As far as the Facebook post about selling shares is concerned there was only one post that asked that question. As I have explained earlier, I wrote the question, then after about 1 week I took down my own post. I had questioned them based on your assertion from the previous day on ihub, over the next few days i became satisfied that what you were posing was not the case and I, as the author of the facebook post, deleted my own post.

Meaning, all we know is there was a scheduled sale of 20M shares for both Frank and Ceasar that already took place. Those 40MM shares went from Frank and Ceasar's personal holdings into the market a while back and the recent volume has nothing to do with it.

The volume is hardly noteworthy...there are 20B shares in the A/S assume they are all or have all been sold and are outstanding. Even if there was volume of 100M shares you would not see an uptick. In fact you would likely need a volume of over 1B shares in one day to see even a blip on the radar, and that's just not going to happen. GO check out the other medical MJ companies that are trading. This one is dead...

I don't think that the implementation of different revenue streams at all negates the existing strategies GDHI has developed.
It will only help to grow revenue.
To date GDHI has:
Establised a relationship with Chinese grocers
distributed food products to various grocery chains
Found a niche within the trade organizations and gov't
Sells product to Hotels
Sells product to restuarants
Has partnered to sell an International brand, Burger King
Has establised a distribution agreement with a noodle manufacturer
Has created a line of flavored coffee drinks to be sold within their Hotel network, perhaps elsewhere.
Has set up the groundwork to produce and distribute Chef's Garlic
Has created a relationship to sell rice internationally
Etc. Etc. Etc.
I think this guy has been working hard and creating synergy between like entities within China, to all of our benefit.
I think it takes time to build a house...clear the land, pour a foundation, stem walls, roof, finishes...etc.

However I think you are understating just how much control can be excersised over a high society. We are already there. Look how much money the big pharmaceutical companies make. Those drugs are being consumed by you, and the guy to the left and right of you. Ever stop and wonder how many people get in their cars and drive around on all sorts of addictive meds? How many people go to work like that? How many do just about everything else like this? All you need is a t.v set on somewhere and you can captivate most people for a good period of time, long enough to pull of whatever you want to hood wink them with because no one is really paying any attention to what's really going on. How about timing the release around advertising? That would seem prudent wouldn't it? This board is a riot. People beg the company for information, the company provides some updates, and all the crackpot, arm chair CEO's we have on this board all seem to have a better idea of how things should be done.

On the one hand you have an emerging Chinese middle class raised on internet and ever increasing capitalism, thus creating a market for western food products.
On the other you have what has been a sleeping giant capable of providing goods, among them food staples, in tremendous quantity at an incredible discount.
These guys are establishing a footprint for the future. A very well placed, solid footing on which this company will grow.

As for your point regarding buys vs. sells. Here's your 101;
If there were 50,000 transactions in one day, there would need to be both 50,000 buyers and 50,000 sellers in order to balance the transaction. So, how do you tell which direction the market is going. You look at the accumulation vs. distribution.
In our case here, we have watched increased accumulation occur, an upward moving direction on the chart. This is a bullish signal.
If we were to witness distribution, or a decidedly downward moving line on the chart we may assume that the sellers outpaced the buyers or that if volume was high enough, that perhaps there was dillution occuring. This was not the case, and has not been the case here at any point in recent history.

Look up Bear Raid...then look at today's volume and recovery back to where we started. Don't worry, the TA's number is there for you to use as well. You can call after 4:00 also and we'll compare notes.

It's way to soon to expect either. A company needs cash to grow and meet the demands of increased sales. We have not yet heard of product arriving on store shelves in the current run for cryin out loud. If/when a buyback or share retirement takes place it would not happen until there is a surplus of cash on hand that has not been earmarked for; production, delivery, promotion, etc.

It doesn't phase the chart because there are 20 Billion shares in the A/S and no known O/S. Last known O/S was over 5 billion. You can assume that Gaffney has been, still is selling all available shares. 20B worth!!
