It's a foolish practice to be waiting on a CEO under these circumstances in the Pennies. The Pennies are transparent as evidence here over and over; someone always knows something and is giving out information to pump the stock. Therefore, that logic is flawed.

Yes, HFBG makes the call as to whether or not 5th digit trading is allowed.

They refuse to stop 5th digit trades on HFBG because it's the only way that Calvin can sell shares.

They don't care about the SS, all they care about is selling 504 shares into into the 5th digits below the big to keep the price where it's at and line their pockets with what's left of the sham.
