So a moral victory is not enough? I don't believe that. Bogdan has an axe to grind with Dean and a moral victory would be great. I guess there was just no chance to win.
What a surprise, Bogdan dropped his appeal. Now Dean can continue on with his consultants tot he next submittal.
Don't criticize those who went to the open house for what they saw. I think Dean was holding back in his prior demos and he gave them the real thing. For those who didn't go, you can only speculate about what happened. As a famous doctor once said, "If you didn't go, you don't know".
You saw A Demo of the DViS, not The Open House Demo. They are two different demos. You would have to argue with somoene that went to the Open House regarding the real time 3D and diagnostic quality, but since neither of you are radiologists, I don't see the point. 70 people say it was good quality real time 3D. They were there and saw it in person.
Don't get out now. Just like the prediction that the SP would go down to $0.05 after the "Thanksgiving selloff" (which never came), .03 is just pessemistic speculation. The price will move between .07 and .08 until submission.
Submission will come soon and approval shortly after that. Place your bets now.
I guess you missed the point. You are talking about a tech company offering a 3D product but they can't even keep their website up.
Score:
Imaging3/Dean Janes 1
techniscanmedicalsystems.com 0
Well lookie here..
Looks like your 3D Ultrasound Medical Imaging Device company does not even have the tech savvy to keep their website up:
I've never seen Dean's website go down. Would you trust someone to do 3D imaging if they can't even keep their website up? And by the way, its not even near real time!
I guess there is still no competition for the DViS.
Awesome, a fresh episode of DeanTV. I can't wait to see what he has to tell us.
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.
You are entitled to your opinion, but others would disagree. Ask the people that went to the open house and the radiologists that saw the real time 3D. Yes, Dean may be an idiot when it comes to being a CEO, but if he has a working device, that is fine by me as long as he can get it past the FDA.
So based on the FOIA request results, we can determine a few of things.
1. The meeting did take place. This disproves those that said no such meeting took place and Dean was blowing smoke about the meeting.
2. Actual proprietary information was discussed and this was not a meeting where they were just shooting the breeze and trying to pass time discussing nothing.
3. There are actually intellectual property rights that Dean and company own (i.e. patents, etc.). This disproves the naysayers who claimed the patents either expired or were owned by another party.
Not a total loss on the information received. Yes, it would have been great to get the 'fly on the wall' view of the meeting, but it looks like that will not happen. So we wait for more news. Please ask for reconsideration. The more information we get the more we know about things and can prove or disprove the speculation that surrounds us.

Check again on the ownership og IMGG Shares. Dean still has 60 million shares:

Great, you made money on the last runup, you should jump back in and make a killing on the next runup. Like Lobcrab said, those who know are buying and holding. Those who don't know and didn't go to the open house don't believe.
HANG IN THERE. BE COOL. Its just a matter of time before submission and approval.
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.
Wow, you spoke with Dean James personally???? Who is Dean James? That is not the man running Imaging3. You spoke to the wrong guy! That's why your information about FDA approval is wrong. The DViS will be submitted in Q1 or Q2, the FDA will approve.
FDA APPROVAL IS COMING soon after submission!
HANG IN THERE. BE COOL. Its just a matter of time before submission and approval.
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.

A prediction that you can bet your booty on:
FDA APPROVAL IS COMING SOON.
No "MEGA SELL OFF" as was predicted. Low volume and a steady SP .07-.08 for IMGG will be the norm until submission.
Buttonwood, your statement is pure speculation and there are no facts to support it. If Dean's friends and family still have shares left they will hold on until FDA approval. Those left are true investors who will hold their shares all the way through submission and ultimately FDA approval.
Buttonwood's predictions will be 100% incorrect.
There will be no "Mega sell off" tomorrow.
Unless Buttonwood has a lot of shares to unload and puts in the sell order tomorrow.
That reminds me of the Thanksgiving doomsday prediction, that (like this one) never materialized.
Here is a more realistic prediction....
IMGG will stay in a holding pattern (some slight up days, some slight down days, low volume) until submission, will get a little run up on submission, then it will explode to the $2-$3 range on FDA approval.
HANG IN THERE. BE COOL. Its just a matter of time before submission and approval.
Half the multitudes will tell you one thing and the other half have a different story! This 'thing' will not crash. As some other 'multitudes' have said, this will be the best submission with the best chance for FDA approval. Just hang on for the ride!
Everything is hush hush. I'm sure we will hear something soon.
RUN FOR THE BANK TO CASH IN WHEN FDA APPROVAL IS HERE.
FDA APPROVAL WILL HAPPEN SHORTLY AFTER SUBMISSION THIS QUARTER.
HANG IN THERE. BE COOL. Its just a matter of time before submission and approval.
So, there was no dumping of IMGG as was predicted. SP is holding. Low volume is no big deal, everyone is just waiting for submission by the end of the first quarter and approval shortly after that.
The checkered flag is in sight!
That's why the stock price is up, because there is no hope and staying in is useless, LOL
HANG IN THERE. BE COOL. Its just a matter of time before submission and approval.
I never said the scheduling of the meeting with the FDA was an example of corruption. If the FDA is currupt, we will see weak excuses from them for not giving the DViS approval.
Its not the entire government conspiring, its just Toshiba and GE in bed with the corrupt FDA. A few million $$$ in the right pocket will block anything from going through the FDA.
ddls, I don't see how it is such a stretch as the FDA does not care about market saturation and who is competing against who. Who cares if there are proven products out there? If a better, lower radiation, portable device comes out, it can not be stopped simply because there is another product out there. If a company has a viable product that passes all the FDA requirements, they will approve it. That is of course unless Toshiba or GE can pay off the right person at the FDA.
The medical community will welcome this. Less radiation, lower cost, portability, real time 3D, etc....... They will love this!
You are certainly entitled to your opinion. They tried to tell that to Steve Jobs when the MAC was all the craze and there was nothing better. Now Apple almost owns the world. Everything can be improved on with the right minds, the right science and the right technology. And Yes, lower doses of radiation are possible to get detailed real time 3D scanning.
