CWRN versus OTC Markets I just don’t get it.

Quote from OTC M:
“None of the information provided in this website constitutes a recommendation that any investment is suitable for any person.”
“OTC Markets Group does not review, and is not responsible for confirming, the accuracy of issuer documents and information submitted to OTC Markets for inclusion on this site.”

Oh yeah, we can count on this place. Then why post Caveat Emptor without specifics if not to influence investors to stay away from CWRN? For what one incident of their posted reasons Questionable Promotion, Spam, Investigation of Fraud, Suspension/Halt, Disruptive Corporate Actions, Unsolicited Quotes or Other Public Interest Concerns have they submitted a proven fact? Lack of reporting is not fraud or a disruptive corporate action. Is this based on subversive interpretation and false info posted on volatile message boards?

This is an information website only and not affiliated with or representative of Nasdaq OTC stocks or its pinks. Nor do they have any connection with the SEC or have any influence as to halting trading.

Quote:
“OTC Markets Group is not a securities exchange or a broker-dealer. OTC Markets provides an electronic quotation and information service to registered broker-dealers to facilitate efficient transactions in OTC securities.”
“OTC Markets Group Inc. is not affiliated with the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. or FINRA.”

I say this is worthless and OTC Markets should be investigated for effecting (attempted manipulation) of the perception of CWRN and the stock price.
