Not it's not alive because if it were you'd be able to provide at least one photo of current items on a store shelf. HFBG simply can't even do that.

Maybe to improve sales they should sell their shares in the gum sections at supermarkets. Then, you might have a chance of a kid sneaking it into their Mom's cart without her knowing.
