay away from CWRN? For what one incident of their posted reasons Questionable Promotion, Spam, Investigation of Fraud, Suspension/Halt, Disruptive Corporate Actions, Unsolicited Quotes or Other Public Interest Concerns have they submitted a proven fact? Lack of reporting is not fraud or a disruptive corporate action. Is this based on subversive interpretation and false info posted on volatile message boards?
This is an information website only and not affiliated with or representative of Nasdaq OTC stocks or its pinks. Nor do they have any connection with the SEC or have any influence as to halting trading.
Quote:
“OTC Markets Group is not a securities exchange or a broker-dealer. OTC Markets provides an electronic quotation and information service to registered broker-dealers to facilitate efficient transactions in OTC securities.”
“OTC Markets Group Inc. is not affiliated with the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. or FINRA.”
I say this is worthless and OTC Markets should be investigated for effecting (attempted manipulation) of the perception of CWRN and the stock price.

CWRN One other thing
I think Marine traffic will light up with a new destination if or when the ship is in range of Panama.
CWRN To everyone interested in tracking the ship. I have been watching marinetraffic.com for quite a few weeks. I have noticed this. When a ship leaves Ensenada the listing of the last port and destination “Ensenada” does not change. At a certain point the ships marker disappears and the status “currently out of range appears” but the listing still remains. Looking at Azuma Phoenix’s position link every day I have been under the assumption that it has been sitting at the Fairway Anchorage all this time. What I overlooked over the last few days is that it has been “currently out of range”. We’re being given the last destination and position not a current update. It Here’s the important part!!!! Go up and click on the “live map” and zoom in on Galveston. The Azuma Phoenix IS NOT THERE. So, where do we think it might be?
Here’s the link again.

CWRN track the ship
The Azuma Pheonix is still positioned at an "anchorage area on the eastern side of the Sabine Pass Safety Fairway, opposite the Sabine Bank Offshore (North) Anchorage area in the Gulf of Mexico south of Sabine Pass." Sabine pass is the entrance to Galveston Bay. It has been sitting there since it arrived around Feb. 22nd. To keep an eye on I'll repeat these links:
Watch for destination to change to Ensenada.
Click on latitude and longitude to see if it starts heading south to Panama.

I believe this is the daily passage schedule for the Panama Canal.
http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/panamacanal.phtml
It was a hard to fit piece of the puzzle but seems they all have been.
CWRN THE SHIP
The Azuma Pheonix's last port was Ft. Lauderdale and it's next destination is listed as Fairway Anchorage. How many of you though that meant Alaska? Nope. The ship is currently a holding position off Galveston in a Fairway Anchorage in the Gulf of Mexico. My guess is it's awaiting it's turn to go through the Panama Canal and then on to Ensenada.
